Today I went to Nordstrom Rack and other stores in the mall looking for some special work sneakers…read more I like coming to Nordstrom because I find high-quality shoes in excellent condition at great prices. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific type of shoe I needed, but whenever I've come here to shop for clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, or skincare products, I've found high-quality items and brands at very good prices. The store is a bit cluttered personally speaking, but it is always clean, and there are many employees constantly working to keep it organized and tidy. God bless you all, and see you soon.

This is probably one of the most chaotic Nordstrom rack locations I have ever been to. The line is…read moresimilar to that of a home goods and is always mobbed no matter what day or time you are there. I was here to pick up an online order which was decently efficient. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.

After asking if there were any more of a dress that needed to be swapped she walked back to the location and found it for me. Outstanding customer service at this location although the sizing in the sale section does need some organization. There are good deals here. I spotted Juicy tracksuits for $59 total. Great little Sugarfina display near checkout line.

Prices vary based on product, but mostly they are in medium range. There's also a big sales collection as well. The aisles between racks are slim, very hard to walk by another person. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jennifer Garcia for the incredible experience she…read moreconsistently provided. She was truly phenomenal always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I shopped. Jennifer had a natural ability to connect with her clients, and it showed. She built genuine rapport, remembered people, and created an environment that made you actually want to come back. Because of her, I found myself shopping in the store at least three times a week. Jennifer, along with Jacky, made every visit enjoyable. Their energy, attentiveness, and care set them apart in a way that's hard to find. They didn't just work there they elevated the entire shopping experience. Which is why it's so frustrating and disappointing that neither of them seem to be there anymore. The turnover at this location feels constant every time I walk in, there are new faces, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It no longer feels welcoming, and honestly, it makes me not want to shop at the Paramus location at all. For customers like me who spend a significant amount of money and time in this store, the experience matters just as much as the products. Employees like Jennifer and Jacky are rare, and it's hard to understand why a company wouldn't do everything possible to retain people who clearly care about their work and their customers. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. Bringing back employees like Jennifer and Jacky or at the very least, prioritizing staff who bring that same level of warmth and professionalism would make a huge difference.

The place is legit. If you're here to "invest in the clothes…read more" then yes , it's awesome. If you're here to complain about prices and trying to change price tags cause you're not able to invest , then don't . Feel bad for the staff as I've seen a lot of crazy moments where a customer holds the line for too long. Maybe that's why there's huge crowded lines? Then again, there's not enough staff to cover and their policy is a bit outdated . The blame is 50/50 here!

AKIRA has become one of my favorite stores because I can always find something unique to add to my wardrobe, those pieces that are just a little different and make an outfit stand out. And while I'm doing my thing at AKIRA, my husband can always count on Macy's to find something new for his wardrobe too. So basically... we both leave with a bag, we're both happy, and everybody wins. And we're frugal shoppers. So safe to say we always get a good sale. At this point, a Garden State Plaza trip just isn't complete without these two stops! And of course you gotta feed the belly so this particular trip we went to Carlitos and got our taco fix and you can't go wrong with tacos, especially at Carlitos. They're always so friendly and accommodating.

I don't know if it's because of the Soccer World Cup 2026, the fact that it's Saturday afternoon, or the sweltering heat, but it is incredibly crowded. I came straight here after work to check it out because I have movie tickets for the cinema located inside. I arrived a bit too early, so I'm going to walk around and explore the place, and I'll let you know what I think later. The air conditioning is holding up well against the massive crowd. I'll share my thoughts on the other places I visit later on. I can see a variety of spots here, though--places like "Carlitos BBQ taqueria", as well as coffee shops, pretzel stands, dessert spots, a Macy's, ramen restaurants, and more.
