    First time at this home goods . We came in looking for a new rug and we found a beautiful rug for $199.99. Also, got a new dog bowl and Matt for $19.99 Pretty good prices and selection . Will come back to this home goods

    I bought this lamp cover from HomeGoods in Burbank yesterday, but it didn't fit my lamp. Today, I went back to the store to return it. The employee told me that the item was not supposed to be sold with the cover only, thought I kept the lamp to myself and only returned the cover and refused to process the refund. I asked the manager to check the security footage for proof, but they said the person who handles the cameras only comes in twice a week. I then asked the manager to verify the transaction with the employee who sold it to me. She said she didn't know who the employee was or their schedule. Basically, refuse to take actions immediately. They told me they would investigate the issue and asked for my phone number. When I asked how long the investigation would take, an employee at the counter said it could take up to a week. Home Goods Burbnank treat customers like thieves. They never apologize for their mistakes. They just assume customer took the lamb and returned the shade. After I got mad there, and they were like, 'We're going to investigate.

    Lots of great options for home decor at a mostly fair price. Some items were surprisingly high.. Others very reasonable. Overall the store was clean and well stocked (just under 3 weeks till Xmas). The aisles are way too close together. You should be able to fit a cart going in each direction! And there were several places in the store that had stocking ladders and carts of merchandise in the already narrow aisles. Prices for accent pillows are ridiculously expensive! They do have great stocking stuffers and kitchy items at a fair price. Not really my kind of store but I can see why people like it. Cashier was extremely friendly and the checkout line went really quick, which is probably good as the gauntlet of last minute eye catchers could potentially raise your final bill another $50 lol. I like that they have 1 line as I will inevitably ALWAYS choose the longest lane when given a choice. So thank you for that. And there's a big parking lot but they share it with Aldi, Lancers, NewStar and Hobby Lobby, so it can get a little crazy during peak times.

    Burbank home good is my go to home goods. Lately it's very unorganized. It's hard to find pairs or matching items. Service is slow but the prices are great specially on holiday decor. Got really cute table runner for Xmas

    I'm definitely a Home Goods fan, this store has a great selection of things and it's not a mess. Employees are friendly and helpful, I saw a couple of employees working very hard putting things up and fixing things. The line at cashier was long, only 2 or 3 cashiers working. Big parking lot shared with Hobby Lobby.

    This place for the most part of it is super organized. It has a wide range of selection. I've bought several things; my comforter, my kitchen utensil holder and clips, mugs , birthday cards, even pet bags. The people are pretty nice and helpful if you ask for help. The only downside is when they're short staff cashiers are backed up but you can't blame them.

    This HomeGoods is in a complete disarray compared to other locations. One of the biggest issues that I have is how disorganized things are here. Staff members do a poor job in checking out customers quickly and efficiently even when there are multiple employees running the cash registers. I'm not sure if this is due to an uptick of new hires since this location is fairly new or just lack of care. Products are also scattered and not neatly displayed so you'll likely see items in aisles where they are not supposed to be in. The one good thing that I like about this location is the parking. There is an ample amount of space so there should never be an issue with finding a spot. There are also cart corrals conveniently located in the lot so you won't have to go back into the store to return it after shopping.

    Always something you want need don't need but have to have. Love you can roam and not always being asked if you need help.

    Weird vibe. Unpleasant employees. I prefer the Studio City store, but the parking situation is better at this one.

    Okay. These negative reviews are honestly unhinged. I read them all before going in and ALMOST went…read moreto another Bob's farther away. So glad we didn't do that and came to this location because our experience was nothing short of perfect. We were greeted by Javier, sharply-dressed, great hair! He simply said hello, asked if we were browsing or looking for something in particular. We were there for a couch because our couch is THE WORST (thanks for nothing, Wayfair). He pointed us to where the couches started and we went on our merry way. Javier did not follow us, linger around, and certainly did not harass us. He did occasionally pop up to give us a little info on a couch we were spending time with, showing us features and then he would go back about his business and leave us to ours. Perfect amount of attention and space! We narrowed our choices down to about five couches. Javier was about to end his shift so he came to say to take our time but that Eduardo would likely be the one to help us out if we needed anything or planned to purchase a couch. Eduardo was equally great, and equally well-dressed. Eduardo ultimately sold us the couch we chose, he made the financing process easy and explained everything to us in detail. We even ended up getting new dining room chairs - which may sound like we got hit with a sneaky upsell but that's not so! We needed new chairs! To finalize the purchase, Eduardo brought over the manager Azi. She was also lovely and we talked about all these reviews - like, people, are you for real with these one stars!? Anyway! Great time and can't wait for our new couch (and chairs) to get delivered on Wednesday! (The only truth to the bad reviews - the In-and-Out drive-thru screwing up parking for everyone. But that's not Bob's fault and we went on a Saturday afternoon and snagged a spot after not much trouble.)

Received a nice welcome from one of their employees and he wanted to know what was it that I needed? I told him that I needed a couch & a love seat. He showed me few options that they had at the store, but nothing really caught my eye and that was appropriate for my liking and for my living room. Store is clean, they have all types of furniture from living room, dining room, bedroom and even for your den. They do delivery, financing, but since I didn't really see what I was looking for, I walked out feeling that I will return very soon. Established in 1991 and still going strong. Prices were not that expensive. Given the fact that it's a discounted store! Thank you Bob's Discount store and staff..Hopefully next time I come by, I will find what I am looking for!!:-) Parking & restroom both available.

    Updated: There was…read morean issue with the scheduled delivery date, which was initially set for January 7, 2026, and then changed to January 10, 2026. I did not receive any calls, emails, or automated emails from the customer service team to confirm the delivery schedule. I had to contact customer service, where the associate representative repeatedly repeated the cancellation without providing an explanation. I made a second call to the store location to request to speak to a manager. The individual who answered the phone refused to transfer me to a manager. I waited a considerable amount of time until a store manager spoke with me. Mr. Emat explained that Ashley was backordered, which prevented the delivery of the furniture as scheduled on January 7 or January 110. The best available delivery date was January 14. After speaking with Mr. Emat, a chatbot automated email was sent to confirm the delivery on January 14. It was more than inconvenient to have to call to find out when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered. I don't live in Oceanside, plus my property manager was on vacation. A lot of logistics to arrange. Ashley Management: I highly recommend improving communication if the delivery schedule is canceled. Customers should be notified immediately rather than waiting until they are uncertain about the delivery. Proactive communication and better customer service are essential. The delivery driver, Juan Miguel, was punctual and professional. Unfortunately, there is no way to provide a review. They deserved five-star review to third-party contractors.
