Home decor, kitchen items, Books, blanket scarves, jewelry and so much more…read more I do like some of the living setups. I like the wall art with the painted plastic army figurines. Think my brother had them as a kid. It's a fun spot to browse around for a bit.

The space is noticeably bigger than their previous one, which gives them more staging area and space to offer larger pieces of furniture, artwork, and clothing in addition to all the unique goodies they already carried within the store that are smaller scale. Everything here is extremely pricey, which is unfortunate for me given that there are many things I love from here, but I just simply can't justify spending exorbitant amounts of money on these sorts of homegoods and accessories too often. The products they carry are definitely geared towards the more affluent and those with lofty home design ideas, as they also have fabric samples and the like to help you design and customize your furniture and upholstery upon them in the back of the store too. The price tags make sense in the sense that I have not seen any of the products they offer in any other stores in the metro Detroit area, so there's nothing to compare their goods to. This is a great place to window shop or stop in to get inspiration for your home and to pick up a unique piece or two. I'm still thinking about the tatted up Albert Einstein piece of artwork (included in the photos!), which I love so much, but even just the print of it without it framed was already $70-80 and that's a hard price to justify even for hot Albert Einstein! I like how every time I stop in to Talulah Belle, there's always new discoveries to be had. They clearly refresh their stock frequently and it's always great to stop in here for inspiration and intentionally unique gifts for the loved ones in your life...including yourself!

This shop is smaller and so packed, wall to wall. Somehow feels overwhelming because there's so much. This kind of shop requires some real browsing time to find anything worth buying at all.

Catching Fireflies is the perfect place to find a special gift…read more I find myself walking around for at least 30+ minutes when I visit because there is so much to look at and this place is not very big! The place is just off main street and you cannot miss the colorful building. There is also history attached to this location, so be sure to check out the historical marker next to the building. Parking is just behind the place and is free. Or you can find meter parking or park at the library (free) and walk over. The staff are always friendly and offer to gift wrap your purchase. Or they will include gift wrapping materials and you can wrap at home. Such a nice added touch. But I will say this can make the line pretty slow. COVID-19 wise - staff wear masks and guests are expected to wear masks as well. There is a gift for anyone here, even a hard-to-buy dad or brother. The store is sectioned off into type of gifts. Some sections include: Wedding, pets, golf, Michigan, baby, cooking, homemade products like soaps/candles, children toys, and gag gifts to name a few. The holidays also bring gifts such as ornaments, etc. for the holidays. They do occasionally do coupons in the local Rochester Area mailer - so be sure to clip those!

I think I was getting it confused with another shop, but this place literally rocks! They support local artists who sell their products here and it's the coolest stuff around. You can find most anything here from magnets, to T-shirts, candles, anything. They also have artist descriptions over some of the products which I loved reading. Where they're from, how they started, and much more. I like knowing the backgrounds so that helps. They do have some Michigan and Detroit centric items, but there's also some cool other stuff as well. Some artists rotate, so the stores motto is don't wait to purchase to long, because it might not be here tomorrow. They have a drink bar that you pay at the register for, but I couldn't tell what they served. I think it's a Keurig setup with coffee and tea, but don't quote me on that, nor did I check the prices. When I was here shopping, it was super packed, so be ready to move slowly and wait in line. I'm sure they have less busy times then a saturday afternoon. Overall a fantastic place to get one of a kind artistry for a mostly decent price. I love giving unique gifts when possible as it's important to me, so I will be back in the future.

The safe in the back is here to stay for eternity. Josh waited on us today, he warmed up to us and was friendly once we asked to buy some items. Andreas Art and Soul. The black and white birch acrylic 3 piece of Andrea's really caught my eye. Josh told me she's a Vet. The 3 piece will go perfectly in one of our bedrooms, which already has black and white artwork theme everywhere. I also bought an iron spike art man on his multiple computer and laptop at his desk, since that's how I have felt for over a year and 3 months now during this seemingly never ending pandemic.

This florist is acceptable, but not at all the high-end service I expected from its reputation. I…read moream a former floral designer and am well aware of the small things, which cost very little, that can elevate an arrangement from acceptable to outstanding. I ordered a $200 piece, corporate, and expected at that level, these touches would be in place. More eucalyptus makes a wonderful, upscale presentation and would've cost the shop about $5, or 2.5% my total cost. Adding much more limonium is such a minuscule cost, it's practically free, yet it was used as if it were an expensive item: sparsely. The vase would've cost maybe 10 more dollars (shop cost) to look like something special, not garage sale fodder. So for $15-20 extra in cost, the piece would've gone from checking the box to meets expectations. I also was not impressed with the design quality. Rose placement needed improvement, with unsightly depths on several. The photo I was sent clearly showed they do not care about cleanliness--the table the flowers were set on was disgustingly dirty. This underscores that details don't matter, so if this is what you're letting the customer see, what is happening behind the scenes? Cleanliness of tools, vessels, and coolers are important to flower health and longevity. On a positive note, the roses looked healthy and were prepped properly, it seemed. I liked the selection, including the upscale rose availability. They did send a photo, which I requested, which was very good of them. The piece was done in a very timely manner. So disappointing that they didn't just add that little something extra to elevate the piece. I won't go back.
