Great place for cat, dog and small animal supplies. I was disappointed in their reptile supplies, not horrible just disappointed. They have maybe a handful of feeder insects, and a lot of them are dead. However I know the feeder supply issue locally is not great right now. They do not have any pets here, which was also disappointing. The employees seem timid and we were not asked if we needed help. They're friendly enough when checking out. The location off sublett was much more pleasant. They have more supplies in every pet category, and live reptiles, fish and a cat that needs adopting. We came home with a beautiful crested gecko. They did have some dragons that were super young. I've never seen them being sold that young ever. read more

I always like these guys as an alternative to Petco and Petsmart and because they offered a little bit of a different product at times. Once you were on their list, you get a 20% off coupon once every few months. This past week they offered 20% off via email and I was shocked when I went into the store and saw that almost all of their products were at least 20% higher in price. I know a lot of consumers are not very smart and they think 20% off is 20% off And the clerk in the store told me if I go to the other store get the price bring it back and then show it to them. They'll give me the same price and I'm like doesn't that seem like a lot of effort why not just offer people 20% off of the existing price, and he just admitted that their price is all gone up. So I'm done with them. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid although I know a lot of people are but I was really shocked at the increase in the prices today from last month. Manager is beyond lazy and just doesn't care. Had a nail trim first thing and he didn't show up until an hour later shrugging his shoulders like it didn't matter. Then an employee says he's always like that. Avoid all their locations. Upper management/corporate/marketing lip service fakes are very aware. Jennifer just doesn't care, and clearly is fake when giving lip service at the other Arlington store or pretending she runs in both. I walked in there are so many sales going on I love it! we are new puppy owners and we have been everywhere to buy his stuff and I genuinely was so impressed with not only the selection but the price. At least 2 employees asked us if we needed help with anything and they have the cutest section for donut treats!! I was over charged on about 40 cans of cat food. I called to let them know when I'll be back in town. (I live 40 mins away) They told me I had to bring all the cans back to be rescanned. In order to get my refund. I've had back surgery and cannot/will not be able to lug back those cans. I called Corp to see if they could help with this issue. I was assured they would have a specialist contact me to see how they could make this easier. NEVER got a call. Chewy is more convenient and the customer service is fantastic. A couple years ago I used this store to wash my dog and buy toys along with all my dog needs. I buy my lamb and rice from Costco. I keep a clean dog as they live in the house with me. In the summer I wash my dog on the back of my truck so I don't have to bend over. I lost my dog to Cancer. Last Wednesday I was adopted by a 8 month old busy dog. He was stinky, dirty and had flees. This was his first day to wear a collar. I was afraid he would back out of his collar so I carried him into your store. I was very confident you all would help me after I got him clean. To my surprise your washes have gone up from $6 to $15. I don't think water has gone up that much. The doors are missing on the stalls. Took forever to get hot water while dealing with a nervous dog. There were only 2 types of shampoo. One was labeled puppy and the other was adult. Last time I was here there were 4 types. My dog was. Dirty with flees. Neither shampoo seemed to work and watered down. Very disappointing. Next I wanted a harness. I went and picked one. I have never had one or needed one. I put it on my dog the best I could but it didn't seem right. I ask the man at the front for help. No other customers in sight. He said it looked right. One strap was tight and one loose. When I got him home I figured out it was on backwards. I was very disappointed in your lack of support and your prices are very high. I bought the harness as I need it right away. I waited 2 days and washed him again. He is clean now and the dog shampoo killed the flees. I don't feel I received a good value for my money. read more

Would have given more stars, but not all supplies were available for dog wash and the stall we had to use didn't have a door & the dryer was out of order. I guess for $10 it was ok. We survived and made do. Picked up a few toys for the foster pup and an ID tag. There are two tall wash tubs and one floor level. The shampoo pumps, just unscrew the lid to get the soap out b/c you can't pump them multiple times. We came here to try it out and to use the coupon for checking in. We might be back to use the wash again. However there are a couple other places we will probably try first. read more

We discovered the Pet Supplies Plus on Cooper Street in Arlington offered self dog wash, so we decided to give it a try. Fantastic place! It's nice to be able to bathe your dog without having commotion in the background to distract your dog. The bathing area is always fully stocked and clean. Yet, the best part is the staff! Stop by for a visit with your fur friend and let Maria, very friendly store employee, set you up with a bath for your fur baby. She is super nice and willing to show you the ropes in making your visit pleasant. Though that is just the beginning of how great the staff is since their store manager, Sean is at your service if you need help or have questions. He's willing to drop what he's doing to help. My friend gave me some suggestions but I wish I had had someone from the store give recommendations for my breed of dog. I purchased several items and only one of them has been useful thus far. Writing my review because today for 1st time I took my girls to use the wash facilities. Employees & manager were all very helpful. I washed them myself & loved how everything was right there for me to use although I did bring a few items like baby shampoo for around their faces & ear cleaner.
