    Wonderful service and delivery!!! I have been purchasing from them for couple of years and I would not buy from any other place. I got massage chair, kimchi fridge and LG styler and all 3 experiences were extremely satisfactory. They found little dent on my new Styler while opening the package and immediately took it back and replace it with the new one. Their delivery persons are well trained and they took all the garbages with them which you can never expect that kind of service with others if you know what I mean ^^.

    1-Star Review for RJ Appliances NJ INC…read more I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences with RJ Appliances NJ INC during a recent repair of my Miele refrigerator. When the technician first came to inspect the unit, they claimed to have done a full diagnostic and gave us a final quote of around $1,000 (after tax). We agreed, thinking everything had been properly assessed. But when they came back to do the actual repair, the story completely changed. They suddenly "discovered" that the fridge door wouldn't close properly and said we would need to replace the entire door -- for several thousand dollars! After we refused that ridiculous suggestion, they said they could "repair" the door instead, but only if we paid an extra $850. At that point, with the refrigerator already taken apart, we had no real choice but to accept. This whole process felt misleading and unfair. If the technician really did a full inspection, how did such a major issue appear only later? It seemed like a classic case of bait-and-switch pricing -- quoting one number and then inflating the cost after we had already committed. We expected professionalism and transparency, especially since RJ Appliances is associated with Miele service. Instead, we were left feeling pressured, overcharged, and deceived. Warning to others: Be extremely cautious before agreeing to any quote from this company. Make sure everything is documented and confirmed in writing before you proceed. Very disappointing experience -- definitely would not recommend RJ Appliances NJ INC.

    I was fortunate enough to work w/ Mr. Daniel Ryu when upon returning from a short trip, our trusty…read moreGE-profile refrigerator stopped cooling. It was a tough situation because next two days were going to hit 40s and I had dinner company 2 nights later. I called about 5 different vendors that came up and only NJ Appliancetech could come out in the next 2 hours, so I chose them. Daniel not only came on time, he came prepared with bevy of equipments including an inflatable air lifter. Because my refrigerator was stuck tightly within cabinets, it couldn't be moved manually, but with help of that lifting equipment, he was able to dislodge the fridge and move it out enough to take a look at the back to diagnose the issue. Daniel thoroughly examined the fridge and explained what are the common things that can go wrong with a fridge: the inverter, the main board, condenser, and the compressor, and did not try to just take an easy way out - buy a new fridge - noting that my fridge is actually a really good one. I already knew that, having also done my research prior to, and I appreciated it when he told me that the board is out, but that he would also order the inverter because without the board working, he doesn't know whether or not the inverter is also faulty. He charged me the trip charge which would go towards the repair (but in this case, a separate trip charge as-is since he has to come back out), and ordered both parts. Within 2 days, he texted that the parts came in and because I've been really stressed out keeping all of my perishables in precarious situation (large ice box and two paint buckets out in the balcony), I asked him if he can come the same day and he showed up within 2 hours. He got to work, and after about an hour, he replaced the board and told me it's working but that he would hold onto the inverter for 2 days just in case I still have issue. Overnight, my fridge went from disgusting 66/64 (freezer & fridge temp) to 0/35 and I was able to bring everything in just in time for my dinner guests ice cream to avoid meltdown. He followed up in 2 days to confirm that everything is working so that he could return the inverter. I do my research and consider myself fairly competent about repair stuff, and I was very satisfied with Mr. Ryu's service which not only fixed the main issue so efficiently, but to educate the consumer. His charges were fair, and his expertise & communication were both outstanding. He's exactly the kind of repair technician you want to do business with. I highly recommend Mr. Daniel Ryu / NJ Appliancetech for all your home appliance repair needs. Thank you again!
