From the first meeting with the design team it was clear that EOK had the expertise and the connections throughout the industry to nail this project to perfection for oan outrageous price. EOK designed us a U-shaped kitchen with a sink, ice maker, 2 drawer fridge, alfresco 65K power burner, memphis pro 26 inch pellet smoker, alfresco 42 inch NG grill, and a awesome NG griddle. Will, the owner designed the most perfect layout of drawers for storage making this kitchen super functional. The team of pros built the project off site and delivered and installed in in a flash. The team worked tirelessly in the rain and long hours to complete the project in record time. The griddle EOK offers is very durable, reliable and gets piping hot. We use the griddle for smash burgers, cheese steaks, hibachi night, sausage and peppers and of course breakfast. The NG alfresco grill cranks to do direct cooks like hamburgers hotdogs, lamb chops, and the direct portion of reverse searing steaks. Our Memphis pellet grill is used as an oven with a wood smoked kiss flavor. With one button we set the temp and walk away. so wonderful! Favorite uses are to reverse sear bone in pork chops, ribeyes, smoked wings, ribs, and of course anything you would normally put in an oven as it reaches north of 600 degrees. Lately we have been doing pizzas on a steel at 550 and they have been coming out perfect. Will added a warmong drawer which is wonderful at parties to keep our rolls warm and also to throw the hot dips in or leftovers until we are ready for them at parties. Highly recommend the two drawer fridge which has plenty of room to keep your outdoor supplies like meat etc in the bottom drawer and we use the top drawer for drinks and condiments. Will found us our requested lovely black mist honed granite out of Virgina which really completes the modern look. EOK flawlessly installed a vertical cladding on the exterior which we painted with a tricorn black Sherman Williams color giving it a modern flair. Looks dope! EOK advice on everything including the layout , height, width, installation advice on electrical needs and plumbing was all totally on point and made this kitchen a comfortable place to cook. Just this weekend I cooked for 14 of my sons baseball friends and it was a breeze due to the recommendations EOK made. Just stood there staring, didn't ask what I was looking for or if I needed any help! Answered my questions by shrugging his shoulders or with a condescending rhetorical question! He couldn't be bothered, his demeanor was so lackluster and dismissive! Before leaving I asked him if he knew anything about his inventory since the space had only a select few dining and seating sets. He ranted in an angry and nonsensical manner something along the lines of not knowing anything due to buying a new company or getting bought out! Don't go here! Upon entering this super clean establishment as first-timers, it was a bit overwhelming with rows and rows of home goods to see and surprisingly early Halloween decorations. The layout is more like a Lowe's with very clear and organized sections. We were so happy to be able to go and shop here with ease because it wasn't packed at all. Some of the prices do seem high for what they're offering. However, there were many sales and discounts that make the rest very affordable. The staff were friendly and always helpful. My favorite part was the painting section they had so many nice pieces at really good prices. They already had holiday décor out too, and honestly it was cheaper than what I've seen at other places. I also noticed the workers were going around cleaning the areas and checking in to see if customers needed help, which I really appreciated. I went in just to look but ended up leaving with ideas and inspiration for my space. Definitely planning to go back soon!

The only reason I purchased a couch from Bob's was because I specifically needed my old furniture…read moreremoved. Before purchasing, I asked the salesperson multiple times whether furniture removal was included, and she repeatedly assured me that it was. Delivery day arrives, and the delivery team informs me that no removal service was scheduled and they would not be taking the old furniture. I then spent nearly four hours dealing with customer service, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Apparently, the salesperson forgot to add the removal service or make any note of our conversation. Despite this being entirely their mistake, Bob's solution was essentially, "You're out of luck." My options were to either figure out how to dispose of the furniture myself or purchase another piece of furniture and schedule a future delivery with removal. It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on a couch, rely on the information provided by a salesperson, and then have the company refuse to correct its own error. Mistakes happen, but customer service should make them right. Instead, I was left with a new couch, old furniture I can't move, and hours wasted trying to resolve a problem that never should have existed. I won't be purchasing from Bob's again and would strongly encourage anyone relying on delivery or removal services to get everything in writing before buying.

Think of anything you could for your home, and you will find some version of it here. The selection is immense, ranging from furniture to decor to kitchenware. We left with some great faux plants, an artificial tree, some amazing Serta pillows, etc. Some great items for sure! Staff were helpful and kind, and the store is kept very tidy. Some major deals can be found here! Prices were excellent! We will be back!

I found the perfect hostess gift for a recent trip to a friend's lakehouse, a lovely ceramic birdbath for indoors or out. So many great gifts it was hard to choose. The sales staff was helpful when I needed an opinion, but not intrusive. All the ladies seemed very knowledgeable and super friendly, but not overbearing. And they did a simple, tasteful gift wrap. Both Morristown and Fairfield locations also have huge outdoor furniture selections. Their teak sets are gorgeous and were on sale for a decent price. The Morristown store is my favorite with its unique outdoor secret garden-esque display area nestled in the back... wish I could've stayed with a book and glass of wine! And don't miss the building on the right, they have a nice selection of florals there. It smells so good I was almost fooled into thinking they were real. Definitely my new go-to place for gifts and home décor.

I ordered an outdoor patio table from Garden Cottage online. Original date for shipment was the end…read moreof June. However i never received a confirmation email. So I had to call the Fairfield store and they confirmed they received my order but now the table would not be available until the end of July. Well here it is at the end of July and i had to call back only to find the table won't be available until November. I never received any emails or phone calls updating me on the status of the order although they had no issue charging my card originally. I'll see how long it take for them to refund my purchase.
