We found this place on Yelp when the place we tried to go didn't open until 9am. Sometimes it's best when things don't go as planned because this place was excellent and we now have a new local favorite. The hubbs had Sweet Heat and I had the mini egg. Both tasted amazing because, you know we had to try each other's. The star of our breakfast was Lilly! The avocado toast was the best we've ever had. The best part is that everything is made there and with quality ingredients. I could tell the difference in taste and how I felt afterwards. I can't wait until we go back and try something else. read more

Probably my favorite place to get lunch in Atlantic beach! The Acai Bowls are delicious, they're generous with the toppings and the açaí base is really yummy and thick, not icey or overly sugary like most places. The homemade granola is delicious and made with brown sugar so it has a great flavor. The vegan frozen yogurt is tasty as well and there are lots of great toppings! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and everything is prepared quickly! read more

Are you one of the following? 1.) Retired 2.) Trust fund baby 3.) Financially blessed If you answered yes to ANY of the above, then you'll comfortably love this place. As you may have guessed, it's slightly on the pricier side, but that's to be expected with most establishments by the ocean. Regardless of the price, it really isn't justified unless the taste can deliver, and boy did it deliver. Not gonna lie, I was apprehensive at first, as it seemed like any fresh, to-go, build-your-own style place. I built my own salad. The southwest style salad with avocados. What I'm about to say might be odd, but here goes. I'm not entirely sure where they got their greens. The spring mix was unlike any other, the leaves themselves felt thicker, fresher, and had that "picked-from-the-vine" feel. Every bite was phenomenal and I can honestly say, this is one of the best salad bowls I've ever had. Seems a little dramatic, but it really was strangely an elevated experience. If you're ever at Atlantic beach strolling the small courtyard area, please stop here for a quick and refreshing lunch! read more

I stopped by after seeing this pop up as the closest place to get a cup of coffee after a nice warm beach morning. I'm glad I decided to stop here instead of Starbucks. They have great little breakfast menu and basically everything is customizable. I ordered a breakfast wrap and an iced coffee. The eggs and cheese were perfect and i was able to add turkey bacon. It was well worth the price. The coffee was great and super refreshing in the Florida heat. It wasn't packed but seating is very limited. The employees were great and very nice. A must stop place if your eat the beach and you want some delicious clean food. read more

WONDERFUL! was originally opposed to dining here because of the brand change from happy cup. but my friend told me i should give it a try, we went together, and it was truly amazing. the ambiance is very very calm and relaxed, with kind and friendly staff. the only problem i have with this place is that some food can get a little pricey, but it's worth it, and ice cream is only a dollar! read more

This ice cream spot is close to my regular spot. We gave this place a chance. We found out it is more than an ice cream shop. They have smoothies, milkshakes, and even small meals. The inside seating is very limited. The outside seating is half that. That outside and inside look to be kept in good condition. The ice cream is drastically over priced. The service was nice and friendly. I do not know the price of other foods since we only had ice cream. On a side note, the ice cream was mostly melted by the time the server got done ringing up one customer. The customer got to fill out their email in their iPad register and that was time consuming with all the other steps in check out. They do not have a military discount. read more

Hot chocolate should be hot. And taste like chocolate. We came in for coffee but were told that wasn't an option because the espresso machine was being cleaned so we opted for hot chocolate. It is not hot. It does not taste like chocolate. Waste of money. read more

came here the other day for the first time to try fit out. I got the grain/ salad bowl with southwest flavoring while my boyfriend got the strawberry feta spring mix salad. The food was pretty good and they gave pretty big portions. Also the customer service was great! The only downside was how expensive it was. I would try it again but i think i try something different than a bowl. read more

Nice to have a lighter healthier option on the beach. But the smoothies here are diluted and way too liquidy. Perhaps this to save on the fruit.... The açai bowl is also more liquidy than you get another higher quality smoothie places and way too heavy on the agave or honey as sugar. read more

We were staying at One Ocean and walked over here for breakfast. Quick walk - less than 5 minutes. It's a quaint and healthy food spot with smart and better eating options! Cons: limited in seating. We wish their food had sides, like the burrito had diced potatoes or side of fruit, etc. Pros: we ordered a bunch of options. And everything we tried was delicious! We loved the coffee, great quality. They had coffee and Kombucha on tap. Also they had small and large açaí bowls. The small was perfect as a side option if you also got a mini burrito or 1 slice of toast. The Sweet Heat burrito was my favorite !! Full of flavor. A bit spicy like we were warned but we loved it! They also have frozen yogurt (vegan options) and lunch create your own bowl choices. We tested the cookies and cream sample and it was very tasty! read more

This review is for a catering order: WOW! First class service and first class fresh food. I was very excited to try Homespun and had an opportunity to use them as our caterer for a wellness/healthcare event I facilitated. I got compliments all day long on how great the food was on point. The mobile acai station is genius and an affordable way to add a unique touch to any space. My learners loved that they could customize their bowls and all the fruit was freshly cut. The only comment was one person wished they had whipped cream lol but that defeats the We also loved that every dish is customizeable as well. So while our bases were vegan or vegetarian, I loved how I had the freedom to add different proteins or even avocado to them. The Buffalo Ranch was PERFECT, not too spicy but lots of flavor. The other favorite were the Powerhouse wraps. They were able to accomodate evey dietary need we had and everyone felt like there was something for them to enjoy. Aaron and Joy were great to work with and the gentleman who helped deliver and set up was professional and timely. Will definitely use again for catering, and probably stop by for myself next time I'm strolling down Atlantic. read more

Seeking a quick breakfast before you head to the beach, look no further! Homespun is walking distance from the beach and makes an excellent breakfast wrap that you can take with you down to the beach along with great selection of drinks. They have açaí bowls if you prefer fruit in the morning as well. Ordered the egg, cheese with turkey bacon wrap and the iced coffee. Both tasted lovely and was very quick service. Will be back for a nice breakfast on the way to the beach in the near future. Highly recommend. read more

Dustin and Mathias are always so friendly and helpful! I love them almost as much as I love the food acai is always on point, and I love how everything on the lunch/dinner menu comes vegan or vegetarian! They have the option to just add meat if you consume animal products. My favorite acai is the super goji bowl and my favorite lunch item is the power blend 50/50 with avocado. read more

This is a cute little stop right near the water. The menu is relatively limited and there's hardly any seating. Even when dining in, everything is served in paper products, albeit compostable. But to me, I'd certainly prefer my espresso in a cup and my food on a plate. It was difficult to eat the toast from inside the small box it was placed in. I had to dismantle the box to pick it up. I did like the sentiment of the place but it just seemed to lack overall. The staff was very friendly though and it would be a great place to pop in if you were just wanting to grab an espresso drink to go read more

I know our society is into diversity, but diversity in the different Yelp reviews seems a bit much. Maybe it Is just one of those places that you either love or you don't. If you are not sure whether it is for you, here is my head-fi type quick synopsis. Pros: - Organic Food - Variety of Delicious Flavors - Juices, Shakes and Smoothies - Service Cons: - Parking (hint, park in the rear) - Table tops not clean (at least when I went) My daughters had been wanting to try this spot for a while because of the Acai Bowls and organic options. It took us awhile to figure out the menu, but once we got it choices were easy after that. We ordered two 50/50 Asian bowls, an Acai Bowl, a First Date milkshake and a strawberry type smoothie (cannot remember the name). It was so much food, we could not eat it all, even when we shared. The food was fresh, healthy and delicious and service was outstanding. I especially liked the 50/50 bowl of Asian greens and flavors, married with 50% rice, hence the 50/50. To be candid, there were a few issues. First there is the issue of parking, which is always problematic for this area of the beach, so it is not unique to Happy Cup. Also, they only have three or four tables and when we sat down all of them had stuff on the surface. It looked like someone had haphazardly wiped them off and while I did not mind wiping them off, it did seem a bit careless. But really worth a try! read more

So good! I went for the regular size joy breakfast wrap and added cheese and turkey bacon. It was a little pricey at nearly $12 but super tasty and large enough to satisfy any breakfast appetite. Worth to upgrade to regular size I think! Also the ingredients all make you feel healthy... even when stuffing things like turkey bacon and cheese in your mouth. Definitely check it out if your by the beach and looking for something that isn't fried. read more

Ordered Texas 5050 bowl and Acai Bowl. The former was a bit bland but a dash of hot sauce fixed everything. Açaí bowl was as good it could get. Both were top notch quality! A must check out when in the area- steps away from the Atlantic beach. read more

Meh. Just meh. We were hoping for more, based on the reviews. We expected everything to be fresh; instead like many ingredients tasted pre-fab and tossed together when ordered, including the egg in the wrap. Maybe it was just an off day during the holiday season, but we won't be back. There are other dependable places in the area. read more

I got the power blend wrap subbed out the red peppers for feta, added grains, and I really enjoyed it. Wraps were a nice size. My boyfriend thought the Southwest was a little dry and I definitely liked mine better ;) ordered online and it was waiting right by the door when I arrived. They seem to be taking covid precautions. I think it's worth a try and comparable price range to other healthier spots. read more

I came in here twice and the experiences were night and day so I felt I had to share. The first time was an early Saturday morning after 8am. I walked in and the place wasn't busy at all and two ladies were behind the counter. They were very fast with taking my order and very thorough in asking me if I wanted anything else, if I wanted one egg or two eggs in my order, etc. I ordered the sweet heat egg wrap with two eggs and a medium drip coffee. Everything came out delicious and I enjoyed my time dining there. Fast forward to last weekend when I thought I would try my hand at an evening salad. I walk in and see 4 guys working tirelessly behind the counter and the prep station. I stood there for about a good 5 minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Granted, they were busy, but still, "we'll be right with you miss" would have sufficed. Instead, I gave them an awkward, "I'll be right back" and I never came back. With that said, I took an average of both experiences and thus the 3 star review was born. I don't think my last experience would deter me from coming back. But the next time I see 3-4 dudes elbows deep in spinach and quinoa, I'm going to steer clear. read more

Unique variety of healthy tasty options in Atlantic Beach. One of the employees could tell it was my first time and politely asked if he could help walk me through the menu. So many great choices it was hard to decide. So I got both... they offer two size portions so getting the smaller of both was the perfect breakfast. I knocked a star because a young lady that worked there was not welcoming and her bad mood with one of the other employees made it awkward to avoid while eating in this small restaurant. read more

I like that they have a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. The menu piqued my interest to give them another chance. I will have to see if they vary any from Robek smoothie on the accai bowls. Robek took about as long, but they were squeezing the juice right there so it was worth the wait. The wait here was a technical problem. The self serve ice cream was a bit icier in texture than I care for. read more

One of my favorite places in AB!! EVERYTHING I've had here has been amazing. While it's pricy (as many açaí bowl/health places are), it's well worth it because they're using fresh ingredients full of flavor. A majority (if not all) of their ingredients are locally sourced and/or organic. There's also options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters so its perfect for everyone. One of my favorite things to get is the Hippie Chick breakfast wrap (but never actually for breakfast). It's locally sourced tempeh, avocado, organic spinach, organic carrot, scratch balsamic vinaigrette, house seasoning, 100% whole grain wrap but I sub Franks Buffalo sauce instead of the balsamic vinaigrette which makes it YUMMIER! The Harrison Acai bowl is incredible as well, the smallest size is usually perfect for me and runs you less than $8. Another one of my favorites is the Kimchi Avocado Toast. They bake the bread fresh in house and the kimchi is vegan (and deliciously spicy)! read more
