We came back the next day to purchase them once we had our money together. Guess what? He did what he said he would do. He honored his promise - they shrink wrapped our stools and we were off! The salesman, Rich, took the time to walk my mother through every appliance she was interested in, guided her to a more quiet dishwasher (did you know they rate dishwashers on sound? Our salesman did!), helped her find appliances in stock, and set the delivery date. The store manager, Andrew, and his assistant, Crystal, were so kind. If you live in a condo, you know what a pain delivery can be. Crystal has an entire binder of COI's in her reach to make delivery easier. Never saw that at Lowe's or Home Depot. P.C. Richards is still family-owned, and they act like it. You will NOT get the same service in any big box store. The prices are very competitive, but it's the service that matters, especially during the Covid era where delivery and stock are in question. I would not hesitate to purchase appliances again in the Nanuet store.

I couldn't find the perfect one and I thought it would never happen! Until someone suggested I look into this outlet. I went in on a random week day and immediately found what I was looking for. A large grey/beige sectional that can be customized (pieces taken out or switched around) in my price range! The customer service was great and their delivery schedule was open. The couch arrived on time and the delivery men were nice and made sure it wasn't damaged. My only complaints are 1. The couch was a different color then it was in the store, luckily I didn't mind and decided to keep it anyway and 2. I see the couch was made by Ashley furniture when I bought it from R&F. I've known Ashely to have mediocre quality furniture so I'll keep an eye out on how my sectional wears. So far so good, I also bought protection for a great price! Due to that I'm not too concerned because I know they'll help me if I do have a problem.

Went here with my parents on Tuesday June 10th 2025 to look for office furniture for our new house down south. Upon arriving, a woman greeted us-- my mom immediately asked if they deliver to South Carolina, and they do. She informed my mom that they take 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on the item. We then said that we were looking for desks. She immediately took us to the back where the desks were located. She also found someone else to help us, who knew more about the desks if we had any questions. We looked around at the desks. They looked very modern and not at all to our liking. They didn't really have any white desks either-- or white desks with a drawer and a cabinet to store files. Most of them had drawers but so little and not a small cabinet in sight. My parents did like one desk, but again, was a little modern, so we walked out of there without buying anything.

Thank God I didn't say that. Nicole warmly approached us with a most pleasant and unassuming demeanor and with a warm kindness we were not expecting. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, warm and pleasant, but she effortlessly guided us through our picky requests with ease as she settled us into the couches we were meant to own. Then I had to take an important personal call which delayed our shopping by a half hour and put us well past her end time for the day. She just patiently and pleasantly waited and then guided us on to the next area of mattresses and frames. Unsurprisingly she picked the most amazing one for us and we were sold on it instantly. Add in her pillow, sheet, and cover recommendations and we were on cloud nine. Couldn't be happier. Nicole stayed an extra HOUR AND A HALF past her clock-out time to help, advise, guide, assist and treat us like we were long lost friends. Her service was OUTSTANDING, as was her demeanor and overall knowledge and expertise. We're not sure what her actual job title is, but she should be Managing or running her own store. I own several businesses and have a keen eye for exemplary talent, she is top tier. If I had any open Senior Management positions I would hire her immediately. Hold on to her and move her up the ranks, she's a top tier talent. We will be back for a second round of purchases next week and can't wait to have her assist us with that as well. The sales person I dealt with was Monte. He spent an enormous amount of time with me. I have suffered with Lyme for 26 years. After several surgeries, it was suggested by my physical therapist that I purchase a Sleep Number bed. I was hesitant because of the price. I made it clear from the beginning that I didn't need anything but the basic bed. At no time was there any pressure from Monte to upgrade. He had me try several settings and I've never slept better. My average sleep is at 93+ 95% of the time. I've been able to change the setting after surgery. Problems at the beginning were handled quickly by both the store, as well as customer service. Would definitely recommend.

1 STAR -- After 10 years as a customer, Raymour & Flanigan has officially lost my business…read more I honestly cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. I was supposed to receive a mattress exchange under their Comfort Guarantee, but instead I have gotten nothing but the runaround, conflicting information, and absolutely no follow-up. They had me take time out of my day to go into the showroom and select a replacement mattress. After I picked it out, I was told it would take about 14 days. I waited -- nobody called. I called the store and was then told 7 days. I waited again -- nobody called. I finally called corporate and was told the mattress would be back in stock within TWO DAYS and that someone from the store would call me to schedule delivery. Five days later... still no call. So once again, I had to call THEM. I spoke with a manager who now tells me the mattress is on backorder. When I asked why corporate told me it would be available within two days and that his store would be calling me, his response was basically that he didn't know why corporate would tell me that. But here's the part that really gets me: THE EXACT SAME MATTRESS is showing on Raymour & Flanigan's website with delivery available in approximately 7 days. So apparently it's "backordered" when they need to honor my Comfort Guarantee exchange, but if I were a new customer trying to buy it today, the website is giving me a delivery date? Make that make sense. And unfortunately, the mattress situation isn't even the worst part. I already had a Raymour & Flanigan credit account through TD Bank. I didn't have my card with me when I went into the store. The salesperson told me my account was closed and said he would sign me back up. My credit was run AGAIN and I ended up with a NEW Raymour & Flanigan credit account through Comenity Capital Bank/Bread Financial. Come to find out, my original TD Bank account WAS STILL THERE. So now I have TWO Raymour & Flanigan-related credit accounts because I was told my existing account was closed. Had I been properly informed that my account was still active, I NEVER would have agreed to apply for another credit account or have my credit run again. I've been shopping with Raymour & Flanigan for around 10 YEARS. That's what makes this experience even more disappointing. If you're buying a mattress because you think their Comfort Guarantee gives you peace of mind if the mattress doesn't work out, please learn from my experience. I purchased a Purple mattress through Raymour & Flanigan, and I seriously regret not buying directly from Purple. If I could do it again, I would go directly through the manufacturer rather than deal with all of this. The lack of communication is unbelievable. Nobody follows up. The store tells you one thing. Corporate tells you something completely different. And somehow the customer is the one who has to keep calling to figure out what's happening. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I'm done. Raymour & Flanigan has officially lost my business, and based on this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend them.
