So I have been to many Hooters - from the original to Switzerland and I have to say this Hooters has the most food options on their menu. Wings taste a little different from other locations and the boneless wings are on the small end. If hungry get more food. Staff is very friendly and drinks are cold. We went on a Saturday (yesterday). It was definitely hot up in there. There was no air circulating. For the end of June, it was definitely unbearable so I asked our server if there was any way that she could turn the fans on that were above us. She went to her manager (the guy) and he wasn't sure he could, either. He did everything he could to get the fans going, and finally got it going. Which is why they are getting 2 stars because of the good customer service skills they had. I've been to this hooters before, but it's been awhile so we decided to come back to it last night. Our server's name was Haley, and I think she did a great job. The guy manager did great, too. Food wise, it wasn't bad. I really liked my naked wings with buffalo sauce on it. I also tried the smoked wings and they weren't bad, either. I liked how they had disposable menus (paper menus) a lot because of everything that's going on. It showed they did their best to keep it sanitary. My only complaint and only reason for the 2 stars is because when I finished eating, I went to use the restroom, and I saw a big cockroach in there. 9 people in the restaurant, 4 were regulars. The waitresses all piled up at the corner of the bar, paying no attention to the non regulars. This is why Hooters is dying. The restaurant is basically a hangout for the waitresses and non regular customers are just an annoyance to be dealt with. Olivia was the bartender, at least she would check on you occasionally, her smile and speech just a little too sugary sweet to be real, but she made half an effort. I used to love Hooters but now it just irritates me to watch as it burns. Last night I was returning home from running errands and was craving a cold beer and a snack. Was driving past Hooters on Broad St, someplace I had not been to in a couple of years. I arrived around 7:15 and the place was pretty dead, I was seated quickly and Taylor got me a beer. The beer options here are pretty slim right now as compared to Hooter's of old beer menu. The menu reduction is very noticeable, but that has become common in the current restaurant environment. I went with a Yuengling draft, 10x naked wings in the medium sauce with Blue Cheese and Celery. As you can see, I did get 10x wings but they should have allowed the chickens to mature a bit more. These wings had very little meat on them, and they are charging $11.49 for this order of wings! I pointed this out to my server, we reminisced about the old days when Hooter's wings were meaty, and she offered to bring by the manager but I told her that wasn't necessary. She did agree...the wings were very small but that is what they have to serve. I didn't have so much a bad experience, more of a very disappointing experience. The Hooter's heritage and specialty is supposed to be their wings, and serving such scrawny wings isn't going to win them much repeat business. For me, the rest of the Hooter's menu is not of much interest as there are better options at other places for burgers, sandwiches, etc. Service was great, beer was cold, and the place was clean but I doubt I'll ever be back. read more

Good place to meet after work. No longer the sole province of men looking to ogle women, there is a good mix of patrons, our group included. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. The smoked chicken wings, my favorite, come unbreaded and with a nice smoky flavor underneath the sauce I've chosen. Happy hour means drink and appetizer deals like the half-off nachos I had recently. I like that it doesn't get crazy crowded and there are a number of televisions to watch. My friend and I usually stop here after golfing nearby, and it's pretty much what you would expect at any other Hooters: great wings, large TVs, etc. That being said, there is one issue: the draft beer is INCREDIBLY foamy. I don't know if this is the fault of the waitresses or the tap, but ordering a beer here takes like 10 minutes because the foam has to continually be dumped out and refilled multiple times per beer. Originally, I thought it was due to the waitresses turning setting the tap to full blast by pulling it all the way. They like to turn it on high, leave it, and come back to it. My initial thought was they should fill the cup on a slant and not with the tap fully engaged. It's possible, though, that they've already tried this, and it's still foamy. As such, I will give them the benefit of the doubt (but I am still skeptical). I've been coming here about 3-4 times per month for several months, and the issue persists across waitresses. Veterans Day was a blast hanging out with Jayley. There were only 4 servers all day (11am-4pm) and they all were constantly moving and providing great service to the customers. First off, the issues with this location aren't with the staff in particular. The location seems to be taking way more online orders than they can handle and prioritizing these over in-person customers. The wait times are extremely slow and with the location appearing to be short handed, food is coming out cold and disorganized. Worst Service ever! We just sat there for 20 minutes and finally just walked out. I have tried time and time again to give this place a shot and every time it gets worse. Once my son and I left, I called and talked to the manager, Amber, I told her we had just left and she said sorry I will handle it. We were not invited back, she didn't ask if she could make it up to us or anything. This place is terrible and I am just waiting for the day I drive by and see that it is closed. Sad cause we like the Hooter's in Nashville which is always 20 times busier Update!! Amber called back after she took care of the problem and invited me back offering 10 free wings. I have a feeling the management could care less about how it's ran. It's the worst ran Hooters I have ever been to. I went in today to pick up an order for someone and the bartender said she would tell them. Well she proceeds to flirt with some guys for 5 minutes instead of getting someone to get my order. I don't have all day to wait for someone to flirt. Evidently I'm not as important of a customer as these other people. This isn't the first time I have had issues either. I went here about 3 weeks ago and my friend and I had terrible service. It took us 20 minutes to even order our food, it took another 25 minutes to get it. This was our third time here and will be my last. They were not busy and we just walked out after waiting almost an hour for a salad and a dozen wings. This was after waiting at the hostess stand ignored for about 5-7 minutes.
