The hookah is horrible here. They put only a little in there you can barely taste it. When you complain they don't try to come fix it they just act like you don't know what you're talking about it. DO NOT listen to any of the bad reviews on yelp. This hookah lounge is one of the BEST hookah lounges i've been to in texas. The owner, Audi, is an extremely nice and humble guy. It was my first time there and he talked to me for 15 to 20 minutes and explained to me how customer service is very important to him. He provides the service that he would want to receive. He only serves hookahs like the hookahs he smokes at home. Excellent customer service. Everything is very clean and fresh. The smoke is very smooth and nice. Very nice chill and relaxing and fun atmosphere! I live in Chicago and I am definitely going to come back here when i visit Austin. Highly reccommend this place!! read more

This is officially my fave hookah spot. I'm sitting here currently with my boyfriend and we came from Houston for a weekend getaway to Austin. They have a live playlist playing everything from Lil Wayne to Selena Gomez. All the staff was super friendly. We got the Ambrosia Mint hookah and it was really smooth and quick to come out. The Hot Black Tea was exactly what I needed to wake myself up. The prices were reasonable and the environment was just a nice way to end our night. And they're open really late (5 am) which is awesome!! The only thing is the area has a lot of transient people (homeless) that roam around so I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the car. But honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Very clean as well. Two thumbs up! Update: forgot to add how freaking nice Jay was! He made us feel like family and even recommended some food spots and donut food trucks to check out! We ended up going to Voodoo Donuts after. The Best of the Best Hookah in Austin!!! Their service is excellent. The hookah is flavorful and i just upgraded to the ice tip it is so amazing. They have the most delicious Turkish Coffee and I just tried their Pot of hot tea i don't want to ever leave!! The owner and staff were extremely nice and greeted me with a warm welcome, and complimentary water and delicious milkshake. This is honestly the best experience I have had at a hookah establishment. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to accommodate any reasonable request. For example, when Sanaa brought the hookah to the table he verified that everything tasted to my liking. Unfortunately, I did not like the flavor he had prepared. He was understanding of this and had recommendations ready for me. He quickly prepared a new bowl. Not to mention how comfortable the couches are. The overall ambiance is good vibes. The hookah is great but this post is more about the service. I came by after work after only eating around 11:00. Once I got up to pay, I felt dizzy and had to sit down. As soon as I sat down, I began throwing up. The gentleman asked if I'd been drinking but he did so in a very non judgmental way. Once I told him no, he asked when I had last eaten. I told him when. He told the server to get me an apple and chocolate. He opened the doors, turned the AC on mopped it up with no hesitation. He even held a bag open for me. He repeatedly checked on me and had someone offer to help me to the restroom. I was beyond embarrassed but he kept telling me over and over "it's okay things happen" I can't say enough how warm that made me feel. I've been here multiple times but I'd never had too much interaction with the staff. These guys deserve 10 stars for the compassion they showed me tonight. Thank you so much!!!!! My friend and I decided to try something new. This is such a nice place! Excellent interior decor and ambience. The two mainstay guys here are incredible! The best customer service I've had since I moved to Austin - talk about being pampered! Wow. The hookah buzz flavor is so good. They gave us complimentary popcorn, smoothies and mini cheesecakes.
