Good atmosphere, server was pleasant however bit tardy. Salad was great I suggest the lemon vinaigrette. Didn't seem like enough crab legs for the additional 1599 add to an entrée plate. 6 ounce filet mignon look like a slither of liver, but tasty. read more

Sad to see Red Lobster like this. It was lunchtime and there might have been 13 customers ( if that). This is in Murfreesboro. The server was quite friendly, but did neglect to bring us more biscuits after we asked. She also didn't clean off our finished meals after we ordered dessert. She brought dessert and then had to clean away or dishes. She left the salad bowl on the table and it stayed there until we left. The food was MEH! I ordered coconut shrimp from lunch menu $12.99. There was only 5 shrimp on the plate and broccoli. Not a lunch bargain. I am upset that the new CEO has gotten rid of "all you can eat shrimp" The restaurant looked clean but did have a peculiar aroma. Visited Red Lobster in Murfreesboro...it's been 15 or so years since I dined at an RL. Sat at the bar and Jaley got me set up with some water and a beer while I looked over the menu. Decided on the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer and the "New" Lobster & Shrimp Linguini. Jaley brought out some of the legendary Cheddar Biscuits while I waited for the appetizer. The Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms were OK, needed salt & pepper, and weren't very hot. Took quite a long time for the main meal and Jaley was great at keeping me updated. The Lobster & Shrimp Linguini was disappointing with "scrap" lobster meat, flavorless shrimp, and an unimpressive lobster sauce. This is a new special dish RL is touting...it needs a lot of work. After dinner I spoke with the manager to share feedback regarding the meal tonight. He was concerned about my experience and would discuss it with the kitchen staff. My wife had shrimp Alfredo and was good., I tasted it and was pleased with it. I tried the new Jambalaya and was very disappointed. It is normally one of my favorites but this was not as good as mix from Zatarains that I buy in the grocery stores. I won't try that again. I'll go back to a steamer pot. First of all we were seated almost immediately. The hostess was very prompt. Our server Brittney was outstanding. She came by and checked on us periodically and made sure our food was satisfactory and if we needed anything extra. The chefs although we didn't meet them were outstanding. The food was completely awesome. Steaks cooked perfect, lobsters melted in your mouth. Everything was exceptional. The evening was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everyone was super friendly. The service was good the young lady did her job. But the quality of the food was not quite to McDonalds standers. Which is about as low as you could go. The floor was dirty around our table had I looked at it before sitting down I would have just left. We had a 45 minute wait for a table and the restaurant was mostly empty. first off. service was excellent And the Cheddar biscuits are still great and thank goodness. you could get seconds on the biscuits still. But my complaint is Red Lobster has changed their menu so drastically it is terrible. As our waitress said Red Lobster doesn't like shrimp. it bankrupts them. so there were very few options for shrimp. i used to get the make your own combo. doesn't exist anymore. lots of pastas added. I guess they are cheaper to make. and the Ultimate feast. has gone up to $50. so Red Libster is shooting themselves in the foot like cracker barrel did. they definitely are loosing my business. read more

Came on a Tuesday night with my wife, we ordered the two person special shrimp, salmon and lobster. We had to bring up the app in order to show the waitress that it comes with 2 sides per person. That being said the waitress was EXCELLENT, it seems it was someone in the kitchen that told her it was just one side a person. Shrimp was good, Salmon was decent, could have used more seasoning. The lobster tail meat was tough but when drug through the butter sauce was ok. For sides I got coleslaw and brussel sprouts, which were an upcharge but were good so I didn't mind. Coleslaw was decent, a bit under seasoned for my taste Cost was about $25 per person, which considering the amount of food was not bad but the quality just wasn't there. Every other red lobster I've been to have been 'hopping' and busy in a good way. Had an excellent experience! I am a bariatric patient so I cannot eat a lot at one time and don't eat out a lot anymore. I was able to order the kids' size garlic shrimp with a salad as a side and it was the perfect amount for me and delicious! We also chose to eat here today because I wanted to celebrate with my daughter for my upcoming birthday by sharing a piece of the free cake you get during your birthday month. Had a bad experience today. After asking about the endless shrimp, they have now gone up to $20 and removed the house salad option. On the way out the server mocked us for not wanting to "pay up." On a recent visit to Red lobster in Murfreesboro, Tn , I anticipated on spending time with family and enjoy some dinner. we experienced the absolute worst meal that we've seen in an extremely long time. After an hour 1/2 wait, we were met by a sub part server. After placing our order and waiting an addition 45 minutes when our food proved to the table ... it was cold, soggy and inedible. Our waitress slammed my food down at me And she never picked up our dirty dishes unless she was asked to. After voicing our concerns to our server, the food was ordered once again. While waiting another 30 minutes waiting for the remake of the food to come out, we summoned the manager. We were then face to face with an incompetent, unprofessional excuse for a manager. the manager also offered bounce back cards which we would've had to spend $40 in order to get the 10% off. So therefore after wasting a good 3 hours of trying to dine and have good quality food we left the destination still starving. We're now headed to get Chinese take-out.. which you can never go wrong with. Never again will we visit another Red Lobster in Murfreesboro. read more

I brought my family last night (a total of 6 of us) and I am extremely disappointed. There weren't a lot of other customers and our server only had our table and one other table of two. I had to ask for a refill of my water after she had come by and given everyone else at my table a second round of sodas even though my empty glass was there in plain site and everyone else had barely touched their first soda, so now we're sitting there with TEN glasses of soda on the table and I still don't have a second glass of water, with an empty glass of water right there in front of me. We didn't have enough utensils, they only gave us 5 settings. We asked for the 6th and never got it. My son ate his burger without utensils which is fine but the point is he never got them and ate his fries with his hands. Thankfully he didn't order a salad or anything. The wait for our food was extraordinarily long. The server finally came and said our food was "at the window" and she just had something to do and then she'd bring it to us. She didn't come back for over 15 minutes. My son's girlfriend and I both ordered the build your own meals. I ordered coconut shrimp and a sirloin done medium. She ordered some form of shrimp and also a sirloin done medium. We both got well done steaks that tasted like rubber. It was awful. We were talking quietly about how disappointed we were with the steaks and then the server came by and said she overheard us and wanted to know if we wanted to have the kitchen cook new ones. Of course not - so we can sit there another hour while everyone else eats their food? And the quality of the steak couldn't save the fact that it was cooked wrong anyway - it would've tasted awful even if we did have them make new ones. We spent over $140 PLUS TIP. It was a complete and total waste. That's a lot of money for a sub-par experience. We went there to celebrate my husband's and my first date 31 years ago. We didn't tell the server that because my husband didn't want a big deal to be made but I have to say I wish I had said something while I was there because that was a horrendous experience. From the poor service to the poor food. My husband and I have a tradition where we celebrate our anniversaries there every year. Time to break tradition. I had not been to a Red Lobster in years, but decided to drop in with my sister in law for Crab Fest. I went with a bit of trepidation as this location had gone downhill over the years, but much to my surprise, it was nothing like I remembered. We were able to get a table right away and everything was very clean. The cheddar biscuits were great, and there were lots of good options on the menu. I went with the Crab Lover's Dream, which really was quite a bit of food. The crab was cooked perfectly, tasted great and portions were plentiful. Our server was extremely attentive and upbeat. Very disappointed for the first time in 34 years. We were seated but a server never came to take our order. So my husband went back to the entrance to see if we had been assigned a server. There were 4 employees standing talking at the entrance when he ask if we had a server. They just looked at him and raised their eyebrows. never said a word.
