HSG is such a wonderful and impressive service; professional and knowledgable with a very gracious crew...AND this service is free! The willingness to listen to our needs was greatly appreciated. HSG stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun. Jimmy Orange and HSG provided outstanding customer service, as a reputable company always should, building long-lasting relationships. While searching for TV/Internet service, Jimmy was referred to us to help expedite the process. After dealing with companies and their customer service (or lack their of) in the past, we were dreading the chore of finding and setting up service in our new home. Jimmy gathered the information and handled all of the necessary details, allowing us to move easily forward. We chose Frontier as our service provider and Jimmy helped set everything up. He even offered (and actually came) to oversee the installation to make sure everything was done properly and they way we wanted. Unfortunately, Frontier proved to be a frustrating challenge, with two weeks of miscommunication, several reschedulings and additianal charges, adding insult to injury. Jimmy, understanding our extreme irritation, was with us completely. He was our advocate, went to bat for us to get the installation done and helped get those additional charges reversed. First off!!! I noticed a couple people have reviewed this business based off of Direct TV Corporate interaction and not working with this business directly. I have worked with both for our service at our house and I was very very pleased with the service we received today. We were looking for a local dealer to replace a broken remote and Jaime said he was available to drop it off within the hour! He showed up on time and hooked it up for us! My parents, who are retired and on a fixed income, were having some trouble getting DirecTV installed in their condo unit due to the limitations of the Condo rules and also the fact that DirecTV would not allow their technicians to go on the roof to install a satellite dish. My building got a roof replacement and knocked my DirecTV off-line. Found this company (Satellite TV Home Network is their official name) on Yelp. Talked to Jaime at 6pm on Thursday. He communicated with me even after hours and sent a technician out on Saturday. Technician arrived on time and fixed my dish in 20 mins! Good price and great service. Only a 2 hour window (not 4 hours like DirecTV's company installers). If you have DirecTV hardware issues, I highly recommend this company. They cover all of LA and OC! read more

With the recent storms my satellite dish was moved and went offline. The Direct TV tech said that now that they are owned by ATT they won't go on the roof to fix the problem. His solution was to hang a new dish in my backyard and reroute a new coax to my receiver. No thank you! After making several calls I found Jaime with HSG. Hands down the best company to work with. The HOA said that our dish could not be attached to the structure so we had DirecTV install it near the railing without any puncturing or holes made. The HOA folks decided after a year that our satellite dish was not up to their regulations so they told us we had to have a freestanding dish, which I thought was nuts. Did some research and called a few local retailers. Jaime called me back within a few minutes and was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He explained to me my options and even drove to Home Depot to show me pictures of what the final unit would look like. He was upfront about the price and very good with his continued follow up. My family and I moved from Ladera Ranch to San Juan Capistrano. I called DirecTV to transfer my services to the new house. I thought this would be an easy process until the DirecTV installer came out and said he could not position the satellite dish because of some overgrown trees. Jaime was the miracle I was praying for when it came to a solution for my television installations I have a custom home and I wanted a television installed above my fireplace and I did not want any wires showing. The other 3 Tv's I also wanted wall mountings. After Dish and Time Warner Cable and Direct TV showed up and I had 6 appointments and used up my time and energy all 3 companies said what I wanted could not be done.
