It's a small place with six or so tables, and we dined inside about seven o'clock a Thursday. Several people came in for takeout, so it must be popular with the locals. The place is clean but not fancy. My husband got Sesame Chicken, my son Beef Lo Mein, and I unfortunately ordered Sweet and Sour Shrimp. They raved about their meals but I had trouble eating mine. The shrimp was fried in such a thick, hard batter, I broke three forks while trying to cut and pick up the shrimp. I was really disappointed. Ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets for my daughter,they sent 3 chicken nuggets and the rest was fish nuggets. They didn't even look the same.

Our officed order shrimp lo mein, we got chicken lo mein. They refused to send the correct order to us and refused a refund. We will never go back. The dumplings fell apart as I ate them. This is very pedestrian Chinese food. The service is non existent, they don't provide cutlery or plates (until you ask) and the spicy food is tasteless and non-spicy. The chicken soup had no chicken (unless you count tofu as chicken). The other main courses - chicken fried rice, hunan chicken and pineapple chicken - were bland and uninteresting. Exactly what you'd expect! I ordered egg drop soup (yummmm) and shrimp fried rice. The fried rice wasn't exactly how I pictured it, but it was still good! The delivery was faster than they said it would be, so I was very happy about that. They even walked all the way up to my floor to deliver it, instead of having the front desk ring me at my hotel. Ordered delivery on a Thursday and the estimated/ confirmed time from eats was 7:21. I called the store twice, once half an hour after delivery time and again an hour later, the driver showed up about 5 mins after my second call. Food was decent, wonton soup, general tso, and garlic shrimp... also ordered the fried donuts, but those didn't come in the delivery... maybe the driver got hungry on his hour drive from 1.5 miles away. Totally messed up my Delivery order. The veg soup had an inch pieces of broccoli,so much so that you would need to down the soup with a glass of water. The chowmein was all veggies nothing great. It's a decent value for money Chinese food. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Hunan Beef. Both were pretty good at taste. The combo plates come with Fried rice and spring roll. They were kind enough to replace the fried rice with lo mein and give us a veg spring roll instead of an egg roll. This used to be a decent place but the last couple times we ordered, the food was overcooked. The General Tso's was overly sweet, the breading burnt and the chicken dried out. The egg rolls were also extremely burnt. We ended up throwing out a large majority of the food. read more

Here on spring break and with the cold weather today 27 degrees there could only be one choice, Chinese. Based on a previous review of 4.5 stars I ordered from here. Very disappointed. First of all, since we ordered from a hotel you would think that they would provide us with utensils and plates to eat our food and drink our soup. You guess correctly NO they didn't. We had to go downstairs to hunt down some utensils to eat our dinner. The fried rice was undercooked and bland. Even soy sauce didn't help. Traditional fare for Chinese take-out. Our family was in town visiting the Falls and we ordered delivery to the Holiday Inn. Food quality was reasonable, but nothing spectacular. However, the irksome factor was that the lady taking our order mistakenly gave us the wrong food (they added snow peas to the lo mein instead of the beef with snow peas dish that we requested) and then refused to admit her mistake when we called back. We ended up being charged extra ($1.80) for the incorrect order of snow peas anyway despite the fact that it wasn't our fault.
