What I was most impressed with was how well organized the check out was. The line was all the way to the back of the store in linen...unreal and yet that line moved at a rather good pace. They kept asking for more cashiers to come to the front and eventually all the available areas for cashiers were running at full speed; thank you for that Marshalls! The sales associate should have stamped my receipt and verified that I'm aware it was final sale. This process was not made clear to us so store Manager Marina did apologize for that! She was more than happy to return the item at her store on different time. Trevor helped us to connect with store manger, thanks for helping out on that. " Marina" she give me a detailed explanation on what happen and offer to return the product and promised on improving her process to avoid and confusion in future. Macy's Shopping Experience…read more While I did find everything I was looking for, my visit to Macy's turned into a much longer shopping trip than expected. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. While the quality of the clothing--especially professional wear--is still excellent, the overall shopping experience felt inconvenient and disappointing. Thank you Dawn

My only complaint is: (1)I feel they're usually understaffed with cashiers because the lines have literally been wrapped to near the walls and they count how many people are in, but there's always a ton. (2) today, a woman was inside without a mask and the doors state a mask is required for entry. She was literally the only one without one (and ironically the one person I was behind in line with), so when I was cashing out, the cashier asked another cashier about why she would be allowed without one and he stated that she and the woman she was with are regulars. So I guess that means it's ok if we all just don't wear a mask?
