I was honestly a little nervous because, over the years, I've taken my dog to different groomers,…read moreand they often end up doing what they think looks best instead of actually listening to what I ask for. Nick completely changed that experience for me. He did an amazing job with my baby Mila! He listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. She came out looking perfect, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. Finding a groomer you can trust with your baby is a big deal, and Nick definitely earned my trust. He was on time, the service was fast and professional, and everything was done properly. They even offer Apple Pay, which made it super convenient. Definitely worth it. I highly recommend Nick, and Mila will absolutely be coming back!

Absolutely fabulous in every way - that was the experience with Adriana from Zoomin Groomin! First,…read moreAdriana texted me her arrival ETA well before the appointment's window time (hello, great Customer Service!), & she arrived exactly to her ETA. Then, Adriana sweetly introduced herself to my dog (they became instant friends), & Adriana had me explain what was needed. My dog jumped in the van (that stayed in my driveway). Then, when done, Adriana texted me again, & I retrieved a very happy & perfectly groomed dog. Woohoo! I never realized the stress I experienced when I drove my dog to the groomer (I saw my dog's stress!), but now, thanks to Zoomin Groomin, I can use the travel time for housework & eliminate all stress (& no longer have my car covered in dog hair :-)). Thank you, Adriana & Zoomin Groomin. Payment is by credit card, including gratuity.

We have been going to glamour paws for 8 years now even when it was at their old location and every…read moretime our dog has had great cuts. Fast forward to now and after our grooming appointment, we noticed that her nails were not trimmed. We called after a week and was told that yes they should have trimmed the nails but because we called on day 7 and was past the 5 days we would have to pay for the trim now. So this indicates to me that this store even though they made a mistake, they will not fix it. That is unfortunate that we will now be finding a new groomer.

This place came as a referral from a few neighbors... I haven't tried it, but after reading a few…read moreworrisome reviews and calling to ask a few questions, I couldn't get a clear answer on the phone as to when my dog would be done or availability of certain groomers who came recommended to me. It's already hard enough, trying to find a Groomer, but I had heard it was hit or miss here with the service so I was already very hesitant. I feel that after this phone call I didn't feel very confident in making an appointment. Because there was no clear time that my dog was going to be done. I originally asked about a walk-in but would make an appointment if necessary. I didn't want my dog to be there all day. They just tried to say they had a different system, no direct answer for confidence/ or comfortable in making the appt. Which she never explained a different system, just sounds like they seem to take a ton of dogs in the morning and then just pump them out when you can get them done. So that's concerning if I'm going to make an appointment I would like my dog to be done at a certain time.

Do not trust this groomer with your dog. I asked for a teddy bear cut, they agreed, then handed my…read moredog back shaved to the skin without asking my permission first. If matting was the issue, they should have told me before starting and given me the choice to approve shaving, pay for dematting, or leave. Instead, they made the decision themselves, charged me full price, and then acted like not charging extra for dematting was some favor. How do you claim to "demat" a dog when you just shave everything off? The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. This business has terrible communication, no respect for customer consent, and poor quality work. Go somewhere else.

I can't even get an appointment scheduled correctly. I called a week in advance, but my appointment…read morewas scheduled for the wrong time, and now I'm being told I have to push everything back. A grooming appointment should not take five hours, and it shouldn't be this difficult to schedule one. It also seems like there was confusion between AM and PM. Your business isn't even open at 10:30 PM, so why does your scheduling system allow appointments to be booked at that time? To make things worse, the employee who called me was rude and basically told me, "Better luck next time." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. This was a complete waste of my time. Based on this experience and the poor customer service, I won't be coming back.

The day care is set up perfectly for the dogs. They have places to play inside and outside, dog beds, plenty of spots to sit by themselves too if they don't want to play that day (I have one who sometimes wants to sit on the couch by herself most of the day). The girls get groomed here on their regular days which is super convenient since it takes something off our list of things to do. Plus, I have one dog who is scared of the clippers, but she already trusts Ms. Deborah so she's doing better with grooming. We have done several boarding visits too. I love that the girls don't have to spend time in crates when we are away. Neither of my dogs does well in a crate. I know they are safe, well cared for, and being loved while we are away. I can't relax worrying about my dogs- so I really appreciate this. If you are looking for the newest, fanciest building in town for your dog to stay in. This isn't your place. If you're looking for the best care for day care, boarding, or grooming (and no crates) for your special little doggie, Rub My Belly is the right place!

However, I'm super picky about the groomers for my pup, and COVID-19 made it hard for me to feel comfortable sending her anywhere to get groomed. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands. The staff is super sweet! Lee was able to understand what I was asking for and delivered above and beyond expectations! Lee told me Mali was matted all over, but she was patient with Mali and the outcome was so adorable! They even sent me a cute little photo once she was all done and ready to be picked up.
