Potbelly is by far THE BEST chain sub shop in the USA !!! I love the Italian !!! Their subs are always fresh and delicious, and their staff is always friendly !!! read more

The sandwich that was made had multiple items missing and a shit load of dressing as if the manager poured half the bottle. And when I called to remake he argued that it was made the way it was ordered read more

Potbelly's was a favorite of mine. For years! I always got the Mediterranean with chicken. They no longer even have the flatbread it came on. and the formerly delicious chicken now served is wet, mushy little cubes. YUK. What in the ???? So disappointing. read more

What's up with the music being so loud in the shop? I eat my food there but the last 2 times it has been horrible. I had to raise my voice just to order. It was very uncomfortable. I talked with the manager and she said it was at the volume headquarters required. Are they all deaf? Although I love the the sandwiches I won't be returning. read more

This is my go-to sandwich place! It is always clean, and I am always greeted- The staff seems to have been there a while and to me, that implies good management. They get busy with big orders but they still maintain their positive attitudes as online orders and customers come in. Ashley, one of the managers, is great- she remembers that I don't like cucumbers and always asks how my day is going. She also knows that I want my receipt for that free cookie! I like their salads as well. I usually get a PICK TWO half salad and sandwich and it is enough for 2 meals. Their chicken salad is perfectly done with the right amount of mayo; I'm picky about my chicken salad. I go to Glade Parks frequently, and this is the sandwich place I frequent. Keep up the good work! read more

SHRINKFLATION ALERT! I ordered my regular Wreck sandwich yesterday and was after a few bites, opened the sandwich to see if they forgot to add something. The toppings were all there but the were only a few slices of meat (turkey, ham, roast beef) and clearly not the usual. As I finished eating, the employee who made my sandwich came through to clean tables and asked if everything was good. I said no it was not good! I asked what happened? Was something left off? She told me that corporate reduced the amount of meat to be included on the regular Wreck but but for some reason increased it on the Skinny version. That certainly betrays their value proposition of a big (potbelly) sized sandwich. That regular sandwich and a large drink cost $13.08 It is so infuriating to realize I paid the same that I did when there two weeks ago but was intentionally given less product which was very noticeable. It felt like someone just stole from me then admitted it to my face. I completed the survey on the receipt and requested to be contacted for my feedback but I especially wanted to share that here to any potential customers. read more

Took so long to make a sandwich and when I tried to tell the server what I wanted they didn't even say anything. Totally rude and will not come back. My server was Zion worst experience I have ever had. read more

I love Potbelly sandwiches - and never had I ever experienced such horrible customer service from their GM Ashley. She is rude and portrays zero customer service which, as a Manager, she better learn. The way she talks down to a staff member who made a mistake is absolutely wrong, and in the same breath she becomes rude with me by cutting me off just when I am answering her question to clarify what I ordered. Sometimes I can let rudeness go, but she is one that needs to find another line of work where she is hidden out of public service. On a side note, Kris (or Chris?) taking over briefly made up for the service. She was more personable and truly made up for the service. Kendall - you're a joy! read more

Love Potbelly because it's one of the few places that offers chicken salad sandwiches. My go to on layovers or at home on BOGO days.

. When I first walked in anticipating my sandwich, I was met with AJ's charming smile. As I went to order my sandwich, I watched as Zion stacked the meats on my sandwich while he gazed into my eyes. When I moved on past him, I came in contact with Braylon. His eyes met mine as he scooped the ice cream and made me the perfect chocolate shake. The way Reese rung up the meal and grabbed my cup was so invigorating. I asked if the cookies were fresh, and he looked down and smiled, "They're always fresh." I then reached for Braylon's and Zion's hands as I dapped them up while our hands slid across one another. As I turned away, AJ winked at me and said, "Come again." When I got home, I could taste all the meat in my sandwich and the love that was given to it by the amazing workers at Potbelly. I then turned on I Am music and screamed, "Just like thatttt Zion, you know!" read more

Well I mean, it isn't Weinberger's, but the sandwiches were pretty good. We tried three, and my favorite was the Beef & Blue, mostly because it was something different. Can't say I've ever had bleu cheese on a sandwich before. While we were waiting for our sandwiches, we were treated to a really uncomfortable moment courtesy of the manager on duty. The friendly cashier had been ringing up customers before they received their sandwiches, apparently a gross misdemeanor, and the manager felt the need to harshly scold the employee in front of all the customers and another employee. Very unprofessional, and so unkind! The poor girl had to turn away and act like she was chopping vegetables just to collect herself. I can't say I won't ever grab a sandwich at Potbelly again, but I certainly won't be seeking employment there! read more

Always the best service and best everything! Those hot peppers keep me craving their sandwiches. And this is one place that you can place an online order and pick it up without ever having to check to make sure they got it right. They ALWAYS get it right. I truly believe the staff here cares about their customers and their job. Kudos to whoever does the hiring here. :) read more

Yesterday I visited this Potbelly's location. The potbelly location executes sandwiches in a greater state compared to other Potbelly's location. I loved the provolone chicken salad sandwhich at Potbelly's. Therefore, I order the provoolone chicken salad sandwich at this location. The provolone chicken salad is a normal sandwich and does not require the upcharge. I love the potbelly's chicken salad. Every potbelly's location mixes the chicken salad. In other locations in Houston, I have observed the chicken salad sandwich synthesized with less whole chicken and more mayo mix. This location achieved the right mix of chicken and mayo. Kudos to this location. However, one issue I observed is important. The sandwich artist is using expired wheat bread. Why cannot procure fresh wheat bread? I don't know. Anyways, I digress. I hope the location offers fresh wheat bread in future visits. My girlfriend lives in Euless Texas so I visit the community for her favor. read more

By far my worst experience at a Potbelly. My cookie wasn't done; it was basically cookie dough, the milkshake I ordered was terrible; I couldn't finish it, it was so bad. And the bathroom was completely trashed smh I won't be back. read more

I've never ate here, sandwiches are really not "my thing". I did get to try the farmhouse salad with no bacon and extra chicken and it was soooo fresh. It also Had a nice written message on the lid. It was all very nicely packaged and very organized. Did I mentioned I was picking up a catering order? Salad was very fresh and outstanding!! The chicken was a little too salty but everything else was perfect! I also want to talk about Nesrin the person whom I assume put the catering order together? And Leslie, the person who helped me check out. Nesrin, way to go on your presentation of all the food and packaging everything very nicely and. Having the food ready on time. LeslieAnn thank you sooo much for helping me take everything to the car and for being so polite. I have nothing else to say, other then I will be returning to Potbellys! I had such a great catering/food experience! read more

Fast and delicious! This was our first time here and overall we loved it and will be back! The chicken sandwich was ok, I personally am very picky when it comes to chicken, and this chicken was not very good. I will not order it again, but definitely will try more things because the bread and cheese were great! My husband ordered the pizza sandwich, and it was sooo good! The pepperoni and sausage were perfect and a little spicy. read more

The server Zion was the rudest worker I have ever came in contact with I saw him smoking weed when he went into work, and when I tried to walk in behind him he shut the door in my face and laughed. I want this to be addressed before me or any of my colleyville moms come back here. read more

Everything seemed good the service was good but they made my sandwich absolutely terrible. Way too much mayonnaise didn't even add the hot peppers I asked for. On top of that literally every table was dirty. Super disappointed. Really expensive for the lack of quality. Not going back. read more

This was my first time at Potbelly. The restaurant kinds of works like subway. You decide what kind of sandwich you want and then you let them know what kinds of toppings you want. I got "A Wreck". That was the name of the sandwich. It was loaded, and I loved every minute of it. Very tasty and filling. I also had a side of backed potato soup! Also a really good choice. I don't really have any bad complaints about this place, but it was really good. read more

Great service Kelynn and Angela they handled a mix up very graciously and professional

We stopped in for a quick lunch today as we were running our Sunday errands. Ambiance: This place, like every Potbelly restaurant I've been to, was clean on the inside with a very casual feel. Food: I had the Mediterranean Sandwich and added lettuce, onions and hot peppers. Mav had the Roast Beef Sandwich with lettuce, onions, mustard and mayo. The food was very good; warm, toasty and fresh at the same time. Service: There were 3 people in front of us today and the line moved pretty quickly. We hadn't been to a Potbelly in a while but would gladly come back. Warm, fresh sandwiches at a very reasonable price with options for everyone. read more

Great food! Made to order and came out fast! Highly recommend! Alot of options for everyone!

The sandwiches and salads are both really good. My favorite is the tuna salad sandwich on wheat with hot peppers. The cool part is they often have some live entertainment. I usually don't have time to sit there and eat and soak it in which is a bummer, the guy playing today was pretty dang good. Oh, and I don't normally eat sweets, but it's my birthday and I was treating myself. I bought one of the new thin-mint chocolate chip cookies and holy cow was it scrumptious! read more

I was disappointed to see that the Hurst location has closed for some reason (may be open again now) and drove all the way here to get a sandwich when I was in Hurst. Being a sandwich connoisseur, I can tell you that Potbelly has something special and different from the others that still makes them worthy of a trip. Take a walk back in time with me, nearly 2 decades ago, when I first sank my teeth into their toasty, soft bread while visiting our nation's capital. It was love at first bite. And when we got one on my college campus I was delighted. Now they're everywhere, almost. And the sandwiches are just as good as I remember. The bread is soft but toasty, they're putting more meat and cheese on the sandwiches, I love their thinly sliced pickles. I'm a simple sandwich eater, usually just going for a turkey breast or club sandwich. It comes out right every time, everywhere. And I love their milkshakes and that they offer a tiny version now for less guilt. It's easy to order online and pick up at the door. read more

Frustrating experience from beginning to end. The mobile site had difficulty processing my order. Tried several times before it went through. Arrived at location several minutes before order ready time. The whole time I was there, there were only 2 other customers and no orders being added to the mobile pickup station, so I expected my order would have no problem being ready on time. Waited until 3 minutes after order ready time before checking with one of the three workers about my order status, was informed that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. Got the order 10 minutes later, got home to see that they had forgotten to include the cookie for my son. The food we did get was good though. read more

Pepperoni pizza sandwich wasn't good and I ask the guy to make it spicy with hot peppers and after I got home I realized he didn't put any of the peppers on it. Having grown up in California in the era of time as a kid in the 70's, I identify with potbelly in more ways then I can count. Thanks Potbelly for one of the best Flashbacks I've been in! That being said... Coming from a true eye of judgment since I lived this out in my life. I thought it was a Great sandwich all round. The employees really got into the embodiment of the sandwich they were representing. The manager did a wonderful job and it was very well executed , blending emotion and passion in to the sandwich. Also this sandwich makes great company with the Drinks which I also ordered The hot peppers alone Hang Ten ... Go For it... ride the wave and check it out.. read more

I've been here numerous times and overall the food and service is great. However, their malts/ milkshakes are really inconsistent.
