Picked up an order at about 6:15 today, when I got home the food was wrong. The burrito I got did not have all the right toppings, missing queso and jalapeños which I paid extra for. We got 3 tacos, two with no tomatoes or lettuce and one with all the veggies on a corn tortilla. All the toppings were switched and wrong. I wouldn't normally be upset but there was NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER AND THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do tonight and to come back tomorrow to talk to a manager and MAYBE get them relaid. I asked for a refund and they told me to leave a review Worst experience at a Fuzzy's restaurant ever. Poor Customer Service not a good experience I ordered a steak and shrimp quesadilla paint extra for the shrimp and Lily got one shrimp per slice on the quesadilla. It wasn't even crisp or good then was told can't take the food back since I already touched it as for a refund then was told they need to take the food back. Ask for the corporate number. There was no manager insight just the overall bad experience and won't be back. read more

Love this Fuzzy's. The people are very nice and the food is very good and not expensive. They have great frozen margaritas here about the size of a washtub. They have great breakfast as well. Everything is good here. Parking is easy and there's plenty of space. Their music system must have had a problem a month or so ago. Something broke, but they have it fixed now. They have the good rock and roll music playing again. Very pleasant to listen to. Love this Fuzzy's. I hope they have one like this in heaven. read more

I've been coming to Fuzzy's since I was in College, and it's been a staple place for me to find comfort ever since. Out of all of the Fuzzy's in the area, this is the spot. Service here is always on point, the food is always consistent. The staff here really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of whether that be the Manager Miguel, or Dro (Jeff) the bar tender. Music is typically good mix of pop. It's not a secret that as companies grow and start franchising that sometimes quality can drop off. I get it, but this location is as flawless as the original Fuzzy's that I went to over 20 years ago. The Corporate staff seem to stay on top of things to maintain that standard. Not the best experience. I used to love Fuzzy's, but to be fair, the last time I went to one was back in my college days. We went on a Tuesday because the location's website clearly listed that the promotion on Tuesdays is 50 cents off most tacos and happy hour prices all-day. We went in and asked which tacos qualified for 50 cents off. Only half of them did, which was a bit disappointing since it was all of the good tacos that weren't eligible (see attached photo of the menu). We also asked about the all-day happy hour, and the cashier said that it wasn't happening even though the website had it listed. So either the cashier was not up-to-speed on the promos or the website needs to be updated. I got the taco plate with grilled shrimp. The tacos were just meh, nothing special and also all the food was cold. I also ordered chips and queso, and the queso was cold (not even warm, like actually cool). The only saving grace was the strawberry margarita, which I felt was a good value at $7. Probably won't be back as there's so many other amazing taco spots in DFW. read more

This location doesn't honor the OG taco deals that all the other Fuzzy's offer. I made a special trip to this fuzzy's specifically for the offer that shows up on Google and was informed that this is the only corporate Fuzzy's and that all the others are franchises. I find it strange that all the franchises offer this deal and it is advertised on Google yet the one corporate store does not. I like Fuzzy's but will not be Mai the trip to this one again. read more

Cute decor. I ordered the Saucy Brisket , the Grilled Shrimp Taco , the Baja Fish (cod) taco, fuzzy's rice and the Latin fried potatoes. The Saucy Brisket on flour was the best part of my meal. I also liked the garlic sauce. The latin potatoes were cold and nothing special - I barely tasted any sort of seasoning.The Fuzzy rices was good but I could tell that it was warmed up from the day before. The Baja Taco was not good at all to me- I took one bite and had to spit it out. The presentation was good however my overall experience as a 3 out of 5. I've never been so insulted in my life. This was my favorite late night food stop- never again. We came in close to closing and they couldn't provide grilled food. Okay- I was disappointed- but I understood. I canceled what we had already ordered. My wife was in the restroom. I waited for her- I didn't make a scene- I wasn't belligerent. She came out- we left. We came back a week or so later. Started placing my order- a gentleman who said his name was Bobby rushed out of the back with the manager lady cowering behind him to tell me I'm not welcome to order food there. I was shocked and confused. I left- I came back with pen and paper to get there names. The manager lady would not give me her name. She proceeded to call the police on me for whatever reason- I still don't know. I demand an apology!!! read more

I stopped in one day for a late lunch. The crowd was thin and there was no line at the counter. Nor were there any employees at the counter. So I waited...and waited. Eventually a young woman comes out to take my order, and acted as though I was interrupting her. I got a salad and iced tea. She handed me my receipt and walked away. Ok. I go to the drink station and the entire soda fountain was down. Luckily, there was tea and the ice dispenser was functional. My salad was good. The tea was ok. But the customer service sucked, the tables were not cleared, and there was nothing about this experience that would make me go back. It looks to be a recent build, and maybe it was an off day, but it is not what I expect on a trip to Fuzzies. I will stick to the Arlington and Watauga locations. read more

Visited Fuzzy's Taco Shop on Tuesday in honor of Taco Tuesday. The restaurant is quite deserted when you first enter there. On Tuesday, some tacos are 50 cents off; however, the shrimp tacos are not included. We started with ordering the shrimp tacos, which were a little underwhelming. I added some more flavor by using the hot sauce that was on the table. Additionally, the shrimp were not deveined, which didn't sit well with me. The chips and queso came next. There weren't enough chips in the bowl, and the queso was chilly. Finally, we ordered the strawberry margarita, which was tasty and for which I might go back. We came here after conference and needed a quick lunch, the food took a bit long to come out but the place was extremely packed so understandable. The service was pretty great actually, everyone nice even after how super busy it was! The food is well, is good for a quick fast lunch but I would not go eat it for fun if you know what I mean! The tacos were pretty small for 3.89 a taco. They were by no means bad or nasty but they were pretty bland average. Nachos were good size and good queso good carnitas etc. The place is pretty run down and a little unkept. A great place to have some good fish tacos or a salad and an ice cold beer while you sit on their outside patio. They are also dog friendly. I love walking here & sitting out on the patio on these hot evenings drinking an ice cold beer and eating their chips & and quacamole. While my dog just chills under the table. You have to tell their brisket tacos. I don't know what they do, but their brisket is fantastic. Honestly, it is better than a lot of BBQ joints around here. The staff has been super friendly when we go. The food is ready fast and delicious. They have a full bar with drink specials on some days. Each Fuzzy's location has their own pricing. The food prices here are lower than other locations I've been to. Bring your plastic cup back and the refills are $0.92. The place is pretty quiet and laid back on a Sunday night. I ordered The fajita chicken salad, very flavorful and lots of chicken. You can customize as you like, I prefer no onions, no cilantro. The avocado ranch dressing has chunks of avocado in it. Ordered chips and queso, you can pick that up at the window first to enjoy while you wait for your order. Lemon and lime wedges at the soda fountain. No Diet Dr Pepper but next best thing is Diet Coke with lime. read more

Fuzzy's has become my "go to" taco joint on Tuesday's. Get there early as Happy hour is all day on Taco Tuesday! Great tacos with flavor. Their tacos don't need to be drenched in sauce to make them good(ahem...Torchy's), and the prices make it unbeatable! The service is always top notch and they have a good selection of alcoholic drinks and beers on tap. If only I could get them to stock TX whiskey! This location is very stingy with their toppings on their nachos. I usually get the brisket nachos and for the last year they have been mainly all chips with a pinch of brisket. I almost gave up on Fuzzy's but I've started going to another location that knows how to make the nachos. I do not recommend this location. read more
