This outlet store opened next to Ikea where Sports Authority used to be decade a go. The store is…read moremassive, perfect for large quantity of furniture inventory. As I walked in, I was stunned how much stuff they had in the store. Furniture types included couches, tables, dining sets, chairs, shelves, showcases, bedsheets, blankets and towels. Most of these products had sale on them, anywhere between 10%-50% off. The store also had additional 20% off. Despite those discounts, the prices were way high for me. But I saw a lot of the furnitures had hold order on them, meaning people were actually buying plenty of products from here. Several staff members were available around the floor helping out customers. The whole store was mostly clean and tidy but around the bedding section, it was messy as people were checking the inventory of bedsheets, blankets and towels.

It is now approaching the end of April and I still have not heard anything about them rescheduling the delivery. I have called to follow up multiple times. In addition to this, I also ordered a couch in March. About 2 weeks ago (early April), I realized it will be too large for my space. I called West Elm to cancel the order, as they did not allow me to cancel online. The woman I spoke to told me it would be no more than 3 days to hear whether or not my cancellation request was approved by the manager. Again, I heard nothing. When I called back today, they acted as if they had never heard that I wanted to cancel the order (now far less-likely to be canceled due to being further along in production). They again told me they would put my request through to the manager. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone that was able to get me no answers. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Their products are expensive, and the lack of communication and responsiveness after a sale is unacceptable.

Following the sales representative's instructions, I contacted customer service and submitted photos and videos documenting the issues. They arranged for a third-party cleaning service, which initially seemed like a reasonable solution. However, the experience quickly declined. The cleaner arrived dragging a steamer across a sidewalk covered in melting snow and salt, then entered my home wearing only flimsy shoe covers, leaving wet, dirty marks all over my hardwood floors. The equipment itself also left marks. While he addressed some of the stains on the sectional, he completely ignored the console, which had clear discoloration on the corners--similar to wear caused by repeated handling in the same area. He took photos and said he would report back to customer service. After that, I received no follow-up. When I reached out, I was told that my claim was no longer valid because it fell outside the 30-day reporting window--even though they were supposed to follow up with a resolution regarding the console and failed to respond. I was also told that the discoloration on the console was merely "the customer's perception," based on the cleaner's feedback. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. While the products may look appealing, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.

Visited Creative Furniture Store in Paramus yesterday with my wife, daughter and in-law, and really enjoyed the experience. My plan was spending a day in Paramus visiting a couple of furniture stores to buy something for my new house. Creative Furniture was my first stop. Upon entering, the beautiful modern design and store layout attracted all our eyeballs. Farley, the store manager, is very welcoming and courteous. After his brief introduction, we browsed the store by ourselves comfortably, as that's our preferred way of shopping. After finding some very interesting choices, I told Farley I will visit some other stores and come back. He indeed was happy to hear that we will make decisions after some comparisons. A couple of hours later, we came back to Creative and made some orders of modern dinning-room and bed-room furniture, very modern design, very practical, and very comfortable to use. Farley spent a good amount of time ensuring all orders are well documented and processed, even though the clock has passed 8PM, the store-closing-time of the day. Overall, I am glad I finished one item in the to-do list before moving to new house, and I appreciate helps from Farley, and the nice stuff from Creative. read more

Could not have been a better experience. I went in accidentally thinking I was walking into Macy's. I worked with Jim (sales associate) and purchased a Riley Brown sectional and a Royce table and chairs. They knew I was moving out of state and had deadlines to meet. As we got closer to my move Farley let me know that the sectional would be delivered; however the Royce table and chairs would not make it. I took the Riley sectional the day before the movers arrived. Farley credited me back the payment for the Royce table. Not only did they go above and beyond my expectations, the sectional is beautiful in my new home. It truly is the most comfortable sectional that I have ever sat on. He was extremely professional, patient, pleasant to deal with and he knew his products very well. I started renovating my dining room so I needed some new furniture. I went to Creative Furniture to have a look and decided to buy everything I need there. There were contemporary dining table, chairs, a sideboard and a neat little sofa. The design is fantastic - minimalistic yet very eye-catching, the quality is amazing, and everything is very comfortable. Tommy and the staff all helped with the design and purchase of all our furniture, which was a lot because we needed to furnish an entire condo during Covid-19. For some crazy reason the Greenwood does not run standard size. 75X 44, in reality it runs 74X 43.5 doesn't seem like a big difference but that 1 inch & half inch around the perimeter makes a huge gap difference. Normally any returns you have to wait X amount of days as well as pay a restocking fee and delivery charge, but given my specific issue, the mattress copy was wrong on the website versus the reality of the mattress. The store owned up to the problem and took care of everything free of charge as they should've. I swapped out for a different mattress and they honored the same discounts that were applied to the original one. The sales reps name was Ryan and he was very understanding and helpful through the whole process.
