The hottest donut place in Antelope. The only donut place in Antelope. That's how you know Antelope is far too small. Anyways, I remember always being so jealous of the kids who used to stop here on the way to school before class in 7th grade. I got driven to school, but the walkers got to really enjoy what this place has to offer. My boyfriend, however, surprised me a couple times a week with those scrumptious donut balls in high school. Made my mornings. Thank goodness this place is still around, definitely still my donut shop of choice. read more

My favorite are their glazed donuts, which are soft & pillowy. Apple fritters are good there, too. Don't care for the artificial whipped creme they use in their filled chocolate log, however. Also, I'm a traditionalist and don't like filled donuts that are sliced in half rather filled in the middle. Why do some donut shops do that? It looks unappealing and makes a jelly donut messy to eat. read more

Fresh donuts; my wife loved her apple fritter, I liked my crumb bear claw (apple filled) and my son loved his sprinkle donut, he can't talk yet, but he ate the whole thing and his two donut holes, and then proceeded to steal another donut hole out of the bag when I wasn't looking, little rascal. The wife is very picky with apple fritters, so that's saying a lot, I tried a bite, even though I was full after eating my donuts, it was very good. Lots of big chunks of apple and not overdone, not underdone, just right. Not too sweet, not overly sweet. Bear claw was good, been a while since I had a good bear claw. I'm personally not a fan of apple filled bear claws, I like ones with almonds, but it was very very good for what it was. I'd get it again actually even though they're not my thing, which is also saying a lot. Donut holes are also very, very good as other reviewers have mentioned. It is in a run down shopping area, but don't let it deter you, there's a reason they're still there... They're good. read more

Honey Donuts - Donuts Near Me - Antelope, California

Decided to take a different walking route today. I walked near CenterHigh School but got hungry and went to a Honey Donuts for breakfast. I had coffee and (2) maple glazed donuts. Both were fresh and very good! The young lady that took my order & waited on me was very pleasant , courteous. Also, while I was there, I found my lost car keys! Apparently a kind stranger found them & dropped it off @ the donut shop...what are the odds! There are still kind hearted people in the world & I thank God for them! Highly recommend Honey Donuts!! read more

After a long night of partying and debauchery you drag your ass into this little oasis of love with your hangover in tow and they will lead you to salvation. They have really fresh donuts and the GF says that they actually have really decent coffee. My favorite donut is a Maple Old Fashioned even though I haven't really met a donut that I haven't liked. Also, is it some sort of a Donut Shop prerequiste that they must be decorated like they are still in the 70s? Well, I don't mind, Honey Donuts (didn't even know that was their name! lol) meets all of my donut needs. read more

lady was nice and helpful, and the donuts were super yummy. you can't see them from antelope rd. they're around the corner from the great clips. read more

I really wanted to love this donut shop but it was just okay. Myself and two others split a dozen donuts, and when we picked them out they all looked pretty promising. I selected ones like a cream filled chocolate bar, a chocolate bar with chocolate chips, a white sprinkled donut, a chocolate ring, etc. The taste was pretty mediocre and didn't jump out at me. My boyfriend and his friend weren't very impressed with theirs either. The next day I went to bite into a donut and it had a really nasty taste on the bottom of it - must have been the taste of the oil they were fried in. It was gross. I was hoping that this would be our one stop shop for donuts since it's only about 5 minutes from my boyfriend's place, but I guess we'll have to look elsewhere. However, the staff was very friendly. read more

I think we were spoiled in Elk Grove with our Java Time donuts 15-foot-long donut case packed full of sugary goodness. We came to Honey hoping to find our Family Saturday donut spot, but were disappointed when the lady was pretty rude. She even repeated the order but then seemed irritated when she forgot to give us the donut and also charge us for it. The donuts were pretty tasty but were a little on the pricey side compared to other shops I've visited. I didn't realize I had a bit of donut snobbery until I went to bite into my cream filled chocolate donut and realized they just cut the donut in half and spread the cream on it like a bagel! The audacity of them not injecting the donut with cream! But all the same, it tasted pretty damn good. The shop itself was in a sad little strip mall with pretty much nothing else in it, but the lady did say there would be some big store coming in the next year. For the community and their sake, I hope so. I think we'll try to check out some other donut shops in the area before we come back for the curt service. read more

Gave it another try recently, the service was good and the donuts were great. I do wish she wouldn't try to stuff so many donuts in a bag since the icing gets smeared on the bag and the donuts were a bit smushed. Didn't ruin the experience for me though. read more

Very good donuts, very nice and humble little spot. The guy greeted me when I walked in but went right back to his phone. I believe he was texting. I went a little late around 10:30-11AM and a lot of the donuts were gone. Not too many options to choose from. Over all the donuts I got were delicious. Just not very variety and customer service could've been a lot better. read more

Super yummy donuts here! The way I determine a good donut shop is y they're chocolate icing. This donut destination has FANTASTIC chocolate icing that tastes like chocolate! Very friendly staff and just incredible donuts! read more

We just moved down the street so I bought a dozen for move-in day. No complaints at all! They had a decent variety of the usual donuts you'd find at a shop. read more

best donuts ever!! the crumb donuts are amazing as well as the glazed donut holes! highly recommend!

Delicious donuts, the best in the area. I always go here when I'm craving a good donut

Solid local donut shop. Donuts aren't always hot, but they are consistently good and they usually have a nice selection.

Love the donuts here. Been a customer for about 7 years. My favorite is always the whipped cream filled bars although everything is good here. This is the place I go when I bring donuts to work. Never thought I would taste such a difference in donuts but after coming here, I do. read more

Huge variety, quiet but friendly young man behind the counter, and the donuts were delish! Want to try the blended coffee and tea but I guess the lady (the young man's mom) was on break and only she could make it. Maybe next time. Overall a good experience and I plan to go back. read more

Nice people, very curt and to the point, just my style. Not very many people here on Saturday mornings, although I once saw an older guy reading a paper in there. read more

Donuts are very tasty, especially the apple fitters, big variety, great customer service and convenient location.

Been driving past here for years and finally decided to stop in today. They are not very visible from Watt Ave. and are in an otherwise abandoned section of a shopping center, but don't let that deter you - they are definitely worth finding! Their donuts were super-fresh, soft, and flaky. Tasted so good the dozen disappeared in no time! We'll be coming back again! read more

I have been going to this place for a very long time. Everyone complains about the lady but she does her job. I don't care if she's not smiling or whatever most people complain about. These donuts are great and probably the best around the area. read more

I have gone to this donut shop since I was a kid. I love their doughnuts. I visit them every time I'm in town.

Whenever I get donuts, this is where I go. A whole in the wall type place, but THESE ARE DELICIOUS!

Went here because it's right around the corner...decent prices and decent donuts...just wasn't impressed with the flavor of there chocolate

A little pricey but best donuts ever! And the owners are the sweetest people! A dozen of the good donuts (maple bars, chocolate bars, cinna twists, etc) is about $15 the bakery is always very clean and each donut is well put together! (I hate sloppy donuts) we spoil ourselves at least once a week here read more

Very good donuts and are one of the best I've had if you get them while they're hot! Twists are good size and the apple fritters are HUGE

The best donuts hands down. My daughter loves them and always asks to get her donuts before school.

She's not friendly or perhaps had a bad day. Donuts are good and affordable, but that's not how customers can be satisfied. Greet customers with smile! Not just what you want..! read more
