Limited parking & didn't see handicapped parking. Sitting near single entry door in the winter not recommended. Inviting booths and tables, with tablecloths under glass. Seats perhaps about 40. Greeted promptly and by warmly by owner. She brought delightful rolls with whipped honey butter. Diverse American sandwich menu, salads, wraps and Italian entrees. Menu somewhat pricy with $16 hamburgers, etc. Two delicious soups served with dinners, tho mine was served lukewarm. Waffle fries were very go We loved our steak sandwich with waffle fries and chicken piccata! Great place to dine, especially when the freight trains break down on 111th! Fantastic little family-owned sit-down spot! I'm not going to bullsh*t you -- they're not lightning-fast, it's BYOB, and the menu might have a few typos... but the place has heart. Big heart. The staff is genuinely friendly, the place is spotless, and the food? Phenomenal. They start you off with warm, soft bread and a sweet butter that could probably be sold by the pound. The buffalo shrimp and calamari apps are spot-on. Every soup I've tried tastes homemade and comforting, like someone's grandma is in the back stirring the pot. The steak sandwich comes with a grilled jalapeño kick, a rich, flavorful sauce, and a soft yet sturdy bun that holds it all together. My wife swears by the Southwest steak wrap. And the ribeye? Cooked exactly right -- one of the best I've had in years. No, Hope Restaurant isn't "perfect" in the Instagram-polished way. But in all the ways that matter -- great people, clean space, and seriously good food -- it's perfect. read more

The food is always good. I've eaten twice there and have had to call Gloria to the table for more water, the bill, a box to go, appetizer that never came, etc. It's never more than a handful of people, so not sure why the service is slow. They also are skimpy with the chocolates making sure you get one piece per person. lol. I know they're still new and working through some things but I will continue to go. read more

Our experience was wonderful. The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming with tablecloths, candles and flowers on each table. The server was very attentive, quickly bringing us water and bread and butter. The presentation of our meals was not only beautiful but delicious.
