Whether one's decorating for the first time or if it's the tenth furnishing venture, it is the most effective way to color living spaces where personal tastes, comfort, and style come together. Located on Willowbrook Blvd. in Wayne, my partner and I paid a visit to At Home. Upon entering this super clean establishment as first-timers, it was a bit overwhelming with rows and rows of home goods to see and surprisingly early Halloween decorations. The layout is more like a Lowe's with very clear and organized sections. We were so happy to be able to go and shop here with ease because it wasn't packed at all. Some of the prices do seem high for what they're offering. However, there were many sales and discounts that make the rest very affordable. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Much can be found At Home--highly recommend for any household needs.

My favorite part was the painting section they had so many nice pieces at really good prices. They already had holiday décor out too, and honestly it was cheaper than what I've seen at other places. I also noticed the workers were going around cleaning the areas and checking in to see if customers needed help, which I really appreciated. I went in just to look but ended up leaving with ideas and inspiration for my space. Definitely planning to go back soon!

In short, it felt like a mix of HomeSense, HomeGoods, and Michaels -- but on a much larger scale. Right at the entrance, there were seasonal items (Easter stuff everywhere around this time), followed by gardening and porch/patio décor, and it just kept going. Every aisle was a wow moment. We went in for a few basic décor items, maybe $10-$20 worth, and ended up spending over $300 on canvases, paintings, kitchen items, and more. I couldn't believe it! So yes -- definitely worth a visit, and I'm sure I'll be going back again soo

This location is an absolute mess. There's a rare situation when I'm in the area for work, realize I forgot something and have to pop in. 'Popping in' means spending around an hour, since there are a ton of shoppers here and they keep ONE register open. Not great Hobby Lobby. Will avoid at all costs unless it's a dire situation.

At 5:30PM the warehouse guy says to me"oh wow yeah someone should've called you because we cancelled this at 7am" and after some back and forth, I mean it wasn't their fault, I let them go. When I spoke with Nermine (the showroom manager) she apologized and said how about redelivery next Thursday. I said how about tomorrow? You literally wasted my entire weekend and rudely failed to communicate with me about any of it, the least you could do is get the delivery done next day. She tells me no one delivers on Sundays but she would call me Monday to let me know if she would be able to make any advanced delivery or issue a discount for the trouble. She never called. I called Tuesday and asked what's up, she says I had you for Thursday. I said you promised me a call and I never got it. No apology. Not even an excuse just silence. She knew she was in the wrong. She did NOTHING. I finally got my delivery yesterday and everything was as expected, except for the wasted day and the absolute lack of professionalism and concern for the customer. Once they take your money you are SOL for anything from there. This location has THE WORST customer service of any location I've ever been to. If you're reading this considering going here, DONT DO IT. There are many other options and all of them have better management. Zero stars. The furniture and the recliner? Great stuff. Great price. That stuff was great and if only I could've bought it online without having to deal with the shitshow management at this store, I'd be giving five stars for the quality and comfort of the product. The Talladega recliner is the most ridiculously comfy thing I've ever sat in. Buy it online and avoid the headaches. They charged me full price for delivery that didn't happen.

When we started searching for furniture for our new house a few years ago Derbyshire popped up on just about every list I checked and had plenty of great reviews. Now that we've made a few of our own purchases I totally understand the praise this small business gets. The shop is small but mighty and packed with so many good pieces. If your style leans traditional - they've got it. If your style leans more contemporary/modern - they've got it. Plus a few things in between that could go in either direction and work with just about any style or decor. Everything is solid wood and totally customizable. You can pick your stain or paint plus your hardware (should you order something with hardware, of course). The couple that owns the shop have always been very kind and very patient, answering all the questions... especially when I was coming in every other week for too many weeks to look at dressers before I finally made up my mind. Lead time was accurate, delivery days/times were accommodating and the guys that arrived to place our items were totally courteous. For our last order/delivery the guys didn't leave until they leveled our dressers perfectly. I didn't even have to ask.. they just did it and that's how a good delivery and install team should operate. Truly, I only have good things to say about Derbyshire. Next piece of wood furniture that we need I will definitely be stopping in Derbyshire first to check things out.

Shortly after getting the table, I placed a couple of plastic bottles on it. Later, I noticed scratches where I had placed the bottles (see attached photo). I thought the scratches might just be marks on the surface and tried to rub them out. I used a plastic scrubber and only made matters worse. I contacted the sales rep at White House Furniture and their response was basically, "oh, well." They would do nothing to help me repair the damage aside from giving me the name of a refinisher. This is a DINING ROOM TABLE but now I am now afraid to put anything on it because it scratches so easily. This table, plus delivery cost me almost $2,000 and I am stuck with a table that needs to be covered to be used. The toy section is especially good.. they've got some stuff here that isn't at the Riverdale or Parsippany locations. We went in to the Wayne location about 2 months ago to pick our new bathroom tiles, where we were assigned Rachmire - we went in with a vision, so didn't really get any help in terms of picking our tiles/design/material etc; therefore there we didn't get any sort of consultation. After we left, Rachmire contacted my husband multiple times in a span of a couple of weeks nudging him to submit the order while everything was in stock. Once we aligned with the contractor, we decided to finally do so. Rachmire confirmed that everything was in stock at the time of purchase so we went ahead and submitted the order. To our surprise, right after placing the order, we were told the shower tiles were actually NOT in stock, and would be delayed until end of June. The order was placed in April, and the contractor is standing by to start the work. After my husband called to complain about how it makes absolutely no sense that she flat out lied on the availability of the tiles, Rachmire then calls our contractor without our knowledge, demanding to know why he isn't starting to work on the rest of the bathroom. Completely innapropriate and our contractor was caught by surprise, saying he has never had a sales associate call to demand explanation on his work schedule. We kept pressing for her to reach out to other stores to see if anyone else has the tiles in stock, and on Monday we were told one does - the order should be arriving this week. Of course "this week" means Saturday, which was only confirmed after my husband called again to demand an ETA. We are now delayed by another week and unable to move to our new condo any time soon. Between the lies that the tiles were in stock, the inappropriate calling of our contractor to demand and explanation, and the incompetence to ensure another store can fulfill the order, we made the decision to not go back to The Tile Shop and find another store where we can purchase tiles for the rest of our home.
