Terrible customer service. Sat me at a dirty table in which a manager, the person who sat me and the server all past by it and did nothing. Took her a while to acknowledge me even sitting at the table and she passed by at least four times. I had a conversation with the manager who's whole composure itself didn't seem like she was a manager as she leaned on the table to explain why they didn't have the all you can eat wings at this location. I decided to leave without ordering a thing. I love there wings but I am majorly turned off by the whole customer service experience. And this is coming from someone in the industry. read more

I love this location! I hadn't been to a Hooters location outside of Florida in years until recently. The servers are really nice. Some places I've been to if you're not a table of full of guys, you're treated like crap. Don't assume because I'm not interested in the goods, that I will not tip well. Every girl here has been pleasant and nice. The kitchen does take a while to get food to the table. That's probably my one complaint. The wings are awesome. I always get the loaded tater tots and the TMI wings. All in all, this is a great place to grab a beer and a plate of wings for the evening. read more

"No one goes to Hooter's for the wings"...False. I go to Hooter's for the wings. Yeah, I'm a chick, so that makes sense. But my husband says the same thing too, so we're in this together. I do not care what anyone says. I love Hooters' wings. They are way, WAY better than BWW. Basically don't even compare. Their buffalo shrimp app is good too...I didn't think I'd like the combo of shrimp and buffalo, but it's interesting! I know this doesn't really stray from the wings too far, but the Strip Cheese Sandwich is sooooooo good. There's something about chicken strips, covered in hot sauce, covered in CHEESE, that makes it gooey and delicious. I'm not just focusing on wings for my meal, this is what I get. I always think their fries are over seasoned. Not just this location, but all of them. Ick. Two complaints about this location: #1: My husband and I ordered 1 set of buffalo shrimp and 20 wings to share, and took it to go. We get home...and they only gave us one tiny little cup of bleu cheese sauce. Seriously? Talk about skimpy. #2: There's always like 10 women working there who aren't wearing the get-up, and they are just walking around like they are important. Wearing a hooter's polo or sweater or something, making it obvious that they aren't servers. I know that a restaurant has a lot of office staff, but it's weird to me when there's only 3 servers tending to tables and 10 other people just walking around, telling people what to do or just sitting at a table going over piles of paperwork. Hootie hoot! Hootie hoot hoot hoot! I love Hooters. It's hands-down my favorite place to get wings now that I'm in a family way. Yes. Hooters if a family restaurant, especially if your family loves white scrunchy socks and 80's cheerleader nylons. You can't miss with the hot wings...they're not too spicy but they are perfectly awesome. Buffalo shrimp are good too, along with fries and of course tater tots!!!!! I eat blue cheese sauce with all of the above, so don't forget that too. In terms of service, it's just fine thank you. The server population consists of young girls who are usually very nice, with varying degrees of, ahem, hooters. I'm talking all sizes, folks. Hooters obviously doesn't discriminate. 4-2-2022 I door dashed an order, and before it was delivered I called and stated the order was incorrect. It was around 8:10, when I called so plenty of time to correct it. Talking to the young lady for 10 minutes trying to explain the incorrect order, I asked her name which she said was Alexa or Alexi. Manager gets on the phone, he told me his name was Billy, not only was he also rude and over talking me he hung up in my face, and still sent the wrong food. I ordered $100 worth of food, and had doordash refund $75 of it. I haven been to hooters in years, move out here and this happen. I will never go back. Oh also asked for corporate numbe, and received the wrong number. Called back yesterday 4-4 and talked to Mark whom stated the only manger on that day at that time was a store manager by the name Jeff. I hope and pray that wasn't the STORE MANGER, named Jeff who hung up in my face. I see why security is present, terrible customer service. read more

Hooters is consistently tasty. But limited in their options for obvious reasons. I like their spicy shrimp and wings. I also like their curly fries but don't order more than you will eat in that first sitting. Like most fries they're not awesome the next day. read more

Hooters is always the same, and it's fantastic. I know grilled cheese sandwiches are easy to make at home, but sometimes I'm just feeling lazy but still crave one, and their grilled cheese platter is the perfect solution! I enjoy it with hot wings as an appetizer and the fries with the jalapeño cheese for dipping. Yum! My husband enjoys the buffalo chicken sandwich, the multiple TVs, and the staff. I would agree, the waitresses are very friendly at this location! Another bonus, they recently upgraded their bar area here so that makes it look nicer inside. read more

Have not been to a Hooters is 13 years, right before my daughter was born. Oddly enough it was her that wanted wings tonight. We were greeted quickly and taken to a booth. The hostess was also our server. Drinks were quick to come and we were very pleased with Pepsi products. Daughter got boneless wings and I got bone in grilled wings. Both were good, a bit on the small size but good. I got tots...they were awesome. Love the orange shorts. We will be back. Good service makes up for skinny wings. read more

I'm a female, just to get that out there right away. I'm not intimidated by the girls in short shorts and tank tops, it's their uniform and they're getting paid. I think it's a riot that some guys go in here to scam on and flirt with the girls. And the smart ones play back... and take your tips. The food here is good... but the wait time is kinda lame. I ordered a salad (not too big on the sauces on their wings - not into spicy stuff). My friend ordered wings. Shouldn't have taken very long to throw that stuff together, but it did. I didn't have any beer - so can't comment on that. The bathroom was clean - yes, I check. Had a very good experience as I went there for lunch on my vacation day with 2 of my kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress name was London and it was her first day on the job. She did great! She checked on us often but wasn't overbearing. She was very nice and even talked to the kids a bit. I love the food, but I too get shorted on the number of wings or shrimp in my to go orders, and it has been a regular occurrence. I pay more for my wings and shrimp here than other places, so it should be a priority to get the number of pieces right. read more

This is by far the WORST hooters I've tried in any city and I've been to quite a few coast to coast. The place is dirty, the food is awful, and the girls are.... well a bit hard on the eyes to say the least and their collective attitudes just suck. Look sweetie, you're doing me no favor by schlepping a dozen wings my way, so why the long face and loud over-exaggerated exhales? Oh and I'm also sorry that I don't want a giant beer with lunch. Iced tea will in no way affect if you get a decent tip or not. I just wasn't diggin the vibe and didn't feel well after eating the food - and did I mention that IT'S REALLY DIRTY IN THERE? I have been here more times than I can count (only problem is I can only count to 4) just kidding. My cousin and I frequent this local hooters more so than the others because its close to his house and far from mine (yea its not fair I know). Food is good as with most hooters. Sometimes you get the signiture hooters fake attention and sometimes you dont. My favorite dish is now gone (sob) so I stick with the steak sandwich. Oh and the curly fries are fantastic. read more

Shelby is the worst waitress we have ever had at hooters. The first time we had here she seemed high and took 20min to bring drinks and got our orders wrong. This time around she brought us over cooked boneless wings that were inedible we asked her to replaced and she came back 2 min later is the same wings with just more sauce. We waited for her to come back and told her once more that they were over cooked. Worst service here and we come at least once a week. 5/9/16 I provided my number for management I never heard from them. I guess management is as bad as their servers. We went back to hooters today and Shelby was our waitress and as expected she took forever with drinks didn't bring plates or utensils we had to have another server get them. This was one of the worst hooters we have ever been to. My husband mild wings came on a plate floating in grease. I had the manager come over and all he asked us if we wanted more wings. He then just too the plate and dump without going back to the cook and showing them. The waitress should of been ashamed to even serve that. Didn't take nothing off the bill. read more

It's been a long time since I ate at Hooters and am so sad I've been missing out! Our server, Alaya (I think), was fantastic!!! She was the best server we've ever had. She was nice, patient, attentive and even filled our beers for us. The wings were tasty (albeit a little small), the tater tots were great and the pitchers of beer were really cold. The hostess, who's name I don't know, was great as well. GF had hot wings and I had hot shrimp; heaven on a plate! Wow, I come to this hooters pretty often seeing it's close to my school! Just yesterday I asked for 10 wings hot all flats the wings were incredibly greasy and had literally no sauce on them, not to mention super saugy. I always go to Schaumburg hooters when I'm at home for breaks and my wings always have a good crunch to them and has plenty of sauce. I called the manager at this aurora location and explained what happened he asked me to bring in the wings from last night what the heck? My schools is in Dekalb I will not be driving to return some wings that his cooks messed up. Then he proceeds to say I'll give you 25% off!!! There isn't a whole lot to say about Hooters. Pretty much everyone has been to one and you either like it or you don't. I've been to Hooters in several states and a couple of different countries. The food is pretty much the same whether you're at this Hooters or one in Australia. This has always been the most consistent as far as the servers are concerned. They are always attentive and quick with the refills, usually friendly never hard to look at. My main problem with Hooters is that it is going from being a sports bar, to being more of a family restaurant. The last couple of times that I've gone, I've had to endure screaming children, which is not something you want to hear when you're trying to relax with a beer. Overall, good food, good service, tons of TV's for watching the game, but beware of the children. read more

Went with work on a lunch break and it was definitely nothing special. The food is a little overpriced for what you get and although the service is interesting, the atmosphere is not phenomenol. Is it just me or does this location have greasier wings than others? I'll always go, but one of my friends actually refuses to ever set foot in this Hooters again after getting consistently soggy wings.
