The owners do this because they were "boat people" during the Vietnam war and were rescued by American GIs during the evacuation. What makes this place even better is that they serve both happy time foods and pho as late night snacks. It's pretty rare for a Vietnamese restaurant to stay open after 9, and this place is perfect for that. Me and my friend ordered nachos, pho, and spring rolls!
