    This is the employee that refuses to touch bags.

    I returned a pair of pants today using the same Zara bag from yesterday. The cashier told me to take the merch out of the bag. I asked why? Isn't that what you normally do in this store? She said they NEVER touch returned merch bags. It's the customer's duty. I never heard of this in any retail store. After the transaction was completed, the cashier left my new purchases on the side pushing it and telling me: here- take your items, giving me an evil eye while smirking. I asked her to place them in my bag and she refused, yelled at me and kept saying no. Eventually the cashier next to her who gave his name while she refused, urged her to place the items in my bag. She still insisted I should do it. Continued to be nasty. Alex placed the items for her. A customer on line witnessed the entire episode and complained, stood up for me telling the female cashier her attitude was disgusting. The cashier told her it was none of her business. The lady on line told her it is everyone's business and she should not work at Zara with that disgusting behavior. It escalated to speaking to the manager of the store. The cashier refused to get them and told me go find them yourself. The manager refused to give the name of the cashier telling me she needs to protect her?! Really? What happened to protecting the customers? When I inquired about store policies regarding bags: the manager said they never touch return bags. This is a lie. I've been shopping at this Zara location for a long time. The manager made an unbelievable excuse saying they want to ensure their employees are not touching dirty tissues or concealed weapons that could possibly be in the return bags or online shipping boxes. Everything both cashier and manager said were lame excuses for poor behavior. The cashier needs to be fired and the manager should get demoted. When I asked for a digital receipt- I was told they don't give those out. To my surprise when I checked my email inbox- there it was. These employees should not work at this Zara location. Worst Zara shopping experience! The entire store of customers were upset at the cashier and that's too bad. I always liked this Zara location until today.

    I been waiting for 15 minutes and only one employee is on the check out section ! Their is like 4 girls just hanging out around the cashier helping no one !! And they also have attitude to costumers

    low quality , terrible customer service.Return policy is very bad. up stair cashier always closed and there is a long line in downstair.

    Although the fashion is on point the level of service here is atrocious. Figure out how to run a business - employees look miserable.

    This place is horrible, they don't treat the employees or customers right. They overwork their employees and don't show them basic respect.

Everything written here is backed up by recorded phone conversations and record it in person conversations and text messages. We were completely lied to you about a custom outfit, the Alpha showed up incorrectly and the size does not fit. We were told it was custom and there is a size on the outfit, For the hundreds of dollars and the inconvenience that happened of running back-and-forth from New York City was her affect. With no choice one day before baptism we had to rig an outfit which is not what was paid for. She has since lied about refunding the money and has even used excuses about six family members. How someone like this isn't business is beyond me. If I didn't have personal issues preventing me from filing a lawsuit due to my time I assure you this would have already happened and it's still not off the table. I see her EVERYTIME I pass by the store. I go to that mall quite frequently with my kids.
