If you like sports, well this is a pretty cool place. It has billiards, darts and even table tennis. There are probably 20 or more TVs throughout. The bar is decent and has mixed drinks as well beer. Fast Eddie's also has food, although it is limited and for the most part deep-fried. It is quite large. So it could be a great place to wind down the week with friends and co-workers. read more

It's not what you expect from the outside. They have a giant projector and a ton of TVs. The place is huge with two long rows of pool tables. We played ping pong and cornhole. There were lots of dart boards but that area was really busy so we ended the night with a game of uno. Electric Jellyfish on tap. We also took advantage of the $4 Green Tea shots. So free pool for ladies on Fridays to us meant it's ladies night. We drove an hour to visit and it was overpopulated with MEN in a man's environment. What makes it a man's environment?? Probably the old crusty whiny country music and outdated rock music that the MEN kept putting on the playlist. We got to put one baddie song on that we had to pay for - all the ladies start dancing and actually have fun- and then it was overridden by more old man music. Why don't they have a girl zone or a a dance floor or anything else for women? It felt like we were in an early 90's gentleman's bar. Spacious, clean FUN! I LOVE to play games- not mind games- just to clarify. Darts, pool, ping pong, board games, cards, etc. You can do all this at Fast Eddie's as well as watch one of your favorite teams play on their bazillion Tv screens! The bar is well stocked, and the service was friendly and fast. We were there on a slow Sunday night, had some beer, and ordered some fries while we played ping pong and pool. I love the atmosphere of the pool hall especially when there is no smoking allowed inside the building. People are so competitive and laughter continues. My only concern is that they're are clear sign stating that mask must be worn and NO ONE was WEARING THEM and not enforced which I could understand why. People are tired of wearing them. I just hope people understand it's real. Outside of that, I left right before the band got set up but I had a great time. I am far from a dive bar type of person, but I really enjoyed my time here. Super spacious area with TONS of billiards tables, darts, and some other games. Lots of TVs everywhere. This place was recommended by a coworker as it was around the corner from work. The experience may have been a one off but it was horrible. Barely anyone there and we waited 15 minutes before we went to ask for waitstaff. Then when she showed up she was very rude, explained it was her first day and she's been there only 30 minutes. When the drinks came, lemon drops, they tasted nothing like a lemon drop. So we decided to get something easier to make for the next round, Cranberry and Vodka. Mind you the wait staff never came back so we went to the bar to order ourselves. Then the drinks were ready and still no wait staff. The drinks were pure cranberry juice. During this time, the waitress that had just started walked out. I will most likely go back to play pool but definitely not just a place to go get drinks and relax. read more

I went in to celebrate my divorce. I'd decided on Fast Eddie's because the judge's name was Eddie, and at that time he was my favorite person in the world. It was a Monday. Or maybe a Tuesday. I was on cloud 9 after leaving the courthouse. It could have been any night. For all I know I imagined the whole divorce and I'm still married. I know I didn't imagine the great atmosphere. Wonderful service. And the best bartender in the world, Kellie! Her smile was almost as intoxicating as the drinks she was handing me. I'll definitely be returning for my next divorce. read more

First time coming here, the bartender was really rude to us only because my friends glass accidentally slipped out of her hands. She then proceeded to demand to see all our IDs AFTER serving us drinks (?) because only underage people drop glasses right? lol she checked our IDs and of course we are all of age, so I don't know what her purpose for that was. We expressed our concern to the other bartender and the other location and she apologized sincere to us so we ended up staying there. This place is always a great time around 9 pm when they have a DJ which I believe is on Friday and Saturday's that I know of. DJ usually plays a variety of music from Latin, Country, Rock, Hip Hop and more. The tables are clean and the cues are in pretty good shape if you don't bring your own. People of all ages come here and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The waitresses are pretty good and checking in on you for food or beverages. We had Jesse the other night and she was probably one of the best waitresses we've had. We happen to pop in to find out that Women are free on Friday's which is nice but overall the prices are really great and they're always great deals no matter what day you go in. They have darts and a ping pong table too! Some of the tables are great for groups as there are nice leather couches at some of the end tables. Been coming before covid hit and after. Haven't had many problems and all waitresses were good until today. I had brandy wait on me. I wad there an hour got frustrated. I was playing pool and she had maybe 2 other pool tables to wait. Took 15 minutes for her to come by. After I ordered drink 5 minutes later she said I'm gonna take a smoke break need anything I said no. She was gone for 20-25 minutes. Then asked for tab she said she wasn't gone that long and guilted me to another drink then closed out. And I get you don't want to smell Like smoke but don't drown yourself in perfume. Only good thing was jeay at bar was responsive and helpful got two drink one while waiting for brandy to come back and after and jeay got brandys tip. Been here three times now, and each time the servers and bartenders were all very friendly. Though it does get a bit smoky inside it's still a nice place to have drinks, enjoy a fight or sports event, & play some pool or free darts. They have a jukebox that plays really loud so there's high energy which I enjoy. The bathrooms have been clean every time I went which is amazing 'cause in Texas I have found that to be pretty uncommon. They have a good variety of beer on tap, and drinks to order which is nice if you don't always want something "usual". My one complaint is on the kitchen staff. I have celiac disease and have to be careful what and where I eat. So when I asked the kitchen staff if they used the same fryer for all of their food (cross contamination issues for someone like myself) they scoffed at me and were rude. When I explained why I asked, they laughed and said "yes all of our food is made in the same fryer". Since most people come to a bar to see sporting events ($5 entry after 9pm is an amazing price), shoot pool and get drunk I still have to say this place is pretty cool. Here in town visiting my friend from Vegas and we came here to watch the UFC fight We managed to snag a spot on the couch which was great My server was pretty friendly..... and fast... I originally ordered the mule but they were out of some of the ingredients which I guess isn't that big of a deal so I settled for a beer shocktop to be exact There menu is really sad they don't have much to order which really sucks since it looked like it gets busy least there was a lot of people for the fight .... my friend said he menu use to be difference not sure why they changed it....I had wanted to get the pizza but my friend said it was HORRIBLE so I didn't lol I ordered the eggs rolls and the poppers ....the wait wasn't long and came out quickly .... there is NOTHING special to say about the food it was cheap fried food and that's about it nothing special about it ..... read more

Have been here a few times for small work get togethers. They have large tables for 8-10 people comfortably, along with pool and darts. Never have an issue of getting a pool table. Prices are fair and the drinks are cold. Haven't tried the food yet, but from what I've seen it looks like decent bar food. It was my first time here and I really liked it. Maybe because I don't get out that much :). I always look at the floors to see how clean they are (maybe because I'm a mom?). I was surprised the restrooms were not smelly and every surface that I touched was not sticky. I loved the live band on Friday and the nice leather couches around the main stage. Plenty of pool tables no need to wait around for someone to finish playing (we went on Friday night). The waitress was friendly but at the end I could tell she was getting a little annoyed with us but that was our fault since we spent close to $300 in drinks so we were obnoxious as fuck lol...specially my out-of-town friend asking the bartender to say Trump Pence 2020.. Anyways, I think any bar, it's what you make of it. The place it's self is spacious and had different thing available to do. The biggest and only problem with this place is the service. And I'm not talking about the waitresses. We witnessed the women manger the whole night with a pissed off face complaining and yelling at her employees the whole time. Which made it super uncomfortable. And when I mean yelling I mean yelling from the bar to a pool tables. Her whole demeanor was rude and unwelcoming, Then when we were ready to leave we weren't even able to close out our tab because for 15 minutes she had them behind the bar yelling again at them. If a manager can't treat her employees right I could only imagine how our interaction with her would've gone. Definitely recommend another location. read more

This seems to be a very "clicky" place... The staff is cordial, but they are CERTAINLY uninterested in having any type of conversation with "outsiders"... They made this very clear with me, and I noticed another person, being treated the same.... However, they had nothing, BUT time, for the regulars... NOT a good place to "try"... It's uncomfortable, AT BEST, if the staff doesn't recognize you... I'm not the type of person to frequent these kinds of places, "waiting" for approval!! To heck with this place!! The ONE STAR, is because the pork egg rolls and cheese sticks, weren't too bad... I dunno.... I'm new to the area and looking for my new "spots".... And, Fast Freddie's?? Is NOT one of them! Never will go back to this establishment. Been there many times and never have felt so I don't even know why to call it. They don't allow you to play music you want even though they have TouchTunes jukebox. NO MEXICAN MUSIC AT ALL IS ALLOWED! And apparently having fun will get you cut off. We were just playing billiards laughing joking with each other not really being crazy. The manager told waitress we were cut off for being loud. It's a "bar" geez don't have fun or leave. Plus when we asked why she said "see this is why I don't want you people served." "You people" really this day and age. Well fuck her and fuck you fast Eddie's. I may not matter but I hope people read this and never go to your establishment. I don't say it lightly but racist, stereotyping, shitty way to be towards your customers. I felt bad for our waitress who was cool as hell! She had no issues even apologized but was doing her job! I guess some reviewed who give this place 5 stars are either bartenders, waitresses or the managers wife, ha. This place is mediocre at best and that us a bit if a stretch. Let me break it down. Huge place, non smoking, lots of pool tables and dart board, couches to sit and watch the games, small bar, long wait to get service, cocky bartenders who will ignore you and make watered down drinks, the limes/lemons that go on your side of your drink are withered down, discolored, and dry (yum!), $11 cover per person in fight nights, no real dress code (hobos and people with your pants on the ground are welcome) mostly obnoxious crowd that gathers here, waitresses are as smart as rocks, and they wear barley anything (men you may like this) as they walk around and take your order, hello - dress code for this place but you have your waitresses looking like they are at hooters or twin peaks? Trying to be classy I guess, but not happening. Overheard a patron ask the manager they just want to have drinks and don't care about the fight can they just stay and drink since they've been sitting at the table, manager flat out said no by 815-830 you either pay or you go. HA. This place won't be here for too much longer if this is the way they treat customers. There are plenty of other places to go for a good time, cheap drinks, and better service. I've never been a fan of this chain, and, I'm still not. They have a sign that says they are the original ultra classy sports tavern. Hmmm. I'm not feeling the classy part. They have lots of TV's, pool tables, and, dart boards. The place is quite roomy, but, like all Fast Eddies, just lacks that "I wanna go back". If you're in the area, sure pop in and have a drink. They do have decent happy hour from 11 - 7 Mon- Fri. That's a cool deal, so plus plus on that. If you start a tab, they ask for your plastic. Red light! Me thinks not people! I will only use cash only when I go here. IMO this is nothing more than a local dive with lots of testosterone pumping flair. read more
