You literally wasted my entire weekend and rudely failed to communicate with me about any of it, the least you could do is get the delivery done next day. She tells me no one delivers on Sundays but she would call me Monday to let me know if she would be able to make any advanced delivery or issue a discount for the trouble. She never called. I called Tuesday and asked what's up, she says I had you for Thursday. I said you promised me a call and I never got it. No apology. Not even an excuse just silence. She knew she was in the wrong. She did NOTHING. I finally got my delivery yesterday and everything was as expected, except for the wasted day and the absolute lack of professionalism and concern for the customer. Once they take your money you are SOL for anything from there. This location has THE WORST customer service of any location I've ever been to. If you're reading this considering going here, DONT DO IT. There are many other options and all of them have better management. Zero stars. The furniture and the recliner? Great stuff. Great price. That stuff was great and if only I could've bought it online without having to deal with the shitshow management at this store, I'd be giving five stars for the quality and comfort of the product. The receptionist was courteous, and I vaguely remember her connecting me to Daniella who came to the front area when she called her. Before that I wandered through that showroom admiring the display of fine and interesting furniture and the overall ambiance. I was totally taken in. Daniella arrived smiling graciously and very matter-of-factly welcomed me into the fabric area. OMG! The array of samples, the tones, colors, variety and quantity. I am still surprised and proud that I walked out there with a decision. The end product rocks! Let me tell you why. Daniella is an expert at what she does. LISTENING to what I described as my need and interest. That is the skill of a professional. It must be understood that I was in fabric heaven and had to choose my robe, one prettier than the other. All I can say is Daniella had her head on in spite of my euphoria. I can go on but suffice it to say It was a moment at the fabric beach. The process of ordering/supplier contact was handled by my trusty designer. My take home orders were to take the materials with my cushions and pillows when they arrive to my upholsterer. After countless phone calls and several attempts to cancel the order we finally got the sectional on August 4th 2019. Throughout the months Jimmy said he would have the delivery guys remove our original 2 piece couch to the front lawn (because I had back surgery and could not do it myself), when the delivery men came they asked for more money and Jimmy denied he said that. I feel he made me wait so long because he was getting either used or defective pieces together to send to me. I really feel betrayed by what happened. I took a chance on your company and Jimmy totally destroyed the image of your brand. The wedge and console were not right from the beginning and the rest started falling apart within the week. Throughout the years I have made many phone calls trying to get it fixed. I even tried calling Pilar at the manufacturer's headquarters. Buying furniture should be an exciting experience, but this place managed to turn it into a stressful and frustrating nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like helping customers was a burden. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude. The furniture looks nice in the showroom, but once it's delivered you quickly realize the quality doesn't match the price at all. It feels cheaply made and nowhere near what you'd expect after paying so much. What upset me the most was how the store responded when I tried to address the problems. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It honestly felt like once they had the money, they simply didn't care anymore. After numerous phone calls and the games they played, I finally spoke to manager Spiro who blamed a leather couch falling apart after 3 months on me. From the first meeting with the design team it was clear that EOK had the expertise and the connections throughout the industry to nail this project to perfection for oan outrageous price. EOK designed us a U-shaped kitchen with a sink, ice maker, 2 drawer fridge, alfresco 65K power burner, memphis pro 26 inch pellet smoker, alfresco 42 inch NG grill, and a awesome NG griddle. Will, the owner designed the most perfect layout of drawers for storage making this kitchen super functional. The team of pros built the project off site and delivered and installed in in a flash. The team worked tirelessly in the rain and long hours to complete the project in record time. The griddle EOK offers is very durable, reliable and gets piping hot. We use the griddle for smash burgers, cheese steaks, hibachi night, sausage and peppers and of course breakfast. The NG alfresco grill cranks to do direct cooks like hamburgers hotdogs, lamb chops, and the direct portion of reverse searing steaks. Our Memphis pellet grill is used as an oven with a wood smoked kiss flavor. With one button we set the temp and walk away. so wonderful! Favorite uses are to reverse sear bone in pork chops, ribeyes, smoked wings, ribs, and of course anything you would normally put in an oven as it reaches north of 600 degrees. Lately we have been doing pizzas on a steel at 550 and they have been coming out perfect. Will added a warmong drawer which is wonderful at parties to keep our rolls warm and also to throw the hot dips in or leftovers until we are ready for them at parties. Highly recommend the two drawer fridge which has plenty of room to keep your outdoor supplies like meat etc in the bottom drawer and we use the top drawer for drinks and condiments. Will found us our requested lovely black mist honed granite out of Virgina which really completes the modern look. EOK flawlessly installed a vertical cladding on the exterior which we painted with a tricorn black Sherman Williams color giving it a modern flair. Looks dope! EOK advice on everything including the layout , height, width, installation advice on electrical needs and plumbing was all totally on point and made this kitchen a comfortable place to cook. Just this weekend I cooked for 14 of my sons baseball friends and it was a breeze due to the recommendations EOK made.
