Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.

Bringing items to your car is easy because they provide wagons to cart your purchases around in as you shop. They also provide rope if you need to tie something to the roof of your truck. The plants I have bought always last the fall and are in good shape. There is always help available if you need. Great nursery.
