- Good Quality and Decent Deals…read more Old Navy at Jersey Gardens Mall is a solid spot for casual wear. The store is conveniently located inside the mall, surrounded by plenty of other shopping options. Prices are pretty reasonable--not too expensive--and they had some decent deals when we visited. We liked the quality of their regular shirts and t-shirts and ended up picking up a few. The color range and shades were really nice. However, we weren't too impressed with their gym or walking t-shirts--didn't feel as comfortable or stylish. Customer service could be improved, and like much of the mall, parking can be a bit hectic. Still, a good shopping experience overall for basic wardrobe essentials.

First of it took me a while to find anyone working there to assist me and when I did her her answers were "She doesn't know". I had to look for them myself, I then found someone else who told me they were in the front, went to the front nothing. I then ask the original associate what they meant by in the front because I don't see it, her answer again was it should be right here but I don't see them I don't know. Not very helpful at all unlike my last experience at the Bridgewater location. Also not as organized at all. I don't really shop here but sure won't now

I have two rose gold watches that have last me a bit more than a year. Their purses are great quality, well made and not overly priced. I have bought a pair of shoes but not too impressed. They usually have 20% sales but during holidays they get very generous and have 40% discounts. Their prices range from $100 on wallet purses to $500 on their big tote bags. The clothing area is very limited, I rather buy clothes at Marc than here. Still recommend and if you don't like what you see there's a coach store right in the front.

It's worth noting that when we were there two weeks ago with my family The tow women who were working, they offered no alternative or gave any information about the boots and the product and how long it takes to break it in and just some of the things that would have been important to know for a novice Dr Marten wearer.
