I ordered a $200 piece, corporate, and expected at that level, these touches would be in place. More eucalyptus makes a wonderful, upscale presentation and would've cost the shop about $5, or 2.5% my total cost. Adding much more limonium is such a minuscule cost, it's practically free, yet it was used as if it were an expensive item: sparsely. The vase would've cost maybe 10 more dollars (shop cost) to look like something special, not garage sale fodder. So for $15-20 extra in cost, the piece would've gone from checking the box to meets expectations. I also was not impressed with the design quality. Rose placement needed improvement, with unsightly depths on several. The photo I was sent clearly showed they do not care about cleanliness--the table the flowers were set on was disgustingly dirty. This underscores that details don't matter, so if this is what you're letting the customer see, what is happening behind the scenes? Cleanliness of tools, vessels, and coolers are important to flower health and longevity. On a positive note, the roses looked healthy and were prepped properly, it seemed. I liked the selection, including the upscale rose availability. They did send a photo, which I requested, which was very good of them. The piece was done in a very timely manner. So disappointing that they didn't just add that little something extra to elevate the piece. I won't go back.

Everything here is extremely pricey, which is unfortunate for me given that there are many things I love from here, but I just simply can't justify spending exorbitant amounts of money on these sorts of homegoods and accessories too often. The products they carry are definitely geared towards the more affluent and those with lofty home design ideas, as they also have fabric samples and the like to help you design and customize your furniture and upholstery upon them in the back of the store too. The price tags make sense in the sense that I have not seen any of the products they offer in any other stores in the metro Detroit area, so there's nothing to compare their goods to. This is a great place to window shop or stop in to get inspiration for your home and to pick up a unique piece or two. I'm still thinking about the tatted up Albert Einstein piece of artwork (included in the photos!), which I love so much, but even just the print of it without it framed was already $70-80 and that's a hard price to justify even for hot Albert Einstein!
