The store I had bought from for the first reno didn't have the tile in stock, so I shopped around for another source and found Wayne Tile online. I put in an inquiry through the Wayne website and worked with Kyle by email. He was vey responsive, offered a great price, gave me options for delivery or pick-up, and made sure the tile was pulled and ready for pick-up. Pick-up was effortless. (2) She possesses a beautiful aesthetic sense that allows her to create spaces that you will feel comfortable in, and as much as possible, that are "timeless". (3) She has partnered for many years with a local contractor, Veenstra & Sons, who she trusts to execute her designs and with whom she works extraordinarily well. (4) She stays involved with her projects ... not micromanaging but keeping an open line of communication with her contractor partner, being involved with all important decisions and visiting the site periodically to check in on the progress and that of the work of the sub-contractors (she knows almost all of them and they know the quality of work she expects from them!).
