My suggestion is to park in the lot in the plaza next door and walk over. As for the baked goods the Spicy Lemongrass Chicken Croissant is phenomenal and the Strawberry Moon is a classic. The flavor profiles here lean Asian with many call backs to flavors such as ube and passionfruit. They also seem to change their menu often too so keep an eye out on the newer items as you visit. In terms of aesthetics of the pastries you can see the love in the folds of each one. The strawberry moon croissant is a good example of this because the amount of ridges in the croissant shows how many times it was folded while making it. That alone is back breaking work and truly a labor of love for something that gets consumed in minutes. Last but not least the staff, we love a good mom and pop shop. The entire family is in on this, from the cashier, baristas, and pastry chef. If you're looking for a AAPI business to support, this is the one to go to. They're kind, diligent, and when a pastry sells out you can always count on them to make more. Disappointment does not run in this family! The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream.
