First floor is mainly women and some kids shoes. Second floor is men and clearance items. Sizes are easy to find as they are stored right under the display item. Prices decent. There were additional discounts for Black Friday. I found the store to be very neat and tidy. They had lots of people in the store and they were equally staffed to handle the rush in checkout lane. Other staff members were helping customers on the floor.

Today I went to Nordstrom Rack and other stores in the mall looking for some special work sneakers…read more I like coming to Nordstrom because I find high-quality shoes in excellent condition at great prices. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific type of shoe I needed, but whenever I've come here to shop for clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, or skincare products, I've found high-quality items and brands at very good prices. The store is a bit cluttered personally speaking, but it is always clean, and there are many employees constantly working to keep it organized and tidy. God bless you all, and see you soon.

The line is…read moresimilar to that of a home goods and is always mobbed no matter what day or time you are there. I was here to pick up an online order which was decently efficient. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.

They have athletic clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids. I use this location a lot for my online order returns. On weekdays lines are shorter. But on weekends and holiday season, lines get crazy long. They keep lots of counters open to checkout customers as fast as possible. Lots of associates are on the floor to keep the store tidy and help customers. Often I like to stroll in the store to check out some of the new inventories. But I haven't shopped from here much, usually I don't find the size or quality I look for Nike products.

Later that day when I went to pick up the shoes they no longer had my size. My size was also sold out online so I couldn't even order them. They gave the shoes away. I spoke with the manager a few days later (I don't remember her name) and her explanation was its so busy here so someone probably just sold them not realizing it was being held for someone. And she also said well what do you want me to do? Obviously there's nothing you can do but possible train your employees to do their job. She said she'll tell her district manager (which I'm pretty sure she didn't) but as a manger you should be professional and apologetic when your store/employees were in the wrong. I drove over 40 minutes for no reason and I didn't even receive an apology. I constantly shop in Aldo but I will NEVER go back to this Aldo as the staff is very unprofessional and rude! Go to Woodbridge they are professional, caring and take the extra step to make you feel appreciate as a loyal customer!
