Our sofa had a terrible resemblance of a hammock. It had become so soft and my back was hurting from not being able to sit up straight. It was time for a firm lift and not a replacement. After a quick search online I found this wonderful company, I emailed with the required dimensions and price request. Burt called me back and we found out how exactly the foam wedge should be in terms of firmness and I was given an extraordinary reasonable price. It would be ready the day after. In this day and age, where do you call and get something made to your exact measurements at a good price and a great service ?? At Stanley's Foam. That's where! Should I ever need anything again, I sure know where to turn. read more

So very pleased with the service at Stanley Foam! When I initially called to see whether they could help me with my seat cushion, the young lady was very friendly and professional and helpful in making sure I knew how to get to their location. I decided to take the drive over there and had an opportunity to meet with the owner. He thoroughly explained the process to me and took me into the shop area so i could sample the different foams they carry. He then quoted me a fair and reasonable price. The service was very efficient and expedient. The gentleman who made the new cushion put a lot of effort into making sure I was pleased with the end product. They were all extremely accommodating, and I am happy to report this new cushion made a world of difference in the comfort level of our very worn favorite chair. I would highly recommend this business! read more

Stanley Foam - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Wallington, New Jersey

The cushions for our sectional sofa were done, finished, kaput. They became too soft and uncomfortable. (West Elm sold us a lemon!) We began looking for a new sofa but had trouble finding the right size. Then we thought, lets just replace the foam, since the frame and upholstery were still in good condition. We found Stanley Foam who had the answer to our problem. Lianna was very helpful. She took measurements of the old cushions and then had me select the foam density I wanted. I chose firm. We were also looking to replace the 8 large down pillows that serve as the seat backs. They had replacement pillows as well. The whole process was fast. They take your cushion covers and insert the new cushions for you and it was turned around within 24 hours. They call you to let you know when it's ready. Great customer service and total cost was just a fraction of what we would have spent on a new couch. We love sitting on our couch now. read more

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I brought in 2 very expensive couch seats to be re-stuffed , they took out the down casing (which is very expensive )and stuffed it with cheap foam when they should've left the original casing and added foam. (They don't know what they are doing) and they are very rude to customers . I ended up going to a real upholstery place to have it done the right way and ended up costing me hundreds more. On top of it all they were very rude and not customer friendly AT ALL. read more

Amazing! Came in not knowing much and left with exactly what I needed. They are so friendly and helpful. Willing to make custom cut foam for my project and teach me a little about foam rubber throughout the process. Its a drive for me, but will definitely return! read more

Stanley Foam is by far the best "find" for me. We have a relatively new sofa that needed new foam. We brought the cushions there and in a few days had brand new cushions. Their customer service is great. Everyone is so helpful....lianne, Joanne , and of course Burt. They also can recommend people to do different aspects of furniture repair, etc. And their prices are very reasonable. GO! read more

A+ company... Stanley Foam saved me hundreds of dollars!!! I was about to throw my kitchen chairs out and then a friend of mine told me about Stanley Foam in Wallington. I am so grateful to JoAnn (I believe she is the owner with her husband) for her recommendation to use this special fabric that does not get stains on it. Amazing price, great work, and fast turnaround. Thank you Stanley Foam! I will be back and will definitely be referring you to all my family and friends :-) read more

Bought some foam for a cushion we are making. They have a wide selection of foam and the staff was really helpful in helping me find a scrap piece, which we cut to the exact size needed! Prices were very reasonable (would have paid triple the cost at a fabric store or online). They also have a large selection of Sunbrella fabric which you can order and seamstress services, if you aren't crafty enough to make your own. Will be back for sure for more home projects down the road. read more

This place is a hidden gem! So glad I found it. I have had them re-do my sectional. It was sagging and very tired looking, and after they were done with it, it looked brand new. Then, they upholstered my dining room chairs and they did an amazing job. And they turned the job around in only 4 days! I learned that the owners worked in the garment district for years and years, so they really know their fabric. JoAnn, one of the owners, helped me select fabric that was durable and easy to clean. (I have kids who lack table manners.) If she doesn't have the fabric, she will order it, or you can COM. The prices were fabulous but it's the quality and workmanship that will make me come back again. Thanks for a great experience! read more
