This is my go-to sandwich place! It is always clean, and I am always greeted- The staff seems to have been there a while and to me, that implies good management. They get busy with big orders but they still maintain their positive attitudes as online orders and customers come in. Ashley, one of the managers, is great- she remembers that I don't like cucumbers and always asks how my day is going. She also knows that I want my receipt for that free cookie! I like their salads as well. I usually get a PICK TWO half salad and sandwich and it is enough for 2 meals. Their chicken salad is perfectly done with the right amount of mayo; I'm picky about my chicken salad. I go to Glade Parks frequently, and this is the sandwich place I frequent. SHRINKFLATION ALERT! I ordered my regular Wreck sandwich yesterday and was after a few bites, opened the sandwich to see if they forgot to add something. The toppings were all there but the were only a few slices of meat (turkey, ham, roast beef) and clearly not the usual. As I finished eating, the employee who made my sandwich came through to clean tables and asked if everything was good. I said no it was not good! I asked what happened? Was something left off? She told me that corporate reduced the amount of meat to be included on the regular Wreck but but for some reason increased it on the Skinny version. That certainly betrays their value proposition of a big (potbelly) sized sandwich. That regular sandwich and a large drink cost $13.08 It is so infuriating to realize I paid the same that I did when there two weeks ago but was intentionally given less product which was very noticeable. It felt like someone just stole from me then admitted it to my face. I love Potbelly sandwiches - and never had I ever experienced such horrible customer service from their GM Ashley. She is rude and portrays zero customer service which, as a Manager, she better learn. The way she talks down to a staff member who made a mistake is absolutely wrong, and in the same breath she becomes rude with me by cutting me off just when I am answering her question to clarify what I ordered. Sometimes I can let rudeness go, but she is one that needs to find another line of work where she is hidden out of public service. When I moved on past him, I came in contact with Braylon. His eyes met mine as he scooped the ice cream and made me the perfect chocolate shake. Well I mean, it isn't Weinberger's, but the sandwiches were pretty good. We tried three, and my favorite was the Beef & Blue, mostly because it was something different. Can't say I've ever had bleu cheese on a sandwich before. While we were waiting for our sandwiches, we were treated to a really uncomfortable moment courtesy of the manager on duty. The friendly cashier had been ringing up customers before they received their sandwiches, apparently a gross misdemeanor, and the manager felt the need to harshly scold the employee in front of all the customers and another employee. Very unprofessional, and so unkind! The poor girl had to turn away and act like she was chopping vegetables just to collect herself. Yesterday I visited this Potbelly's location. The potbelly location executes sandwiches in a greater state compared to other Potbelly's location. I loved the provolone chicken salad sandwhich at Potbelly's. Therefore, I order the provoolone chicken salad sandwich at this location. The provolone chicken salad is a normal sandwich and does not require the upcharge. I love the potbelly's chicken salad. Every potbelly's location mixes the chicken salad. In other locations in Houston, I have observed the chicken salad sandwich synthesized with less whole chicken and more mayo mix. This location achieved the right mix of chicken and mayo. Kudos to this location. However, one issue I observed is important. The sandwich artist is using expired wheat bread. Why cannot procure fresh wheat bread? I don't know. Anyways, I digress. I hope the location offers fresh wheat bread in future visits. My girlfriend lives in Euless Texas so I visit the community for her favor. read more

Frustrating experience from beginning to end. The mobile site had difficulty processing my order. Tried several times before it went through. Arrived at location several minutes before order ready time. The whole time I was there, there were only 2 other customers and no orders being added to the mobile pickup station, so I expected my order would have no problem being ready on time. Waited until 3 minutes after order ready time before checking with one of the three workers about my order status, was informed that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes.
