Gaps under stairs. This is what one sees walking up the stairs.

Store #003 We used both their product and installers. A month ago the floor and steps were done in a laminate. There are significant, seeable gaps under the steps, places where they failed to install the molding and places where the molding wasn't cut correctly. We have made four trips back to the store to speak with the manager, Many promises, no action,

I was here last Saturday and wow was I impressed? 5 stars! It's a very small showroom but the selection they have is HUGE! We were greeted by Courtney, a rep, right away when we were browsing. She answered every single question and addressed every concern we had with each option we had. So we flipped back and forth between engineered and hard wood and finally went with the hardwood after HOURS, I mean HOURS of being there. I'm sure we must have been so annoying but this is our dream home and I want to pick the PERFECT flooring! However, none of the staff seemed annoyed and they were so patient with us and explained everything from the durability to maintenance to installation, etc. By the time we left this place, we've talked to 4 reps. Everyone that we spoke with were very knowledgeble about flooring and very helpful. We ordered the flooring and was very happy with the decision we made.

We have a large meeting space + lobby of around 1,500 sq ft total and replaced our old rug about a week ago with vinyl laminate (CLX UL Brazilian Cherry EVP 7mm) and are very happy with it. We paid extra to have the installation crew move the furniture around because we had lots of stuff in it (about 90 chairs in stacks of 5 or 6, a piano, cabinets and banquettes, tables, etc). The lead installer, Andress (not sure of spelling), was terrific. He had a crew of 2 working with him and got the entire thing done over a weekend. He's very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We're glad we paid extra to have him handle the furniture as it saved us a lot of work.

The concept is interesting (products from around the world) which is exactly what the name suggests. They sell a mix of food items like snacks, pasta, sauces, and other specialty products, along with home goods, furniture, rugs, and decor. It's not a huge store, so the selection feels more like a broad sampling across many categories rather than a deep selection in any one department. Pricing was the biggest drawback for me. Many items that you'd normally find at a regular grocery or home goods store were priced two to three times higher here. I'd really only recommend buying something if it's truly unique and not easy to find elsewhere. That said, I did notice some holiday items on clearance priced as much as 90% off, which is definitely worth keeping an eye out for -- you might score a great deal if you catch the right clearance section. It's a fun place to browse and see some interesting items, but it ended up being about a ten-minute visit for me.

I found some of my favorite products like British Maltesers, the pocky, Korean chips and Cocacola sodas from Asia. They also had so many other food products like popcorns, bake goods, maple syrups, tea, coffee, almost same as a grocery store. They also have a huge furniture, home goods, and Christmas products (ornaments, cookies, pies, decors) sections. All items are very organized. Though prices are a but higher since all are exported goods. We spent a long time strolling around the store. All the associates were very friendly, helping out customers with products and at the checkout.

Please do your due diligence is all I would say. So we bought a few lighting fixtures from the store in April 2023 and Amjed helped us. In total, we spent close to $10k and that included installation. After we paid for the fixtures, Amjed called me and said he needed to charge me $700 for a motor that he had mispriced. I was bummed that this info came after the fact so asked him to reduce it to $550 and he agreed. Not optimal but we still wanted the fixtures and decided to just pay the extra even if it seemed wrong to charge us after the sale had been completed and all prices had already been agreed upon in the store. From May to June, Amjed's crew came to our house 3 separate times to install the fixtures. There were multiple issues along the way - missing crystals (see pictures), the wrong color fixture was sent at one point, and they didn't bring tall ladders to the site. In the end, the biggest issue was they weren't able to get a chandelier to work despite charging us for installation and having us commit several days to be at home and be available for them to do the work - the first time they came, they didn't have a tall enough ladder. We told them this was going to be installed in a 20ft+ high ceiling. The second time they came, they had planned to rent a ladder but were unable to do so and then left again without installing. These first two trips were a complete waste of our time as we had to wait around for them to show up and basically not get the job done. The third time they were finally prepared and put the fixture together and then installed it in our ceiling. Unfortunately, the fixture would not turn on and no amount of troubleshooting seemed to be working so they left with the fixture still installed up in the ceiling but not turning on. The fixture that had been in the spot prior to the new one being installed had no issues turning on so it felt like something had been incorrectly done. In either case, we texted Amjed multiple times over the next few weeks to get the crew back and try to get the light to work (in the meantime, our foyer was dark and we just got by). He kept giving us the run around so I texted him to ask if he'd be ok with us calling our own electrician to troubleshoot and fix it and then reimburse us afterwards. He agreed via text on this plan and so we moved forward. The electrician we called ended up fixing half the fixture (see picture). He diagnosed some incorrect wiring in the prior install that he fixed but wasn't able to get the top half to turn on because it was a problem with the product apparently. We ended up with a $1,000 bill and a half working fixture - so some progress but still not what we had paid for. I forwarded the bill to Amjed and, lo and behold, he refused to pay it. I wasn't happy with that but I also still wanted a light that fully works so asked him what his solution was and, at this point, he connected us with another lighting professional who could attempt to rewire the fixture - for $600. Amjed agreed via text to pay this fee since this was "his guy" but asked us to pay first and then get reimbursed later. We went with it. I have this confirmed via text too. Another two weeks passed and the new crew was able to come and completely take apart the fixture and rewire it. It finally turned on, both top and bottom and we had the fixture working the way it was supposed to. Unfortunately, we were out an extra $1,600+ to get it to work but I was confident that we'd be reimbursed since Amjed had stated via text on multiple occasions that he would so. I was wrong. For several months now he has given us the runaround and we are now planning to pursue legal action. We have saved all of the written evidence as well as pictures, etc. For us, this has been super stressful, a huge waste of time, and some money so hoping this review helps others avoid similar misdealings with him and his company.

That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs.
