Oh my gosh I love my Lovesac sactional couch. It has the stealthtech setup and it's amazing. Our experience in the store was great. Cause if you're going to spend that much money on a couch, you should really try it out first. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the store. Only issue I have is that our address didn't get put down correctly and we had to call back and fix it, which caused a delay in deliveries. Warning, have help to put your sactional together. It was tougher to do than I expected. read more

From the minute we walked in we knew we were going to be delighted with the offerings. We were greeted by Katie and the conversation started. As she was asking us questions she was physically showing us examples of what we were talking about, the depth of the seat cushions, did we want storage or not and how many sections we wanted. The total process was fun and easy and very engaging. Katie's style is sure to put a smile on your face she is so talented in the art of sharing the product specifications even to the point of showing you how the unit is assembled and how easy it is to put together. When all was said and done we selected the perfect Lovesac Sectional for our home. Want the perfect sectional for your home, then Katie at Lovesac is who you need to go see. read more

Lovesac is awesome, customer service, warranty, selection are awesome. Easy to work with and the furniture is comfortable! I'd say the value is mixed from my perspective it's a bit pricy but honestly so far worth it! read more

Wow, what an experience! We opted for a social distancing approach, via a virtual showroom appointment to finalize our purchase, and boy are we glad we did. I initially called the showroom to ask a few questions, but was immediately given a virtual appointment with Chris. Chris spent as much time with us as needed, walked around the showroom, and showed us floor models, fabric swatches, and even matched up fabric to the hardware (cup holders, tables, etc.). By the end of the virtual visit, all our questions had been answered, and Chris helped us by placing the order. It was seamless, including the text process with the store! After our visit, the local store followed up every step of the way to help explain installation and typical customer questions. I could not be happier with this customer experience and the product. If you're on the fence, do it! read more

I love the product but I feel the staff and operations are disorganized. It seems like they really only care about you ordering the product but lose interest after that. I ordered a piece of furniture and was told that the store had to order it from somewhere else and that they would call me in 7-10 days (which is kind of a while but whatever). They never called me so on the 14th day I called them to ask about the status of the order. The employee acted extremely confused and said something about how they don't keep orders filed alphabetically (whaaa?). I had to basically tell them I needed it in a week because I was having guests over. The employee was nice but it was like she didn't have the tools to help me. After a few calls back and forth I finally got what I paid for but they weren't friendly when I picked it up. I used to work retail so I know it sucks and I tried to be as patient and nice as can be but seriously that was unacceptable. read more

Walked into the store today to be greeted. She asked if needed help and we asked what is the standard sectional. I proceeded to say we had placed an order a few years back and returned due to buyers remorse at the point she rudely turned around while I was mid sentence! Never to be spoken to again. It looked like there were two other employees but neither helped anyone in the store. They were in the back. My husband and I walked out to never return. We will go to the other store or even a different brand and spend our money! Very disappointing! read more

WARNING! Horrible customer experience. We ordered a full sactional over three years ago and can't get them to match fabric to one of their most popular colors. The reality of the situation, is that they delivered a different fabric from what I originally ordered. Before delivery, someone removed all the skews and barcodes, so the fabric could never be matched again. It's sad that there's no support behind fixing a LoveSac mistake that leaves a client with mismatched furniture. Furniture for life, comes at a very high price! Be careful, they do not stand behind the promise. read more

So my wife and I were always curious as to the aura of the infamous LoveSacs so one night after a couple refreshments at The Yard House we headed over to give them a test run. Little did we know this piece of furniture would spark a domino effect in which we would be back for a 2nd SAC and a full SACTIONAL!! These products have changed our life. Seriously. I am a huge fan and advocate of something having utility. These SuperSacs and this couch have by far been our best investment as a married couple. As much as I would like to give credit to the yard beers for our courage in making a purchase, it really was the customer service provided to us by Emily Valencia @ the P Meadows store that sealed the deal. Don't get me wrong the entire staff at P Meadows is incredibly kind and phenomenal to work with. I want to single out Emily as my wife and I were easily drawn to her joyful and friendly demeanor. I am always one who places great value on customer service and have no problem walking out of a store if I feel ignored. Other stores could take a lesson from Emily on how to treat customers. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and most importantly outright EXCITED for us to become apart of the LOVESAC family. Emily's excitement of the product was something my wife and I were not accustomed to. She was like a kid on Christmas morning when showing us how the SACS change lives, one nap at a time. Without her this deal doesn't get signed. Period. A few months gone by and we prepped to make a SACTIONAL purchase at the store. The only consultant we would deal with was Emily. She not only helped us w/respect to ideas for placement in the room but advocated as to how many pieces we should start with considering we could "always build" onto the couch. My wife has it on lockdown what she wants and as the discussion progresses with Emily she goes ahead and offers to drive out to our house to help w/the install!! What? We live South Burbs. This isn't like we are next door! Who does this? Only someone who doesn't view their customers as just a number. Emily views each customer as family. So we have Emily come out and show us all the incredible features of the SACTIONAL. Considering this product is unlike anything else we have seen we were very grateful for her to take personal time to help us feel comfortable with our purchase. Holy cow what a great couch that will last forever. 5 STAR service to Emily for her time. We have been back multiple times just to see her and talk about our big plans for our basement and how LOVESAC will be playing a prominent role. Its one thing to have an incredible product of which LOVESAC most certainly does but another to have a sales rep like Emily who makes the experience just flat out enjoyable. Thank you Emily for continuing to be an advocate of our account and treating my wife and I with endless kindness. You are one of a kind. We very much look forward to continue building on this incredible relationship we have formed with you. read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a store. I bought a foot sac only to find out the color didn't match the room I had intended it for. They do say they have a 30 day return policy and I was outside of that by a few days, but they refused to return a brand new blanket that was never even taken out of the package. I asked for store credit or to exchange for a different color and they refused that as well just repeating I was outside of the 30 day return policy. When I first arrived at the store the girl that helped me asked me to shop around and come back in 20 minutes when her coworker was off break because she didn't know how to do it. So after returning and being told they wouldn't accommodate any kind of exchange I am pretty upset to say the least. This place prides them self in being high end, but after making a sale don't give any kind of customer service. Wish I would've shopped at Nordstrom's! read more

I love the products and the staff at LoveSac in the Park Meadows Mall! The staff has been extremely helpful each time I have called them, no matter who I have talked to. I needed a couple more bases, or "shoes", for my configuration and since I live in the Springs they mailed them very quickly to me so I did not have to go to the store in Denver. I ended up needing a replacement hardware piece for my Sactional, and they were very helpful and quick with that as well. The material of the Sactional is of very good quality and the cushions are a good medium between soft and firm. I love the fact that you can rearrange and reconfigure the couch cushions and backs to make the couch fit anywhere you need it to. It looks amazing in my living room. I also have a LoveSac and love the feeling of the material. The sac was a little flat but they sent me free foam to fill it up. The customer service at LoveSac has been wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend anyone to this store. read more

Thoroughly impressed with the service I received from the LoveSac store. While there were some errors made in the delivery due to some products being in store and others being ordered for delivery the staff at the store went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was corrected. 2 store staff members actually came to my house to install the cushion covers that were missing from the delivery the previous day. Nice recovery on what could have been an otherwise unpleasant experience. read more

Love everything about this store! Worked with Amy, one of the sales associates and she was beyond helpful and very patient with us in buying our 6&8 with Taupe velvet. We were pretty particular since these are expensive couches but with a lifetime warranty and so many ways to convert these couches how can you go wrong. Very happy with our purchase and glad we bought them from this location. read more

This place is really cool. I'm not the kind of dude who gets excited about furniture stores, but I just moved here and have a big empty apartment. Jaylene was very helpful. She knows a lot about decorating. She had ideas for furnishing my whole place in a way that is classy, comfortable, and cool. I was glad to get advice from someone knowledgeable, but not condescending. I don't know anything about decorating, but I feel like I can just buy everything from Love Sack and trust that it will all match and look right. I'm excited to see how my new home comes together. ~Scott read more

After having moved a 9-foot couch twice (awful), LoveSac's well designed, stylish modular sactional really appealed to me. The idea of being able to move it myself, put it into multiple configurations and wash all the covers was a big selling point. What made me finally purchase the sactional, however, was their designer Tracy. She came to my home, helped me pick out colors that would work with my style and created configurations that would fit in my space. She took pieces that I never thought would go together and made them look like a magazine cover! The ONLY reason I didn't give LoveSac a perfect five star rating is because changing the pieces around was tough. You really need two people, and if one piece is off just a little the whole configuration won't work. But Tracy went above and beyond, came back to my home and helped me put a different seating configuration together and taught me the best way to click the pieces in place. Not to mention she completely re-designed my living room in the process. I can't wait to have company over now. I would definitely recommend LoveSac not just because of the practicality of the furniture but because of the incredibly service they offer through designers like Tracy. read more
