It's explains why my wardrobe is nearly 20 years old. Anyways... I walked into DSW, with an expired coupon in hand, looking for the new converse they came out with. The style has a puffy tongue and a padded heal, makes the shoe a little more comfortable for the wear, or so I would assume. As I walked into the store I headed down the first isle in my direction. Note that the store was very clean and very well organized, boxes of shoes all stacked very neatly and orderly. It's was acceptable for my OCD. After passing about 3 dozen shoes, I spotted what I was looking for- in the 1st isle I walked down, nice! I grabbed my size box and a little bootie sock since I was sockless. I tried them on and it was a perfect fit, so to the cashier I headed. She quickly rang me up, as there was no one in line. She asked for my email so they could sent me more coupons - can't pass that up. She gave me my total and I handed her my expired coupon. She said, I'm sorry but this expired. I said, could you ask the manager if they would still honor it. The manager was standing right there and said, "of course". $20 off my total and my new birthday shoes were cheaper than anywhere I searched for online. I was I this store a grand total of 7 minutes and got some sweet new kicks at a great price. This is the kinda shopping I can get used to! Employees were very friendly too. I'll be back when I need more shoes for my family.

I was not happy with the way the jacket fit and owner insisted it was fine but said he would fix it - I picked up the suit and it was just not right, felt tight and the material was pulling in the back - the salesman (I'm assuming he is the owner) said he couldn't do any more with it. the next day I took it to a tailor recommended by a co worker and he was astonished by what he saw. He said the suit and shirt sizes were too big to begin with and should have started with a smaller size, he could fix the pants and shirt collar but the coat is ruined - nothing can be done with it, he laughed and shook his head at the way it was tailored, and said the man should not be in business. I paid $420 for the suit and shirt, (the 2nd tailor shook his head about that too). I learned a big lesson about hard to understand fast moving salesman insisting on you paying cash - when you don't feel completely comfortable walk away

Placed an online order like I always do, my order was being delivered via DoorDash (website does…read morenot say which third party will be delivering it) doordash returned my order after Sally beauty told them doordash driver must call me. (DoorDash driver confirmed this) I never set these preferences as I ordered through the Sally app not doordash So I would have no way of knowing who or which third part entity would be delivering it. The first call I made the sales associate wouldn't even look at my order, told me she didn't know what to do and wanted to wait for the manager. Then the "manager" tried to place blame on DoorDash and was not willing to look into what happened. Claimed refund was being done through door dash and I need to take it up with them. Corporate confirmed this is incorrect, and while on the line switched over to check the status of my order and come to find out the "manager" didn't even put the refund in yet. (The order said completed in my app) if you are a manger and cannot be competent enough to know your stores online policies and how third parties delivering works then you have no business being in charge to handle conflict resolution Let alone customer service. To tell a customer you don't know and to take it up with a third party company who is also saying it was Sally beauty who dropped the ball is unacceptable. I've ordered from this location many times and have never encountered such a rude clueless individual who would rather give false information then do her job. I will be following up with corporate to make sure no one else has to experience the displeasure I had to endure.
