Great use of earth tone of green and brown along with wood floors and walls. There is every type of seating booths, tables both small and large. You can see into the kitchen and drink station and it's done in a way that just adds to the decor. We were seated immediately with our reservation and waited on with water soon after. There is no soda served here, just their own drink blends along with alcohol drinks. We had water and decided to try their drinks another time. Everything is fresh, locally sourced and delicious. I had the jambalaya pasta and it was really good. Slightly spicy, the shrimp and chicken cooked to perfection and the "holy trinity " hit just right. My wife ordered the farmer's scramble off of the brunch menu and it was amazing as well. The true star of our meal may have been the sweet potato chips. Just the perfect crunch, the exact right amount of salty and sweet...fantastic. The fries were solid, the sauce was unique, tangy and a great accompaniment. Our lemon blueberry muffin was just a bit dry. Average in a meal that was otherwise stellar. Because they use such fresh ingredients and cook it in ways that are a bit more healthy, I left feeling full but not overly stuffed or bad. We then received a pretzel bread roll. This pretzel roll was incredibly good! It was crispy and airy, which is different than other rolls in a good way! I then ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka. Vodka sauce is my favorite type of sauce and Cooper's Hawk's vodka sauce did not disappoint! The dish was delicious and it had plenty of Italian sausage in it. You can also add other protein if you would like. If I am traveling and see another Cooper's Hawk, I will be sure to stop!

I should have gone with something else, but I panic-ordered. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't remarkable. I should have gone with a fancy salad or the lobster roll. My second drink, a glass of rose, was okay but wasn't served ice cold, a disappointment. I shared a chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, and it was absolutely delicious.
