This place has so many options! both meat and vegetarian! Our group was pretty big, so they accommodated us in many ways. They were pretty nice too. Our servers make sure our waters were refilled at all times. All of the dishes I tried were so amazing! We ordered family-style so everyone could try multiple things. Also ordered a bunch of naan, which was so soft and yummy, and it paired well with many of the other dishes. Mango lassi was also refreshing and sweet, which helped with the spice of many of the dishes. The inside is not the cleanest, but there are large and small tables for groups of all sizes. They also sell baked goods and desserts in the front near the cashier. Parking is super easy, and there's a large lot in front

I have never been to a vegetarian restaurant truth be told. Especially one that I truly enjoyed. My In-Laws are Vegetarian so they wanted to try out this place. I wasn't really expecting much however I was definitely blown out of the water by how good this restaurant was. Everything was amazing and tasted sooooo delicious. Every single dish had its own uniqueness to it that I was truly satisfied with by the end of it. Will be back definitely one day. Taste- 9/10 Atmosphere- 7/10 Service - 8/10

Honestly, Honest is Honest about their food. It's fresh, tasty and a holy feeling to it. Even though veg only, our kids also find items they can eat at this place. Their service is decent and the ambiance is elegant. Very neat presentation

solid Indian restaurant. Good enough for the gringos and still spicy enough for my fellow Indians. Service here was quick, price was very reasonable, and food was pretty good. I highly recommend getting the dosas, bahubali sandwich, and the nutella shake. if you're feeling adventurous i'd go for the mango lassi.

January 2022 Honest restaurant has a large footprint not only in the US, but overseas as well. This restaurant, with its roots tied deeply into Indian cuisine and culture, provides an extensive menu from appetizers, chaat, sandwiches and main course. If you're visiting honest restaurants, the main attraction is always going to revolve around chaat and appetizers. I visited for dinner on a Sunday. I was delighted with the quick service. We ordered a bunch of things off of the menu and everything was served in a timely manner. The food - Bhaji pav, Dabang Dosa, Kattapa Sandwich and Chinese bhel. The Pav Bhaji had that nostalgic Indian street style flavor, the Sandwich was a wild card loaded with cheese and good flavor while the Chinese bhel was loved by everyone for its fiery attitude and crunchy bits. The dosa, however, left us wanting for more. Overall, was this the best chaat that I've ever had? NO. Was this the best Honest restaurant that I've ever visited? NO. Is it good for the price? Absolutely YES. Everything that we ordered was tasty, the service was amicable and the place was big with good amount of seating space. There's a big parking lot outside so you shouldn't have a problem finding a parking space. This restaurant is good for family, friends and colleagues alike.

If you love indian cusine with decent price this is the place for you. Honest is decent restaurant with choice of all indian famous food. It's offering you best Indian street foods along with Main course. They have Chinese food selections also. They also have nice mocktails and smoothie choices. This place is an awesome place to go to for quick bites and fast service. The ambiance is always good with music and talking. The restaurant is also very clean. The service is lightning quick with 6 servers and 2 cleaners in the front. The food was absolutely amazing as always. The paneer butter masala was spot on. The Manchurian medley was flavorful. Only negative was the paper thin dosa. It felt like eating rice paper or papad. Overall pretty good

I was very happy to find this restaurant at the intersection of 635 W and MacArthur next to the Patel Bro's grocery store. The menu is fully vegetarian with many menu options. The facility was brightly lit, modern and spacious. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala with Naan to go. My order was ready within 15 minutes. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. I will be back when I am in the area.

Dabang Dosa

To be honest, this place was good not amazing. I had heard so much about this place, so I was very excited to try it out. Even on a week day afternoon it was relatively crowded. When we asked the waitress about the most popular dishes, she said everything...then we asked about her favorite dish and she said everything again. On a store boasting about honest, we thought this was humorous. Ultimately, we decided to try out the Bahubali Sandwich and Dabang Dosa after asking a friend about their favorite dishes. I have to say in comparison to other similar Indian restaurants, we felt like this place was slightly overpriced. The Dabang Dosa was good- almost like a dosa filled with veggies topped with cheese. The tomato chutney was pretty good. I'm not sure I would necessarily get it again, but it was different. The Bahubali Sandwich was like a fancy Bombay style sandwich. It is like a beet sandwich with pineapple chutney topped with cheese. Also different but not amazing. The one thing that was good was the serving size was pretty good for two people (we even took some home) and the presentation was good. The food also came out very quickly. If you are looking for something different, this place offers that. However, for the staple Indian dishes, I would go somewhere else.

A very good private parking space and when you enter the restaurant provides a very Indian…read moretraditional lounge feeling. When we visited the restaurant had an engagement party and multiple guests on their banquet area. The service is good and prompt. The restaurant does get busy and seen party of 10 or more as well as family friendly. So call ahead and book if you prefer not to wait. We did not order drinks but the menu suggested this is more apt for people who enjoy drinks as they have a well equipped items as well as a full bar i think. However we got water and the water was bad and almost unhealthy. We even asked to switch and get new glass but after few minutes the water tasted bad. They do sell Fiji water and other drinks on one menu though. Food was the main reason we had decided to be there and the Holden Pomfret Fish appetizer was excellent. We loved it! However the rest of dishes did not impress at all and fell flat Chicken tikka masala and Awadhi Biryani we ordered sound ed delicious and i liked it but my Son did not. Naan were great and we ordered Dal makhani and we had much much better ones. All in all a good vibe place for more drinks friendly atmosphere than for foodies.

We came here two Saturdays ago for dinner and had a really great experience! When we first arrived,…read morethe restaurant was fairly empty, but it definitely picked up throughout the evening and had a great energy by the time we left. I'm a huge chaat girl, so we ordered the Pani Puri and the Spinach Chaat to start. The Pani Puri was amazing! My only preference would have been for all six pieces to come with the traditional water. Three of them came with a different variation, which was still good -- just not my personal favorite. The Spinach Chaat was also really good, although I was expecting it to be a little lighter and found it to be somewhat heavier than anticipated. My favorite appetizer was the Goat Kabob - it was prepared very well. For dinner, we ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, and it was excellent. We decided to skip dessert and grab something elsewhere, but overall, we had a wonderful experience. It's so nice to have an elevated Indian restaurant like this in the Flower Mound area. We're already looking forward to coming back, and I can't wait to bring the rest of my family next time!

Southern Spice is a solid 4 star Indian restaurant in Las Colinas, which is full of similar…read moreoptions, due primarily to great value. I haven't had vada pav sliders before but the filling is kind of like fried samosa filling without the dough. It's good. The serving size of the biryani was very impressive. You can see from the photo that they fill the container and then add another mound of rice on top of that - basically 2 servings (we took one home). And they didn't skimp on the chicken either! The chicken is cooked perfectly, the sauces are a great complement and this is an excellent dish. The Lunch Thali gives you a lot of bang for your buck and mine included ~5 pieces of fish fry, about the same amount of veg pakora, yogurt dip, chicken curry with rice, 2 different soups, a naan/tortilla thing, and a carrot dessert (like a halwa). All had good flavor and the soups have a nice spicy kick to them. However, since all the dishes for the thali come off the lunch line (ie all premade), the tortilla, fish and pakoras had been sitting out for awhile and not too hot. Had they come out fresh from the fryer, I might have given this experience 5 stars. As it stands, I'll probably be back for lunch anyways - and the thali is available 7 days a week!
