Combo Pho with tendon and tripe.

Nice little soup shop with the ability to build your own bowl. The staff were very welcoming and helped me pick out my order. I ordered a pho with tendons and tripe. The broth stole the show. Very flavorful. Portions are not that big but the flavors are packing. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

The food was good. Not exceptional flavor but ok for a quick bite to satisfy a craving.

Came during graduation weekend and had the hardest time finding somewhere to eat without a long wait time, but at Ur Bowl, we were able to order right away. I loved the banana black milk tea because the flavor came through so strongly. But my family was not a big fan because it was too artificial for them. The poke bowl was awesome and although they don't allow an unlimited number of toppings like most places do, they do allow you a decent amount. The fish is not as fresh as I remember, but for the price, it's very worth it. The ramen was delicious and it's great that you can customize it in so many ways, including in types of noodles. But I will say, only the preset bowls come out looking very pretty. If you create your own bowl, everything just disappears under the broth. (still delicious though!) Mostly I love just how there are so many options of everything.

Excited to find out Ur Bowl will be opening at Kerry Forest in February 2024 so I had to give this location a try. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. They no longer have the fresh summer rolls on the menu so I opted for the fried spring rolls. They tasted very bland and something you could get in the frozen section at your local grocery store. The pho broth was bland as well. They don't provide sriracha or hoisin sauce unless you ask. Be prepared to douse your pho in both. I also got the Thai tea boba which did not taste like thai tea. It tasted like a powder mix with water. Service was friendly, efficient and the restaurant was clean. They have tons of outlets on the wall if you want to study or do some work here. I'll probably give the Kerry Forest location a try and get the poke next time but wouldn't do a do over on the pho or ramen.

I love this ramen spot! I started coming here a few years ago and I've been hooked since. Today I came it with my wife and I had a make your own bowl. I always get the shoyu broth as my base. I had the shrimp tempura, chicken and Naruto (fish cake). I added seaweed, onion, jalapeño, and scallions for flavor. I added the marinated as well because it gives the bowl a little kick. The bowl as good per usual. I added hoisin sauce and sriracha to take it up a notch. I also had a strawberry boba team with my meal and it was pretty great.

I eat here too much. The make-my-own ramen--Spicy Tonkotsu, wavy noodles, chashu, steamed shrimp w/ ginger are my every time. Always here for the pork buns and edamame, these starters set the stage. The boba is a PLUS as well. The atmosphere is calm, intimate for you, a date, and even groups.

I came in on a Wednesday 6:30pm. 5 stars for service/ ordering by the way. However my 3 star rating is due to food / taste & overall experience. I personally can NOT recommend this place. Pho broth was salty & lacking fresh veggies. 3 stars yelp is just "ok". The atmosphere inside is really nice! Plenty of seating. Honestly personally I wouldn't prefer to come back ( unfortunately).

Staff are super nice, they also played the song from the new minions movie so that was sick. I got pho and it was literally so friggin buss. A little pricy for a college student but worth the splurge

I love my ramen bowl and matcha smoothie. I fell it is a little pricey for what you get. Service was quick.

Poke, ramen AND pho all at one place?? I'm in heaven! I love coming here for fresh, tasty poke. My husband had the pho here for the first time, and he loved it. He was particularly happy about the fact that he could pick what meats he wanted in his pho. I guess that's why they call it "Ur Bowl" because you can really have all your bowls, your way. They also have boba, and lots of yummy appetizers. The place is very clean, the walls have very cute decor, and the staff is very polite, friendly, patient, quick, and attentive. I always enjoy my experience here. We're repeat customers, and will happily make the drive out to Tallahassee from Valdosta just to eat here!

What I found was Sara(h). While I waited, we got to talking, and somewhere between the small talk and the wait, we bonded over the Penang braised beef, which, as it turns out, is a favorite for both of us. We agreed on the bigger truth too: Asian cuisine simply never fails you. Funny how a shared plate and a good conversation can turn a rough week around. Sara(h), thank you. You took an ordinary order and made it the highlight of my week, and trust me, I needed that. The food was unforgettable, but you were the best part of the whole thing. At this point, the beef is just a bonus. You were an absolute delight. Until next order.

This place was packed but I felt like if I coughed, it would be all over my neighbor and the food. It was a cluster f. I did the buffet. While they had a lot of options, it was jam packed together. And you bumped into people trying to squeeze through some areas. The sushi was mediocre. The sweet and sour chicken was off. The fried rice wasn't warm. Even my tap water tasted funny. I couldn't finish my hot sake because it tasted off. The wasabi and ginger even looked funky (I will say the wasabi had a nice kick). Best part of my meal was leaving. The miso soup was the only decent part. I should have learned my lesson from previous Asian fusion places but I guess I trusted the reviews on this one. It's clear to me; a lot of people don't have an educated palate.

He took the time to explain how hot pot works, helped set up my table, and offered excellent broth and food recommendations. The broth temperature was perfect, and everything cooked just right. The restaurant itself felt a bit dated, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though it was quiet and I was dining alone, the attentive service and conversation made the experience enjoyable. While the location is somewhat hidden in a storefront area, this spot has strong potential and could be a big hit in a college town like Tallahassee with FSU, TCC, and FAMU nearby. Overall, it was well worth the visit, and I would definitely recommend Volcano Hot Pot.
