Tyler was awesome. Top knotch. Seevice was great. Knew his stuff. Great food recommendations.

Tyler was super helpful and attentive! Made our girls day so much fun, food was delicious and the service was top tier!

Nice interior, decent beer, poor appetizers. I ordered the brisket cheese dip. It said it had peppers so I expected a little spice (it had none). It also mentions BRISKET in the title - I found a quarter sized piece of meat at the bottom of the tasteless cheese. Absolutely insulting. It's supposed to have meat in it! Also the chips were WAY over-seasoned with Tajin - making them almost inedible. Just an awful awful appetizer. I was so bummed out about the low quality of the food, I doubt I will give Honor a second chance. It's clear the kitchen doesn't care. read more

Stopped by Honor Brewery and had a great time. The smoked brisket is amazing. Also, their 5mg THC seltzer is the perfect chill drink to go with the BBQ. Big shoutout to Zach for the awesome service--he made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend read more

We celebrated my son's birthday at Honor this past Sunday. We reserved the room inside and had the joy of Olivia serving us. Olivia was fantastic. She made sure everyone had what they needed and did a very good job keeping up with guests constantly coming and going. We will definitely use Honor for future events. Thank you, Olivia, for making the day so special! read more

This place is great. The beer selection is very good and well executed. The food is top notch across the board. Had the BBQ and it was absolutely perfect as were the fries that came with it. My Italian wife gave a big thumbs up to the pizza as do I. Even the two desserts were fantastic. Saw a number of other dishes pass by that looked like I might try them next time, the chicken and a hamburger that resembled a work of art. The design on the inside is breathtaking with what must be 30ft ceilings. The outside has spacious lawn area and outdoor tables. There are incidentally, tables outside on the second floor. The theme of the restaurant is to honor Veterans and First Responders which I am both and appreciative of that attention. Truthfully the best thing here was our server. He helped to navigate the menu for the food and beer. He checked on us regularly which helped the entire experience. As it turns out he told us that he loved his job. That's right, loved it. Says it all. read more

Honor has been a favorite of ours so when it came time for choosing a venue for a 6th birthday party, they were the clear choice. The planning process was quick and easy. Management jumped in and started making calls when an outside vendor dropped the ball on a moon bounce. Staff were present and helpful throughout setup and the entirety of the event. The bartenders were attentive and fun! Our BBQ lunch buffet was delicious. The chef took a break from the line to come out and cut the cake for my son. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect birthday party at such an awesome brewery! read more

Visited two times during our long weekend trip. Both times the food was delicious and beer was good. Hubby had the platter, a great option to try a little bit of everything. I had the sausage sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich, both were very good. Mac and cheese is a must try! Great service from Trey! read more

Tried out the new brewery, which is closer to Ashburn/Aldie than Sterling. Great brand new purpose-built facility, high ceilings, good vibe (music should be louder). Green staff, focused more on their mobile ordering than service. Kitchen pacing not great, as our entrees came before apps/snacks. Beer was great. The Burn said they have a Michelin Star chef at the helm? Sorry, they're nowhere to been seen. Burger tasted like a frozen patty (not the custom blend described in the menu), sidewinder fries also tasted like frozen fries although their shape was interesting. The brisket platter was uneven - thinly sliced. Surprisingly tender, but did not have much taste. Was not served with BBQ sauce. After multiple attempts they brought me some sauce, but it tasted out of a bottle and not fresh. Mac and cheese was good, pickles were good (but not enough). Pizza was ok - flavorless sauce, cheesy, but a little greasy. We'll be back and hope their acclaimed chef shows up to improve the otherwise avg food, great beer and cool facility with a honorable mission focused on our vets. read more

I am a big fan of Honor overall. Have been going consistently since they opened and really want to support this local spot with good beer and good vibes. But, they have got to get their kitchen and service together. I don't know what changed about six months ago but food is coming out overcooked, wrong, not fresh or tasting right. It has really slipped. I'm posting in the hope that they will be able to make improvements because I really want to keep going here on the regular! read more

My favorite place to visit when in town visiting family! I always grab some new merch- loving the new baseball shirt! The staff is ways attentive and the is the perfect spot to be on a nice summer day. read more

Great food and service. Came here for an event and the team handled it very well. Highly recommend.

Decent food, beer was good, service was good, Ambience is decent too. Their minimum tip starts at 20%. The establishment doesn't pay their employees and expects customers to pay tips. Sick! read more

Jason is the man, best bar keep in town. This guy is always makin sure you got a full glass of beer. We come here every week just to say what's up to the dawg. If it ain't Jason, I ain't drinkin. Last week I flew my plane right in to the parking lot from Dulles just for a cold glass of Classic Lager. read more

Went on a Friday around 430pm. Place was already packed! Place is honestly pretty cool inside. Modern, clean bathrooms and I dig the large open windows! My boyfriend got the burger and I got the pulled pork sandwich which was decent. Beer was also good. Our server was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back to honor! read more

Stopped by for brunch on Sunday. Chicken and waffles was a big hit. Dog and kid friendly will definitely be back.

Food, service and atmosphere are amazing! Love the new outdoor space. It was a perfect location for my husband's 40th birthday.

My husband and I met another couple here for lunch on NYE. I m a new mom and found this place to be VERY kid friendly with changing tables in both the men's and women's restrooms. I had the pulled pork sandwich, I thought it was okay. The loaded fries were delicious and I liked the Brussels sprouts as well. read more

Food, service, atmosphere are all great. The bar staff are very attentive and very knowledgeable in craft cocktails and classics! This is a great place for food, fun and a great place that honors the men and women who have served and continue to serve this wonderful country! read more

Been here numerous times, always sit at the bar and the service every time has been sub optimal. This last time stopped by myself and sat at the bar. Leslie comes over drops off beer menu doesn't say anything and walks away. Ten minutes go by she passes me multiple times and never asks if I'd like anything. Finally another bartender stops by and says "what, do you want a beer"? Service goes a long way and this place lacks it. read more

My review is only for the food, service and decor. Beautiful place, wished it was bigger. Plenty of tables and shades. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience so much more pleasant. We ordered almost everything on the menu and I can honestly say it was great!! Good portions, tasty and served hot. The highlight were their wings! While some might not whole wings, the smokiness and seasoning is spot on. Definitely will make this our regular place when the weather is warmer. read more

We've been here a few times now, once with a large party with toddlers and babies. Each time, the food has been really good- surprisingly diverse and interesting menu options executed well. It's better than many restaurants nearby. What other brewery has seared ahi tuna?! The sauce that comes with the pulled pork is SO good- very well-balanced and delicious with the addictive sidewinder fries as well as the sandwich. Their hazy ipa is usually my go to. We're looking forward to the warmer weather to take advantage of their outdoor space. Overall, great addition to the area! read more

My family and I had such a great time when we came in for dinner! Derek was amazing--super friendly, remembered our order without writing it down, and kept checking in to make sure we were all truly taken care of. It felt like he really cared about our experience and ensuring a genuine connection with a smile. The food and the drinks were great but the service is what made the experience excellent! Thanks for making our night out so much fun! Definitely coming back soon! read more

Our end-of-season team party was held at HONOR, and it was fantastic! The meal and beverages arrived promptly and were of excellent quality. They were overjoyed that they offered gluten-free options, as several of the athletes follow a gluten-free diet. We were placed in a private area, which was great because it allowed us to converse amongst ourselves without having to deal with a large group of people or shout over one another. It was also great that each person was in charge of their own tab and that our server handled it with ease. Will most certainly return! read more

I was recommended by a friend to try out Honor, specifically the Sterling location. I went in just to get something to go as I drink rarely. I wasn't expecting much but I was taken back by how many options were available both food and drinks. I was greeted by Zach who seems to have everything on the menu catalogued in his brain because he knew exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something light, not too strong maybe even a seltzer. So he described everything tip to tail within the specifications I gave him and I ended up getting the 5mg thc seltzers. He assured me they were very light and tolerable. He did not steer me wrong as I was able to enjoy these and still enjoy myself without any foggy brain feeling. I 100% recommend going to Honor because no matter what you fancy you'll find something for you! Hopefully Zach is working when you're there because he'll make sure whether you're in house or off to a gathering you'll be exceptionally happy. read more

Creative menu and drinks in a great setting. We tried a few apps and loved them. We saw entrees sail by that we'll try next time. There's multi-level indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking is available. We'll be going back read more

Great service, food, atmosphere, and mission! Honor has a beautiful space with a super convenient location, perfect for a casual beer and bite or hosting any private event! They regularly have live music, trivia, and host a beer dinner every month. Friends and I love getting to sit at the bar and chat with their bartenders (especially dan, alexia, devan, lisa, and marjie!) who are always friendly and provide the best service. Looking forward to spending more time over there as the weather gets warmer! read more

Our first time at the brewery. And we will definitely be back again and again and again. The food was great. We ordered chicken wings and pulled pork sandwich and they were absolutely divine. For drinks we had French 75, vodka martinis and a Manhattan. Wow. They were strong and perfect. Thank you for opening a place 5 min from Willowsford. We will be back very very soon. read more

...we were eager to visit this new brewery.. Due to high ceiling, it is very loud -- do not expect to have a good conversation or be ready to scream. We had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes on an early Friday evening. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for our server to come to a table. And then another 20min to get our drinks. And food another 20!! At this point, we didn't know whether to stay or to leave. Staffing is definitely an issue. Understaffed. Food was okay and beer was decent. After we were served, server never checked on us to see if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying it. Well, because he had like 10 tables! Best part of the evening was a check -- there was no other option, but to tip 20% no matter what kind of service you get. Not coming back. read more

Love their mission statement and dedication! They honor all those who have served, and they make phenomenal craft beers! The staff is outstanding and friendly! There's plenty of seating both inside and outside. The lighting at night is spectacular! They also plan on having different nights with live music and trivia. The menu has everything to fit every palate. They'll also make accommodations and substitution for most dietary requests. The Deviled Eggs with IPA B&B pickles were savory, and we loved the pickles! The eggs were served on a bed of the deviled egg, and they were scrumptious! The Stuffed Smokehouse Burger was packed with flavor and well done! The Smoked Wings fell off the bone! They were nice and juicy inside. This is definitely a new favorite destination! read more

Erin was great!!!! 10/10 will be back again! Place was well kept and can't wait to come back when I'm in the area.

This is their first week open. The bar was crowded and we sat at the bar. It took a while to get anyone's attention as the bartenders were focused on the flood of tickets they were getting from the tables. We ordered a flight of beer, pint, and the pimento cheese dip. Beers came right away. We liked the Hazy IPA and the Dress Blues. Didn't really like the cider but we are not big cider drinkers and just wanted to try it. We waited about 30 minutes before the Cheese Dip came out. It came out in a strange consistency that had like water on the top. We asked if that was how it was supposed to be and was told by the manager Jeff "no" and asked us if we would like to try something else. So we put in an order for Brisket cheese dip. After 30 minutes it had not come out so we asked to settle up. We had to ask to have the 2 food items removed. I noticed they put it as "manager comp" to remove from the check which was not an issue until I did the automated tip. It tipped on the total bill of stuff we didn't get. Not a big deal but just was surprised after I got my receipt. We will try this place again. This place is new and will be a great addition to the area. Just have some patience. read more

Solid 7. This brewery is brand new. Very clean, modern, tons of windows & very spacious! The crowd had a great mix of people including people in their 70's and families with toddlers. The staff are super friendly and know the menu well. We sat at the huge bar and I witnessed staff asking each other if they needed help! I ordered the street corn pizza. The pizza crust is great but it was pretty dry & I kept wondering if they forgot to add the white sauce. My friend said the fries were excellent & I saw a burger that looked good. Prices are decent. I tried several of the beers. I was hoping to find one I loved but I didn't . 2 I did not like at all and the others ( this was a flight + a 10oz) were good but I've had better pumpkin and fruit/ sours. Fun time and I will go again b/c I live close and the atmosphere, music and staff are great. read more

Nice busy place to grab a drink. Were out of mt defiance cider, which was what we came for. Got the sonic boom instead, and it was strong.

We have been there 3 times and the food was horrible and took 1 hour plus for us to get our food . The service was mediocre except the bar was fast. I do like the beer . read more

I had pizza there it was very tasty and I had some brisket and fries I would most definitely comeback without a doubt

Looks good from the outside but horribly not functional on the inside. The sun hits the majority of the tables inside leaving customers to fend for their eye health. Hoping that sunglasses will help, even the best sunglasses can't fight this eye frying situation. We asked the waitress why there are no tints and they even said there should be tints. We asked when's the best time to come and it's either when there's no sun or a rainy day. Hopefully the owners realize that this needs to be fixed asap and a minor cost to invite customers without being accosted by the sun. I feel so bad for the all the other people especially the older folks struggling to eat with their families in this environment Beers need improvement, the stouts are great but the hazy IPA's taste bitter and taste fades. The Pilsner has a taste that's hard to put your finger on, maybe steel-like. Quickly fades in taste to a flat, lack-luster profile. #tintyourwindows #customerexperience read more
