The Poblano Breakfast Scramble was perfect. It was just the right amount of food and, with the hefty portion of Peasant Potatoes, it's a big breakfast. (We took most of the potatoes to go.) The pancakes were excellent. I love that we could add ingredients to the side dish of two smaller pancakes instead of having to order another entree. The restaurant seems to have an issue with flies and gnats currently. I hope they get that issue resolved. I also noticed that the hashbrowns tasted as if the oil they were cooked in was "off."
