Further, he anticipated all cut-outs for equipment (sinks, faucet/disposal, cooktop). When it came to the install of my counters (kitchen, bar and bathroom), the process took two visits: to confirm measurements, and then installation. We found out that our bathroom shower wasn't sealed correctly and were faced with having to re-do our bathroom. We started the process looking at Floor and Decor which was fine but felt impersonal. My husband suggested we stop by Glendale Tiles and Tops which is in our neighborhood. It was there that we found our dream tile for the shower statement wall. Martin and Abel were the team who did demo, tiling, constructing the new shower etc. They were lovely to work with. Martin is a very talented tile installer and Abel was his right hand man, always professional and hard working. They set up and protected our floors every day, were very clean and considerate and maybe most importantly did an excellent job. The electrician and the shower door guys that were brought in by the team were also very kind and good at what they do. Whenever we hit a snag or problem - for instance we had to figure out placement of the mirrors and that was a bit of a puzzle, Sam would come by noodle on the problem until we came to a solution. We ended up buying a vanity base and Sam made the vanity top - we used the same quartz on the shower bench, looks great. I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's truly a dream bathroom and we had a wonderful experience.

I had to leave because I urgently needed a restroom, and the staff's response was simply cold and dismissive. A customer who is clearly in distress should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion,not sent away without any help or consideration. For a store of this size, this policy is unreasonable and reflects poorly on management. I hope the owners reconsider it, especially since many customers spend considerable time shopping there. At the very least, employees should be trained to respond with more empathy and professionalism.

I followed up myself in mid-September and was told, "our factory messed up this particular style and the corrected shipment will arrive second week of oct." Four months after ordering, I still don't have the stools. I understand production problems happen. My issue is the lack of communication or accountability. When I expressed frustration about the delay, the response was simply, "we can issue you a refund if you'd like." I've also seen other customers describe similar experiences with delays and poor communication, so mine does not seem unique. I still really liked the stools, but the way this order has been handled has been very frustrating.
