I have been shopping here for YEARS, ever since they opened. It's my go-to (along with Tuesday Morning) for patio cushions, decorative pillows, and, occasionally, bedding. (Tuesday Morning is better for bedding and towels, but HomeGoods usually does have all-cotton.) Over the years, I've also bought decor for my children's rooms, kitchen gadgets, frying pans, chairs, lamps, etc. They also have doggie coats, dog and cat beds, treats, and toys. You can sometimes find Greenies for MUCH less than at Petsmart or Petco. I think that the prices, especially for patio/outdoor cushions, are great. Two for $24.99. At Home was selling the same cushions for $24.99 each, and Amazon is selling sets of two cushions for $55-65. I also bought two crystal lamps for (I think) $65 or $85 each, and they were $150 each somewhere else. They seem short-staffed now. Only one cashier and a long line. I haven't had that much interaction with customer service, because I know what I want and where it is. Their hold policy is disappointing. I wanted to think about two large teal chairs once, and they would only hold them for a couple of hours. They were gone when I went back, so they weren't meant to be. read more

Seeking to update our home I made my way to HomeGoods to browse their wares and see what caught my eye! PROs: ++ Wide variety of merchandise - from kitchen gadgets, home decor, pet supplies, and more! ++ Pricing is def cheaper that typical retail stores. ++ Returns from other locations are accepted! So don't fret if you decide you purchase didn't quite work out. CONs: -- The store is always in quite a state of disarray. I find that surprising given the neighborhood it's located in. Be prepared for a hunt! -- Wait time at the register can be looong. As others have noted there is rarely ever more than two people working the checkout, even with a line of eight waiting. -- With cheaper pricing often the quality is lesser. Some of the furniture or decor pieces may be chipped or cracked. This HomeGoods location is a solid "A-OK" for me! read more

Poor customer service Be aware of racial profiling, the service agent (red hairs store coordinator), didn't even offer to bag my purchase and when I asked for a bag, she asked me what do I need a bag for? We are in 2021, treat everyone with respect and equally. This is unacceptable behavior and go back to your customer service training. read more

Walked in and immediately found a cute table had no price tag and so I asked an employee who goes by P and his customer service was impeccable ! He set it aside while my boyfriend and I looked around and once we paid for it Dylan and P (both employees of the store) took it to our car and carried it in the car as well. Before I forget about 1-2 months ago I came to this store and got a rug for my living room and Dylan was the employee who helped us with that purchase as well. I just tried to return some things I had bought there a couple of hours ago (that didn't match with my decor) and had one of the worst customer experiences ever. I discovered they double charged me for one item then didn't charge me for another. I wanted to return both items. The cashier told me they had to look at video footage, and basically accused me of stealing. The manager, John, was of zero help and was a total jerk about it. I will never shop at this location again. After going to a different home goods location to complete my return (a total hassle), I learned that John has a terrible reputation...I completely agree. He should NOT be in any role interfacing with public or customer service. How dare he accuse me of stealing (a $25 item) after I just spent over $500! read more

this HomeGoods is kind of what you would expect from most HomeGoods stores. Things seem to be randomly placed on shelves and no real organization to finding anything other than pictures, plants and carpeting are somewhat together. Anything else can be a free for all. You just have to walk down every aisle to see if you can find what you're looking for or might be interested in. Pricing is also somewhat low, but in no way competitive for a place that looks like an overstock holding warehouse. Some of the product looks used or has been severely abused in the boxes shipped in and if you aren't careful you can end up with something that is already broken. The staff also seems to be a reflection of store. They just don't really seem to care about helping or doing a good job in putting something away. I saw an employee walking with a handful of random things and she just dumped it on a shelf with things completely unrelated and just walked off as things fell from the shelf and were in no way organized or even presentable. Having no real way of finding something I was looking for without sending out many people for a search party, it was a quick walk around the store and just leaving empty handed. As of now I have no reason to return and in trying a few other stores, I would say that its a standard for HomeGoods here. read more

The manager is an idiot and this store sells cheap trash. Bought an elephant sculpture. Took it home. They sticker everything with their own stickers that don't peel off. Ran under cold water for two seconds while I rubbed the sticker with my hand. The paint came off with their sticker. Took it back the next day. Didn't have a receipt anymore. Manager wouldn't take the return or give store credit. Waste of $25 and 40 minutes of my time driving there and back. Every manager should know that a happy customer tends to refer a few people whereas a dissatisfied customer turns away an average of ten new customers and tells their friends not to shop there... all over $25. Disappointed by their prices. While they have nice quality home goods, prices are 20 to 30% off retail at BEST. I thought this is supposed to be a discount retailer? While they offer a wider variety than say, a Marshalls or TJ Maxx, you won't find highly discounted items here. I ended up leaving with only two random things (a step trash can and an egg container), although I had a shopping list full of stuff. I am not paying $30 for a throw pillow or $25 for a plain shower curtain. What can I say, I am cheap. While I was waiting at the register, one of only two cashiers was cleaning her area with a feather duster for what felt like an eternity. I thought I was being punked. She acted as though I was invisible. The other cashier was giving her dirty looks and was clearly embarrassed by her colleague's lack of service etiquette. Something I'd expect in Miami, but not Denver. read more

The new policy of holding an item for only 2 hours is ridiculous. What if you're coming from the other side of Littleton? It doesn't leave the buyer enough time to try the item in the space and what if you're waiting for your spouse to get home and give his opinion, too? This home goods location is just okay. It's always crowded and disorganized. The shelves can sometimes become chaotic and messy, which I realize can be the customers' fault. The stock of the store is also fairly hit or miss. Sometimes I find great stuff here, but other times, I'll make several trips in a row that are all duds. The staff at this location are all friendly, but I've never had an outstanding experience with a helpful staff member like I have previously at other home goods and/or Marshall's locations. Again, nothing is really wrong with this location-- it's just very busy and sometimes messy for too little payoff. read more

I've never visited this location and seen more than two people working the registers. One employee needed assistance from a manager and after 5+ minutes he appeared at the front clearly disgruntled that he had to walk from the back of the store. The manager kept calling for additional cashiers when I was in line and no one shows up, however when I left the store I noticed the additional cashiers were on a smoke break outside the front doors. I always calculate a 10-20 minute wait time when I visit this location. I prefer the Parker & Arapahoe location as that store is more organized and I've never experienced wait times in excess of 5 minutes. read more

Purchased an office chair right before shut down occurred due to COVID-19. Wasn't sure what the return policy was due to COVID-19 or when they actually reopened. I was told today the policy was 30 days after they reopened, which was mid-May. Sorry to hear there was not even an in-store credit available. I gave 2 stars for the following reasons: 2/8/16 I have never encountered a woman as rude as this one was at the HomeGoods location by Park Meadows Mall. I heard the announcement that they were closing in 5 minutes and to make my final selections. Within a minute of the announcement, Maura came down the aisle to tell me and another woman that the store was closed. I told her she was rude and I said I wasn't interested in purchasing anything right now because I wanted to see if something was still there and that I was leaving the store. Maura then said no I'm just trying to help you make a purchase if you need it. I said you're being incredibly rude. Maura couldn't have been more rude other than if she had come down the aisle with a baseball bat threatening the remaining two customers in the store. If you need these type of people to work in your store then be prepared for people to walk away pissed off like I did. The other woman commented on Maura's harsh and clipped commentary as well. I had stopped in to check to see if a few items that I wanted in particular for a client we're still available and snap a few pictures to show them. Because of how rude Maura is I am NOT making my purchases at this HomeGoods store. That is -2 $50 lamps a $300 rug and a $129 wine rack.  Maura's rude behavior lost $500 in sales for this store. I am fairly certain that her hourly pay for the extra 5 minutes that she spent being rude to the only two remaining customers - who were making their way out while she argued about how she was just trying to help - was considerably smaller than the purchases i intended to make. If Maura's brash & obnoxious tone of voice wasn't enough, she stood in the aisle with her hands clasped & eyes glaring. She should not be in retail or any other customer service position if she can't be polite to people.  I am a professional person and she has to be the most unprofessional retail clerk ever encountered in a store like this. 3/3/16 Maura is still being rude as I saw her as I entered the store. She walked right past me as I entered the store and didn't even greet me or the customer that had walked in just prior to me. She was also rude to the one cashier that was working the register and chastised her about the announcement to call the manager up. The young girl had to take time to explain to Maura that she called him to help load a small piece of furniture. Overtly rude before and now a month later the same snarky & condescending comments to the young cashier resulted in the interruption of the sale being made by another customer and delaying the manager addressing my request for help because he had to wait for the dialogue to stop to find out why the cashier needed him. If I had not already made my purchase, I can say that I was ready to flee the store to escape her unpleasant demeanor. Obviously she needs an attitude adjustment. Tonight was a $259 sale that I made but just get awful behavior sours the experience. At least the other sales staff was helpful as well as the manager thus the 2 stars. read more

I am a frequent shopper of Homegoods. I love their prices and cute rare finds! My "go to" store is typically Parker and Arapahoe, however on occasion I shop at this store. I will continue to shop at my home store rather than this one. I asked the manger if they do "Price Matching" as I found a knife set that was more affordable on Amazon. She replied politely with a "no" and mentioned how they already have affordable pricing. I accepted and went about my business shopping until I heard her communicating with another co-worker about my question. I overheard her say, "...we don't do price matching, if you want price matching, go to Walmart." I was not rude about my question to her and was simply asking. It is very unprofessional to speak behind customers back if they are asking a sincere question. I felt uncomfortable and left. I won't be coming here anymore. read more
