I ordered an arrangement to be sent on Christmas Eve to a friend who invited us over. We were not…read moreable to go so we sent this instead. I included a note that said we are sorry that we couldn't be there. Amazingly at 2:30 they were prepared to make a same day delivery. The website said they close at 4.I was half-expecting they would call me to postpone. They didn't call me so I thought everything was fine. Well they called the recipient and recipient postponed delivery for their own reasons. I have used other local EE stores and they never called in advance. Since this was supposed to be a surprise, they screwed it up. The party was Christmas Eve, and they got the recipient to postpone so there was no reason to complete the order. I cancelled it. Things they said that contradicted the website: They called me today and told me they closed at 3 and not 4. The delivery charge was supposed to be 14.95, and they said it would've been $20. I was going to send them a tip! I'm glad I cancelled so I didn't look stupid sending a tip. I guess my complaint is pretty lame compared to the reviews I've read. If I want to send something to these friends again, it should be thru Amazon!

I saw several staff walking around and organizing and putting things away. On the right, they had a ton of different Easter items. They had a lot of famous tv show characters: hello kitty, bluey, stitch, winnie the pooh, and spongebob. They have a lot of beauty products. I found a body spray that smells identical to the sol de janiero one and it was only $5! They have a lot of home and decor items such as stools, candles, and lamps. The toy section and arts and craft section is also big. I found some wipe and draw educational books for my twins. They had lots of different items for drawing and painting and coloring as well. They do have a big electronic area with chargers and headphones and stuff. The have a section of snacks and candy as well. This store has a lot of great items and I found so many awesome finds. They do have some sections that are above $5 but they are clearly listed. I know some people hate that but to be honest stores like this need to make more money somewhere. I think its fair and they have such a big section for under $5

I couldn't get my order delivered until after the birthday. I then went to the Kohl's website and saw I could pick up an order on the same day. Yes, Score! The website was okay. I had to re-enter my 'home' store a couple of times as it kept reverting back to another one. There must have been a small glitch in the system, but I worked through it. I'm closest to the Lakeside Mall store, but they don't have this option to pick up curbside at this location, thus the reason for choosing the Chesterfield Kohls. Since I chose 'pick up' it took some time to find a store that had all 4 of the items at the same location. Some stores didn't have the colors I was looking for, but after diligence, the Chesterfield store had all of the colors and sizes I wanted. After adding the items to the cart, I used the coupon offer I had, made my payment and sat back and waited for the notification of when my order would be ready. In a very reasonable amount of time on that same day, my order was ready for pickup. I drove there, pulled up and called the number they tell you to call and gave them my information and it was brought right to my car curbside. Simple, quick and easy. I'll definitely use this convenient feature again if I ever need to. Worthy of a definite 5 stars although I had that little glitch in the beginning. It all worked out in the end and that's what matters most.
