Was immediately greeted when I walked in but not overwhelmingly so which was much appreciated. Dallas is a nervous nelly as evidenced by the photo attached haha! The girls behind the counter were super super sweet. They patiently explained what was in each sweet treat (I should've taken photos of the baked goods because it was CUTE). They even customized a birthday cookie for my boy with no issues or an extra charge. The treats were obviously well thought out, fairly priced, and there was a lot of love put into them. Definitely recommend everyone with pups to check this place out and support!

She said that she could make it right now, and made this cake within the 5 minutes I was there. While waiting for my cake to be ready, another customer came in and asked for a same-day cake and staff was more than willing to fulfill that. Finally received the cake and I can't believe this is worth $26.

They don't offer near as many services (hair dye etc.) They text instead of calling for everything. They lied and said it was the same groomer but it was not. The new groomer is not as good as the one before. Also very petty and penny pinching. My dog had to go to the emergency room and missed her grooming appointment and they charged a $20 no show fee. Which it's not the point of the $20 (I have it it's not an issue) it's the point that I've patronized the business for years and given no consideration for my dog being too sick to come for grooming.

I have been to this location twice for my furry friend to get groomed, and it just doesn't get any better than this! I try and get her groomed quarterly along with her teeth brushed, nails trimmed, and filed. I set up my appointment by the internet, where I logged onto the user-friendly website and filled out the questionnaire, and selected what I would like to be done on a la carte style menu. I went ahead and chose a full bath and haircut with the FURminator that takes away the loose hair strainds on dogs that shed and is very common in Pembroke Welsh Corgis. If you are a first-time guest bringing in your beloved pet, you have the option of uploading their rabbies vaccine online or simply bringing it in when you get service because this is a requirement for service. Along the front of Petsmart, there is ample parking provided due to being in a large shopping center. They even have a grass filled area with doggy bags provided in the front to let your friend go to the restroom before or after service. As I walked her in and headed back to where the grooming salon was, I was greeted promptly and was told they would give me a call in about 3 hours when she is done. In roughly 3 hours, the service was complete, and I headed back to pick her up, and she was looking magnificent! She smelt good, and her fur was nicely trimmed as well as her nails. They always do such a wonderful job getting her to look and smell her best even though she might not always like it, but it's what is best for her. Overall, Petsmart does such a wonderful job on grooming services, and I would have it no other way. That's why I take her to get groomed every 3 months to keep her beauty and hygiene at her best. The staff is very professional and they definitely have a passion for animals and it shows! The prices are fair, and the quality is impeccable! Currently right now they are running a new customer promotion that scores great discounts along with treats and snacks.

I dropped by on a weekday in the evening after my baby girl decided to roll around in the mud and dirt and was in need for a quick bath. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the staff. I let them know I was here for a self-dog wash and the young gentleman walked me to where the magic happens in the back right corner of the shop. I was told there's a basic wash as well as an upgraded wash where you are allowed to use specialty shampoos and conditioners as well as brush and combs for your four-legged friend. I went ahead and chose the upgrade since I didn't have any brushes on me baby girl loves to shed so I had to put in some extra work and brush out all the dead hair while washing her. Using the self-wash was as easy as 1, 2, and 3 as to where you simply put your dog in the leash provided and get to washing! I got to experiment with all the different shampoos and conditioners as well as the brushes and everything went great and easier than I expected. There was many different shampoos and conditioners to use from de shedding shampoo to a relaxing night shampoo and many more. The blow dryer worked great and wasn't too noisy and got the job done. Overall Wag n Wash lived up to the name and my baby girl was smelling fresher than ever with a lovely spa day. Her coat was as soft as a pillow and was happy as could be. I'll have to give the professional grooming and nail trimming a chance on a later date but altogether I'm a happy customer

They have a much better selection on fur baby and scaled baby supplies than other locations…read more Literally the only place we were able to find not dead feeders for our dragons locally(All pet chain stores in Mansfield, Arlington and Grand Prairie). They didn't have a ton but there's an issue right now, especially with the heat. Being a dragon mama, I was a bit shocked to see the young hatchling dragons, never seen them so young in a store. Wanted to take them both home! However we have 3 currently and just got a new baby we rescued from a bad PetSmart situation Store is clean and well organized. We also got our crested gecko here. Wasn't a planned purchase but I'd been researching them and prepping a starter terrarium for a future baby gecko. Then I saw her and "Megan" was 75% off. Was so worried someone would buy her and not care for her properly. I was hesitant to ask about her seeing another review about someone being denied a Crested gecko purchase by the manager I think. This person supposedly had a nice set up and all supplies and was denied(a bday gift post). Due to me literally just setting up a terrarium I was nervous to ask about her. I had a photo on my phone I sent a friend showing her what I was doing. It literally only had a tiny piece of hide and some moss in it. Anyway, I approached 3 months employees and asked about her age to start testing waters. I was told she was a year or less basically. Sounded like they she had been with them all that time. I was even more nervous at that point. We decided we wanted her, the employee(sorry I didn't catch your name) asked something about if I was prepared. I showed her picture and told her I was just setting up for a future purchase and been doing a ton of research. She said she would hold her if I wanted to get a more solid set up. I checked their reptile supplies, and asked if I bought a large piece of wood hide, hanging vines and food.. if that would be okay with my current terrarium that's just a starter and obvious dubia supply with more on the way? She said that would be good(So happy the review I mentioned wasn't my experience). It took them quite a while to get her into container to leave..however I didn't mind as they were trying hard not to stress her out and that's so important with Cresties. I didn't want her dropping tail or being too upset. Anyway, you guys at PSP will be happy to know "Megan" who is now "Nyx" has a massive 24x18x36 vertical terrarium, highest rated brand I could get my hands on. It's also bioactive with a variety of isopods, tons of vines, clutter and hiding, organic mixed substrate, moisture balls, mesh layer, Appropriate lighting for her and plants(only gecko safe). She has "fired down" and is eating CGD and offered calcium dusted dubias for hunting. I haven't handled her outside of moving her out of container. I speak to her softly and her lights are on appropriate schedule, as well as misting(appropriate water with reptile water conditioner) and drying out schedule daily. I'm waiting 2 weeks before handling, and moving her to upgraded terrarium(also giving isopods a chance to thrive before). I'm rambling but she's safe and will be spoiled rotten(appropriately). Thank you for trusting us to adopt her. I understand being cautious and it's so appreciated! Too many people buy pets they don't know enough about or can care for appropriately. PLEASE DO RESEARCH, especially with reptiles! If someone can contact me about any other info/details you have about Megan/Nyx, I would appreciate it so much! We will be back in the future, Thank you so much!

This is with an appointment earlier in the day. I was never happy about this. Well, no more. We're thrilled with the process at Bubbles and Bows here in our new home of Mansfield. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. They completed Tinker's groom in about 2 hours and she got to lounge in a special area with other groomed dogs afterwards. When we picked her up, she seemed to be in great spirits and not stressed. Yes, we paid a premium here vs our old place in Weatherford but we feel the stress reduction for Tinker, not waiting in a cage all day to be groomed is worth it. We've already made our next appointment.
