I hate to complain about a new burger place that was so highly anticipated based on reports from other locations. My experience was not positive. Before we got started, we discovered that we had to line up to place our order. We got our table assignment prior to ordering so at least we knew we would have a place to sit after we got through the line, which turned out to take awhile even though it was fairly short when we arrived. Burgers and fries are what they offer with a few salads as well as lots of beer choices. OK, burgers can be good so I ordered their classic burger made the way they recommended....nothing special. Why not? Let's add a small order of fries that we could share. No beer for me this time....just water. He had the same, but cheese on the burger and a soft drink. Total cost about $20. Off to our reserved table and the wait began. Considering that there were just two or three in front of us in line, the wait was very long. Longer than the wait to order. The food arrived and looked good. Burger and fries were served on butcher paper on top of a metal tray. I picked up my burger and then the fun began. Grease everywhere.....on my hands, dripping onto the tray, all over my face, running down my arms almost. I can be messy sometimes, but this was ridiculous. Soon there was a very large puddle of grease on my tray. Is this what a juicy burger is like? A waitress asked how things were and as I showed her the 'juice' from my burger, she said lots of people complain about that. The burger's flavor was good, but so much fat was so unappetizing that I could not finish my meal. I cannot imagine returning. read more

This is pretty cool that they moved a Hopdoddies here​. We use to drive all the way to Dallas to eat them but now its only 10 min away. Everything is great here and they even have vegan options, but I would definitely​ try any of their​ specialty burgers and figure​ out which is your favorite. Also, you must try their​ parmesan fries but not on a date because they have some garlic in it. The​ only bad part of this place is that their​ sodas are those specialty​ sodas so instead​ of Coca-Cola​ it's Mexican Cola. read more

My 91 yr. old dad has been searching for a REAL hamburger. I've taken him to a variety of places, but none, until today, hit the bullseye! Rob, the Euless partner, was holding a short staff meeting when we arrived around 3pm. He asked us if we could return after 30 minutes, and handed us a complimentary shareable coupon. I had planned on eating before our grocery shopping in 104° heat, but we were determined to try their burgers. When we returned a few hours later the place was hopping. Rob offered to store a few bags of our frozen groceries so I could enjoy an un-rushed meal with my dad. That told me that I knew this was going to be an excellent experience. Pretzels, Fries, and two burgers later, we agreed... some best damn burgers we've had, ever! My dad's had a lot of burgers, so I'd say Bullseye! It was okay hamburgers were small not at all what they looked like on the pictures. However the sweet potato fries that had hot honey and sage were amazing. Only problem is the bring them first. I like the interior of the bar. It is casual, comfortable and clean. The servers are polite and nice. They got my order incorrectly, so the wait was a bit long. My husband was almost finish when I got my order. We both ordered buffalo burgers. It wasn't bad but it wasn't exceptional either. It was quite greasy for our taste. I love Hopdoddy. Yeah, it's a chain, but it's a chain that's usually super on-point. I go to this location with my parents usually once a week. The service is usually good and the food has always come out the way I ordered it. Happy hour is a great deal if you can get in before 6:30 because their burger of the month is $5, so that's usually what I do and share some fries with the others. I will say that the fries in and of themselves are not my favorite. They are more shoestring-sized and I prefer a medium-thick fry, but yo, have you tried the queso? No? Well, you should. I could drink that stuff by the gallon--it's amazing. Anyway. Burgers. My favorites are the Llano Poblano, The Diablo, and the Breakfast Burger. The Llano Poblano is a mildly hot tasty burger, but be forewarned of the serranos and habeneros on The Diablo--they're creepers. I did try their recent vegetarian option, The Soul Burger, and was sorely disappointed, however. Hopdoddy a while back used to have the same toppings for a deeeeelish black bean burger and it was awesome. This one, though, is a veggie/quinoa patty and I found it to be almost inedibly salty. I wonder why y'all chose to nix the black bean patty. It was perfect the way it was. Oh well. I conclude this by saying while I don't love *everything* on their menu, what they do have is solid. I love the quality of ingredients and that the Goodnight Good Cause Burger gives money to local charities. Even their condiments and sodas are unique. I anticipate revisiting here and trying the new monthly burgers as they come! read more

This was my first visit to Hopdoddy. I went in during a slow time, so the place was pretty much empty. I walked in was greeted immediately by the wonderful staff. Everyone is very nice and polite. I really wasn't that hungry, so I just ordered a shake, cause it was really hot outside. I ordered a cookie and cream milkshake. It was so delicious!!! Love it!!! This place has really gone down hill. We ordered to go and my husband waited 50 mins for the food after being told it would take 15 minutes. When we got the food it was burnt and cold meaning it sat although he was in the restaurant. The portions are way smaller. This has turned into an overrated restaurant with horrible service and basic food. We won't return here which is a shame. read more

Went here with friends Saturday night and enjoyed their Parmesan Truffle fries so much we had to get another round. The burgers are juicy and delicious. I had the Magic Shroom burger and it's just the best! Our waitress was friendly and checked on us to make sure all was good. The service was great! I was avoiding eating here because I didn't want a $15 burger from a chain. I finally caved as others in my group wanted to try it out and I was mildly curious. When you enter your given a post it with a table number by the hostess, we had some kids with us so the hostess asked if I would prefer a booth (I said yes, of course-gotta trap the wiggle worms in the booth haha) I appreciated that the hostess took note of the children and thought to ask before just giving us a random table. Something I've learned to do when I'm at a new place is to tell the cashier that I've never been there, this allows them to give me any info I may need but it also gives them a heads up that I may have questions. The cashier was helpful and we ordered three burgers all together with one bring a kids meal. I did like my burger, everyone liked their burger! We went during happy hour and I ordered the margarita that had a beer in it and holy heck I could drive home after one! Granted after having kids my tolerance is not where it once was but I was drink half way though that thing, not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing but heads up to anyone who has a low tolerance, I loved that it was only $5, I felt that was a great price for what I got. I would go here again, the food was better than a normal chain and the drinks were a good price. I'd love some coupons to let me go more often though or a rewards program. read more

We've grabbed burgers and fries here several times and have always enjoyed our meal. First off, they do a great gluten-free burger. They have always understood how to prepare the food to avoid cross-contamination. (If you're gluten-free or living with someone that's gluten-free you know what a challenge it can be to find a safe food option when dining out.) The vibe in the place is kind of fun although it's a bit loud - louder than it needs to be. You start out by ordering your meal and paying for it up front - typical fast casual - and they bring it to your table. There is a full bar there, but we've always stopped in for lunch and just ordered soft drinks. The service has been generally been okay, but not that special: a couple of times we've had the server fail to bring us items that were requested or ordered. The last time my spouse ordered a milkshake for desert and we're still waiting ... Because the quality of the food has always been consistently good, I'm giving it 4 stars. read more

To be honest, I've never been a big burger fan. I go to hopdoddy for their truffle parm fries. They're my absolute favorite and I could literally eat them all day, everyday with the aioli sauce !! I remember during lent, I gave up red meat so I ordered the tuna burger and I haven't ordered it again since then lol. I've tried almost every burger on the menu except the chicken burgers and my favorite would have to be the buffalo bill because it's bison meat or prime time because of the content inside and of course customize whatever to your liking. I never realized they had a happy hour until I went with my family ! The burger offered on HH for $5 was basically a taco but burger styled. There was a crisp chip that made it super crunchy when you bit into it. The meat was seasoned like taco meat, there was pico, guacamole, cheese, everything a regular taco would have !! The fries were also $5 each so we got two different kinds. Like I said, truffle parm fries for the win !! Although really yummy, I'm not confident I'd get the taco burger again. Had lunch with coworkers here. I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken. The chicken was ground chicken patty which was actually good, surprised me at how flavorful and juicy it was. The dressing could have been a little more flavorful, barely could taste it. Also got the sweet potato fries, enjoyed it as well. My coworkers both got burgers and they enjoyed it, no complaints from them. The place was more expensive than I would have paid for lunch. My salad and fries was about $18.
