Honestly, Honest is Honest about their food. It's fresh, tasty and a holy feeling to it. Even though veg only, our kids also find items they can eat at this place. Their service is decent and the ambiance is elegant. Very neat presentation

This place is an awesome place to go to for quick bites and fast service. The ambiance is always good with music and talking. The restaurant is also very clean. The service is lightning quick with 6 servers and 2 cleaners in the front. The food was absolutely amazing as always. The paneer butter masala was spot on. The Manchurian medley was flavorful. Only negative was the paper thin dosa. It felt like eating rice paper or papad. Overall pretty good

solid Indian restaurant. Good enough for the gringos and still spicy enough for my fellow Indians. Service here was quick, price was very reasonable, and food was pretty good. I highly recommend getting the dosas, bahubali sandwich, and the nutella shake. if you're feeling adventurous i'd go for the mango lassi.

If you love indian cusine with decent price this is the place for you. Honest is decent restaurant with choice of all indian famous food. It's offering you best Indian street foods along with Main course. They have Chinese food selections also. They also have nice mocktails and smoothie choices. We have been there twice with my colleagues and enjoyed everything

Love this place! Lotsa seating and very clean. Quick and great service. Food is delicious. Always always get mango lassi ;) I tend to get the same food everything. Can't wait to try other things on the menu. Go Indian grocery shopping next door afterwards!!

I was very happy to find this restaurant at the intersection of 635 W and MacArthur next to the Patel Bro's grocery store. The menu is fully vegetarian with many menu options. The facility was brightly lit, modern and spacious. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala with Naan to go. My order was ready within 15 minutes. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. I will be back when I am in the area.

To be honest, this place was good not amazing. I had heard so much about this place, so I was very excited to try it out. Even on a week day afternoon it was relatively crowded. When we asked the waitress about the most popular dishes, she said everything...then we asked about her favorite dish and she said everything again. On a store boasting about honest, we thought this was humorous. Ultimately, we decided to try out the Bahubali Sandwich and Dabang Dosa after asking a friend about their favorite dishes. I have to say in comparison to other similar Indian restaurants, we felt like this place was slightly overpriced. The Dabang Dosa was good- almost like a dosa filled with veggies topped with cheese. The tomato chutney was pretty good. I'm not sure I would necessarily get it again, but it was different. The Bahubali Sandwich was like a fancy Bombay style sandwich. It is like a beet sandwich with pineapple chutney topped with cheese. Also different but not amazing. The one thing that was good was the serving size was pretty good for two people (we even took some home) and the presentation was good. The food also came out very quickly. If you are looking for something different, this place offers that. However, for the staple Indian dishes, I would go somewhere else.

January 2022 Honest restaurant has a large footprint not only in the US, but overseas as well. This restaurant, with its roots tied deeply into Indian cuisine and culture, provides an extensive menu from appetizers, chaat, sandwiches and main course. If you're visiting honest restaurants, the main attraction is always going to revolve around chaat and appetizers. I visited for dinner on a Sunday. I was delighted with the quick service. We ordered a bunch of things off of the menu and everything was served in a timely manner. The food - Bhaji pav, Dabang Dosa, Kattapa Sandwich and Chinese bhel. The Pav Bhaji had that nostalgic Indian street style flavor, the Sandwich was a wild card loaded with cheese and good flavor while the Chinese bhel was loved by everyone for its fiery attitude and crunchy bits. The dosa, however, left us wanting for more. Overall, was this the best chaat that I've ever had? NO. Was this the best Honest restaurant that I've ever visited? NO. Is it good for the price? Absolutely YES. Everything that we ordered was tasty, the service was amicable and the place was big with good amount of seating space. There's a big parking lot outside so you shouldn't have a problem finding a parking space. This restaurant is good for family, friends and colleagues alike.

    Dabang Dosa

This place has been a hit or miss for me. Out of 5 times I got food from here, 3 times it was amazing and 2 times it was a disappointment. Previously we had 'dabang dosa' 'bahubali sandwich' and 'paneer king sandwich'. That was all good. Last time we got a to go, it was all a stale and bad quality food. Vadapav- stale, re-fried and burnt. No garlic chutney. Bread was stale. Chinese bhel- was more like soft hakka noodles with stale, greasy Manchurian balls. Big pieces of raw onions. Sandwich- soggy.

We ordered the butter chicken and the Goat Rarah, and unfortunately, both fell a bit flat for us. They were just okay, we've definitely had better. Our waiter was kind and attentive, which we appreciated. We ordered the papdi chaat, which had great chutneys but a small portion. For the main, chicken saag and paneer butter masala were ordered. The paneer butter masala isn't how it was described: "Paneer cubes simmered in a smooth tomato and butter gravy, finished with dried fenugreek." The gravy was chunky and not buttery like the sauce that's described. The paneer was a little hard. Although I did not eat the saag chicken, it was enjoyed. The restaurant became busy around 7:30 PM on a Saturday evening, and we had a 7:00 PM reservation.

I haven't had vada pav sliders before but the filling is kind of like fried samosa filling without the dough. It's good. The serving size of the biryani was very impressive. You can see from the photo that they fill the container and then add another mound of rice on top of that - basically 2 servings (we took one home). And they didn't skimp on the chicken either! The chicken is cooked perfectly, the sauces are a great complement and this is an excellent dish. The Lunch Thali gives you a lot of bang for your buck and mine included ~5 pieces of fish fry, about the same amount of veg pakora, yogurt dip, chicken curry with rice, 2 different soups, a naan/tortilla thing, and a carrot dessert (like a halwa). All had good flavor and the soups have a nice spicy kick to them. However, since all the dishes for the thali come off the lunch line (ie all premade), the tortilla, fish and pakoras had been sitting out for awhile and not too hot. Had they come out fresh from the fryer, I might have given this experience 5 stars. As it stands, I'll probably be back for lunch anyways - and the thali is available 7 days a week!

The wait time was around 15 mins. The restaurant looked like it is well maintained and the bathroom looked maintained which is nice as they do reflect on any and every establishment. The dining area looked as if they set up for a buffet/family style meals, and there are about 3 tables for outdoor dining. Overall this was a pleasant experience and I'd say that the food was very pleasant in taste and appearance. As my order was ToGo, my expectations would be that the bag would have had plastic ware and napkins. This oversight was a major disappointment and a huge lacking to detail for a new patron and paying customer. I had to use the lids of the rice container as a makeshift spoon. Not very ideal and or it made for a poor dining experience. I'd not return to eat from Nizam's Kitchen 3601 Regent Boulevard Suite 140, Irving, TX, 75036

The momo wrappers are on the thicker side, so if you're someone who prefers a thinner skin, just keep that in mind because that was the case with all the ones I tried. My favorite ended up being the tandoori momo, even though it was a bit salty, the flavor was really good. I usually don't go for butter chicken momo, but that one surprised me, it was actually a hit and everyone at the table liked it.
