I've been here three times and the food always tasted good. The first time I went I had the smoked salmon bagel, and it was amazing! If you're not a fan of fishy tastes, that salmon was perfectly clear of that. The Nashville hot chicken pizza is also a must-try! Overall, the service and ambiance were friendly and inviting. Great brunch spot, just keep in mind pizzas get served after 12:00 PM

We visited for brunch before hitting the highway back to Memphis. Very quick wait times. Option for indoor or outdoor seating and we chose to sit on the patio. Be mindful as it does heat up fast in summer. The space is very casual and inviting. Baja Omelet was sooo delicious. The tots were not what I was expecting but I did enjoy them. I chose a mango aqua fresca and followed up with the raspberry aqua fresca for my refill. Both were pretty refreshing in the heat. Parking: filla quickly during when restaurant is busy. Service: quick and efficient Prices: reasonable

Wonderful experience. The pizza was ON POINT! Oh man, so good. Great service, ample seating, cool stuff to look at on the walls, fun & eclectic vibe. This was the perfect lunch to split between the 3 of us with a salad on the side for each. Can see it's definitely a trendy spot, but we were able to get right in. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area!

Honey Seed was a treat! They specialize in wood-fired pizzas and hand-rolled Montreal bagels. My husband and I stopped here for breakfast while visiting Chattanooga. We had eggs, and I ordered a plain bagel with honey jalapeño cream cheese while my husband had the jalapeño cheddar bagel with honey cream cheese. The food was really delicious and came out pretty quickly. The coffee was good as well. The service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance was casual and comfortable. There was ample seating to accommodate both small parties and large groups. I'd love to visit again to try their pizza.

This was fantastic! We stopped here before heading to the aquarium with our family at five and they had something for everyone. The breakfast items were delicious and definitely homemade, the salad was yummy and the tater tots are out of this world! Highly recommend. Service was excellent as well and things came super fast.

This place is a must in Chattanooga. The environment offers an inside and out feel. Great breakfast and lunch options, including an assortment of unique pizzas and bagel sandwich options. If nothing else, you must get the tater tots! We had to ask for another order after the first and some to go! Service is friendly and helpful, food takes a little longer to come out - but worth it!

Oh em gee did Honey Seed deliver! After a quick google/yelp search we found Honey Seed up the road from our AirBnB and were super thankful they were actually opened early on Sunday's. We had the option to make reservations, so we did, but there was no line when we arrived so the hostess sat us immediately. It smelled so fresh and all of the staff seemed happy to be there. It was a very chill, casual vibe in the restaurant and even though it was becoming 'brunch time' - the customers were all CHILL and not the crazy 'day-drinking' brunch type. Our waitress welcomed us with some waters and highlighted some favorites and listed off the specials then gave us a minute to process and decide. She came back after checking on another table and quickly rang our order in (They use Toast tabs). The beignet croissants came out so warm, fresh, and just melt in your mouth! They were so good (understatement) - then our mains came out: I had the chicken and waffles and my husband had a couple of their breakfast bagel sandwiches. We sat and ate in silence because it was just SO GOOD. We wish we discovered this gem sooner because we would have been there Every morning or afternoon. If we're ever in Chatts again - this will definitely be a spot we have to return to

I had an unexpected doctor's appointment downtown. Hadn't eaten breakfast. Heard about Honeyseed and was thinking,"I'm craving a lox bagel." So, decided to pop in and see if they had one. They had a smoked salmon bagel (granted, I know smoked salmon and lox are different). I've never been there before. Welp, it's $18. And, yes, I did buy it because I just really needed one. I have relatives that are salmon and crab fishermen in Alaska and sometimes I just need some if they can't send it to me. Well, womp womp. I mean, it's a cute place. I get why people love the atmosphere. It's definitely a place you bring tertiary relatives to impress them about a local Chattanooga brunch spot. I'd do it. For sure. Great atmosphere. The actual bagel was *chefs kiss*, but the way they built that bagel was bland as hell. The cucumber deleted all the flavor of everything else on it. Barely any capers, a few onions, good portion of salmon, but one sprig of dill. Granted, I got it to-go. Looked like they just threw it in the bag. I checked it in the parking lot before leaving. It was apparent they didn't care how it ended up since I wasn't staying and eating in the restaurant. It was disappointing. If I'm paying $18 for a bagel, whether or not it's to-go, at least act like you care about the food you're putting out. It was just meh. I'll just go to Brothers bagels or Niedlov's in the future, save the $8 and feel like there's some give a damn.

Seth was an amazing waiter, very attentive and personable. We usually reserve a table on open table just in case we hit a peak time...I have never ordered anything bad, this time...I decided to try the nashville hot chicken pizza. This pizza was so good and next time, I'll get extra pickles. The heat of the pizza was not your typical fame throwing "hot nashville" it was perfect and the ranch on top was the cherry on top! The ambiance is just right, the mood pleasant. Love this place, thank you so much for all of your delicious food!

My first impression was greeted with a packed lot and full restaurant. However, for a Sunday afternoon they were very quick and efficient at securing a table for 4. Indoor and heated covered outdoor seating. The food and drinks were delicious with plenty of breakfast/brunch options. A large variety of sweet treats. My honey turkey bagel specifically was good for the price, however I wish I was able to taste the jalapeño in the cream more. Overall I'd love to come back and try something more popular like their breakfast pizzas!

This is the second time going to Honeyseed. We went right after it opened for brunch and thought we would give it another try - primarily because they allow dogs on their patio. My husband and I split a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and onions - and it was good. My favorite thing (not pictured) was the Salt Air Margarita! The servers were wonderful. The vibe is ok - nothing super special. We wouldn't run back here - but wouldn't be opposed to going back.

They had a huge selection of merch that was themed perfect to their mission and goals. The "We're all bread inside" design was probably my favorite. For meals, I got the Niedlov's Breakfast and my friend got the Ham and Gruyère Skillet. I loved what I got, but when I go again I think I will try a skillet because they all smelled amazing! I also got a Gruyère Bacon Chive Scone and a Orange Pan Suisse to take on the road. Both were outstanding. For my drink, I got one of their Blueberry Basil Matcha. I was a little nervous about the basil, but I can genuinely say it was my favorite drink of my entire trip. Lastly I want to say a special thank you to the staff. We thought we weren't going to be able to find a table, but when we found one at the last second, they actually offered to switch my meal to a skillet since they can't do those to go. Absolutely a five star experience and I am already anticipating my next visit.

One time my parents and I came here after dinner for their gelato, and it was so delicious. We were all very impressed with the consistency and how smooth it was. So I've only had their gelato after all these years. This time I came for brunch with a friend on Sunday morning. It was packed and we got on the waiting list for a table. Wait time wasn't too bad actually. My friend and I both ordered the Hodgepodge Hash and I subbed the sausage for chicken sausage. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish I had come here sooner. I loved everything about my meal. It was flavorful, dynamic, full of texture. It had that spice from the serrano peppers, crispy and flavorful potatoes, and the sauce tied it all together. I love savory breakfast, and that was it. Now I'm hungry and missing my previous meal just writing about it haha. Afterwards, we got gelato! I was pleasantly surprised that the gelato came with two scoops because I originally just wanted the coffee flavored one. So I had a scoop of Coffee + Cream and Pistachio. Our gelato was so tasty. I love anything coffee so this one was good, and the Pistachio one was nice and light. It had a subtle Pistachio creamy taste. Just as before, the gelato was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and super helpful with our food preferences. I have no complaints at all about our experience, and I love every single thing we ordered. I can't imagine a better place to spend Sunday brunch. I look forward to the next time I'm back, thank you!

Mother's Days are challenging, but I think where they hurt themselves the most is that they do not have a method to take reservations or even call ahead seating. Wait times were often in excess of an hour listening to other people waiting to be seated. That's a horrible experience on its face, and the management of this restaurant needs to do much much better or just close on Mother's Day. Next, we'll get to the food. I doubt it was a shining example of what they are capable of. I got the Shakshuka and it was mediocre. I'm not expecting it to be as good as what I would get in Tel Aviv, and I've had the real thing in Tel Aviv. But to be honest, the eggs came out nearly hard-boiled not poached. And the eggs are one of the stars of the show for this dish. If you don't get them right, the entire dish fails. Next will touch on the chicken and waffles. The observation from my tablemate was that it was dry and he didn't even eat it all. The same thing can be said for my other tablemate who had the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was exemplary, but the chicken was dry and actually overcooked. Then there were the omelettes, I don't believe they were impressive in any way and the people that ordered them agree. For those of us at the table that ordered coffee, it was rather strong. I normally like strong coffee, but this was borderline Turkish coffee, and there wasn't enough cream available to mask the potency. The service was also stretched thin. Our server, Destiny, did her best, but she was waiting too many tables. Having once been a waitermyself I have a special affinity for Service staff who are asked to do too much. We left her a good tip, but I'm sure she is capable of much better service than what she was allowed to deliver. Finally, the overwhelming crowd made the restaurant feel claustrophobic. The noise level was far too high, and we could barely hear one another at our table and we were sitting very close to one another. I don't place the blame on the kitchen, staff, or the wait staff, or even the greeters. This was a fail of management, plain and simple. They made no contingency plans for that many people and should have anticipated a larger crowd on Mother's Day. Management -I challenge you to do better!!! We will come back during a normal Service day to see if you can perform better, but I encourage you, as owners and managers, to stop setting your staff up for failure, which is what you did!

I wasn't too sure where to stand when I entered off the patio side on this lovely early afternoon, but when I figured out where the hosting station was, I was welcomed and seated in a spot I would have chosen for myself. Sometimes people sit single dudes in odd spots because maybe they don't think we care about kitchen doors and dark corners, but I had a really nice table where I could soak up the retro revamped vibe. I doubled the eggs order to four and chose the bacon and added a side of stewed black beans (so glad I did). First, I started with a glass of Beaujolais, which was quite nice. When the food arrived, the first thing that struck me was that I got cold butter in its own nice tin. I can't tell you how uncommon this is, even in finer dining. Usually, you get olive oil instead of butter, and if you ask for butter, it's in one of those wrappers. This was the real thing, not whipped, and I didn't have to ask specially for it. The eggs were delicate and seasoned beautifully, and the bacon was hearty and high-end and crispy. The grits are unbelievable, and the stewed beans are homemade and subtle, smooth as butter. I was amazed; the sides were really at the forefront. The kitchen isn't fast, so don't be in a hurry when you're here. Even the glass of wine took a few, and it was not busy. But it's also a nice place to relax and soak up the ambience, either indoors or out. And I appreciated that the food was so well made that I didn't mind the wait. Hats off to Stafford, who was my server. She checked up on me frequently. She was efficient and personable. They are lucky to have her! I had a beautifully crafted cortado espresso at the end, served traditionally with the fizzy water on the side. This is my favorite espresso as it is a strong pour but has just a bit of hot milk at the top to cut the acidity. It was excellent. Frankly, I was impressed they even knew what it was, so if you're just getting coffee, they'll also be the right place. I obviously recommend this place for its food, ambience, service.
