I like this place. It's limited and prices are a little higher than other stores but the service is top tier and they have some stuff the other stores don't offer. read more

Great place for cat, dog and small animal supplies. I was disappointed in their reptile supplies, not horrible just disappointed. They have maybe a handful of feeder insects, and a lot of them are dead. However I know the feeder supply issue locally is not great right now. They do not have any pets here, which was also disappointing. The employees seem timid and we were not asked if we needed help. They're friendly enough when checking out. The location off sublett was much more pleasant. They have more supplies in every pet category, and live reptiles, fish and a cat that needs adopting. We came home with a beautiful crested gecko. They did have some dragons that were super young. I've never seen them being sold that young ever. read more

They are so friendly and helpful in choosing the correct dog food . Will also carry it out to your car if asked! The groomers do a spot on job for our Aussie doodle! read more

Products I needed were in stock and they rarely run out . Always friendly helpful staff. Just wish this location had fish

Good variety of dog treats, lots of single ingredient dog treats like beef ears and esophagus

They will always assist with heavy items being purchased and take them to your car. I usually receive coupons in my email that also help with competitive pricing through chewy. read more

The employees consistently offer helpful and pleasant, cheerful customer service. The store is beautiful. It's always clean, orderly and items are easy to find on my own, and if not, I always receive prompt help. read more

Took my baby to get her nails trimmed. Quick service. No wait . The groomer was very gentle and did a great job.

I always like these guys as an alternative to Petco and Petsmart and because they offered a little bit of a different product at times. Once you were on their list, you get a 20% off coupon once every few months. This past week they offered 20% off via email and I was shocked when I went into the store and saw that almost all of their products were at least 20% higher in price. I know a lot of consumers are not very smart and they think 20% off is 20% off And the clerk in the store told me if I go to the other store get the price bring it back and then show it to them. They'll give me the same price and I'm like doesn't that seem like a lot of effort why not just offer people 20% off of the existing price, and he just admitted that their price is all gone up. So I'm done with them. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid although I know a lot of people are but I was really shocked at the increase in the prices today from last month. I know I can get the dog food I buy from Petsmart for a dollar cheaper and since I grow my animals there that's where I'm gonna go from now on , it's too bad pet supplies plus doesn't consumers read more

The prices were so good and the customer service was amazing! I walked in there are so many sales going on I love it! we are new puppy owners and we have been everywhere to buy his stuff and I genuinely was so impressed with not only the selection but the price. At least 2 employees asked us if we needed help with anything and they have the cutest section for donut treats!! Will def be back I need a dog bed and some more things and the other places around are soo expensive. Love this store- we will not go any were else. read more

Manager is beyond lazy and just doesn't care. Had a nail trim first thing and he didn't show up until an hour later shrugging his shoulders like it didn't matter. Then an employee says he's always like that. Avoid all their locations. Upper management/corporate/marketing lip service fakes are very aware. Jennifer just doesn't care, and clearly is fake when giving lip service at the other Arlington store or pretending she runs in both. They will pretend to respond online but do nothing about the actual issues and just them continue. read more

I love how easy it is to order new products. I also love that they have same day delivery. And their prices are comparable to other Pet stores. read more

I was over charged on about 40 cans of cat food. I called to let them know when I'll be back in town. (I live 40 mins away) They told me I had to bring all the cans back to be rescanned. In order to get my refund. I've had back surgery and cannot/will not be able to lug back those cans. I called Corp to see if they could help with this issue. I was assured they would have a specialist contact me to see how they could make this easier. NEVER got a call. Chewy is more convenient and the customer service is fantastic. I will not be back to Pet Supplies Plus. I was a customer since they first opened. read more

I bought 5 washes, used 1 that day, I never received the punch card they showed me today when I walked in. Manager 2 verified that my account shows purchase of the washes, AFTER manager 1 lied and said that they couldn't look that up. So I paid up front for 5 washes, come back 2 months later with another dog and I have to pay for another wash? You need to fix your money grab system. read more

A couple years ago I used this store to wash my dog and buy toys along with all my dog needs. I buy my lamb and rice from Costco. I keep a clean dog as they live in the house with me. In the summer I wash my dog on the back of my truck so I don't have to bend over. I lost my dog to Cancer. Last Wednesday I was adopted by a 8 month old busy dog. He was stinky, dirty and had flees. This was his first day to wear a collar. I was afraid he would back out of his collar so I carried him into your store. I was very confident you all would help me after I got him clean. To my surprise your washes have gone up from $6 to $15. I don't think water has gone up that much. The doors are missing on the stalls. Took forever to get hot water while dealing with a nervous dog. There were only 2 types of shampoo. One was labeled puppy and the other was adult. Last time I was here there were 4 types. My dog was. Dirty with flees. Neither shampoo seemed to work and watered down. Very disappointing. Next I wanted a harness. I went and picked one. I have never had one or needed one. I put it on my dog the best I could but it didn't seem right. I ask the man at the front for help. No other customers in sight. He said it looked right. One strap was tight and one loose. When I got him home I figured out it was on backwards. I was very disappointed in your lack of support and your prices are very high. I bought the harness as I need it right away. I waited 2 days and washed him again. He is clean now and the dog shampoo killed the flees. I don't feel I received a good value for my money. read more

I spent close to 70 dollars on dog food. Supposedly the two restrooms were out of order, but one of the restrooms was being used by an employee. All the time we were there buying, the employee never came out of the restroom. Management please fix the restrooms. read more

Everyone here is kind and attentive. Always stocked of whatever we are buying. And always have stick when we take out dogs for a bath!

For the last 3 visits, employee named John has overcharged me. When I went in tonight, first thing I said was I don't want you to ring me up John. Of course he rang me up, screwed it up and when I checked my receipt had overcharged me. When I called and spoke to Jeff the assistant manager he wanted to argue with me about it telling me it wasn't John's fault.well, It Sure Wasn't Mine.. HELLO!! It's tough enough taking care of business for the Senior Citizen Employee to be less than Savvy & Component to Ring Up the Correct Charges...It was slightly irritating. read more

This place is pretty big and they have everything you need. They have great products, great customer service, and is very well priced :)

Would have given more stars, but not all supplies were available for dog wash and the stall we had to use didn't have a door & the dryer was out of order. I guess for $10 it was ok. We survived and made do. Picked up a few toys for the foster pup and an ID tag. There are two tall wash tubs and one floor level. The shampoo pumps, just unscrew the lid to get the soap out b/c you can't pump them multiple times. We came here to try it out and to use the coupon for checking in. We might be back to use the wash again. However there are a couple other places we will probably try first. read more

I just love shopping at this Pet Supplies Plus store. From my first experience shopping here several years ago -to just yesterday, every experience has been a positive one. Whomever is training the folks at this store is doing a great job as everyone - and I mean everyone is super friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Just excellent! Their service is beyond amazing. I love how they greet us upon entering and they are very helpful. Their brands are better than your typical brands and they are always having deals. The associates know a lot about the different brands and answered all my questions. They even help bring out the heavier items out to the car I love this place and I will continue to shop for my dog here. Very honest and respectable. read more

Always very nice and helpful, great coupons!! Took my dog in for the first and last time he tried to eat all the snacks!!

We discovered the Pet Supplies Plus on Cooper Street in Arlington offered self dog wash, so we decided to give it a try. Fantastic place! It's nice to be able to bathe your dog without having commotion in the background to distract your dog. The bathing area is always fully stocked and clean. Yet, the best part is the staff! Stop by for a visit with your fur friend and let Maria, very friendly store employee, set you up with a bath for your fur baby. She is super nice and willing to show you the ropes in making your visit pleasant. Though that is just the beginning of how great the staff is since their store manager, Sean is at your service if you need help or have questions. He's willing to drop what he's doing to help. These folks are more than employees, they care about your pet's needs. read more

The service is extremely helpful and sweet here. As a first time pet owner, I found this place to be extremely knowledgable and had everything I needed for equal or lesser in price than all the other places I checked out (PetCo, Target, Walmart, etc). They also have lots of specials every week and a rewards card program. I will definitely come back here for my pet needs. read more

can it be I am the first to review this little gem sitting where you would least expect it ? I think the store is well set up , the prices are a little lower then the bigger name pet supply places but where you get the 5 star is THE STAFF ! The staff is always friendly. I have a very large Rottie that I have always had the ability to bath at the Animal hosp. I worked at. Since I changed jobs i needed a place to wash my dog and the dogs in my work adoption program . THIS is the PLACE people . RUN dont walk and use the bathing room . This was better then the equipment then the clinic I worked at for 15 years had. As a retired pet groomer of more then 30 years I approve of the set up ; ) Way cleaner and better stuff then The Dog Wash . read more

I work in the area and pass this place everyday. Just recently I became a dog owner and my friend brought me to this store. It's very small but full of great animal products. My friend gave me some suggestions but I wish I had had someone from the store give recommendations for my breed of dog. I purchased several items and only one of them has been useful thus far. Tip: They have dog grooming on site and will clip nails for $8. Great deal. They also have a vet on site. read more

My family started shopping here as one national store quit selling our dog food, and the other one was out. This is now our go to place for all of our pet supplies. Have a question? Have shopped at this Pet Store since it opened. Love how they carry so many treats that are made in USA & all natural. Prices are actually better than the other major pet chains. Writing my review because today for 1st time I took my girls to use the wash facilities. Employees & manager were all very helpful. I washed them myself & loved how everything was right there for me to use although I did bring a few items like baby shampoo for around their faces & ear cleaner. The water was not as warm as I would hav liked & the blowers were a bit scary for my little fur babies but the convenience was great. read more
