I told Urban Natural about this and that the only solution i have found so far is to stuff a sheet into the gap where the sofa cushion is sagging as it meets the arm rest. 3. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.

However, this policy is not listed anywhere on the website. Ultimately I am very unhappy with my purchase and I don't think it's market to not allow returns for furniture. I was looking into buying a sideboard from this company too but will now be looking elsewhere after this experience. Beware!
