I really like this Hollywood Feed location. The employees are really friendly and eager to share their expertise. The returns policy is generous and the variety of treats and food is impressive. I was assisted by Grace who was super helpful when I needed some extra assistance in picking out an appropriate food for my dog. I got what I needed, was able to check out quickly, and they even carried the food out to my car across the parking lot. I'll be back to Hollywood Feed in the future. The other people that worked there were very nice but she was SO rude. She told me if the second bag of food had mold she would t allow me to take it back. If she is the manager, she shouldn't be. They delivered my dog food when we were under a tornado watch, winds were consistently 50+ mph, gusts of 80+... I'd ordered it not long before the weather turned and figured it would get delayed until tomorrow (which was totally fine, figured safety first, etc, no big deal). One thing they don't offer is grooming services so not quite sure why yelp says it does. However, they did recommend me to a great groomer. read more

This place is primarily geared towards dogs but they have some things for cats. Great selections and brands. Also love that it's not a big box store but that does mean some things (like collars and leashes) are going to cost a little more than other places. However, I hope people in the neighborhood will support this place and keep it in business. I am so glad that I finally decided to go inside Hollywood Feed. I had a preconceived notion that everything was going to be of a higher price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing deals that I found there. Also, when I checked in on Yelp, I received a free bucket of dog biscuits. That was cool! I purchased two new dog bowls three new dog toys and I got the free bucket of biscuits all for under $32. I will definitely go back. The staff was friendly and helpful. read more

Not sure what's going on with the 6222 Camp Bowie location. I ordered curbside pickup, pulled up, and called the number 817-570-6001 several times but no one picked up. Your call doesn't go to voice mail rather after MANY rings you get a message saying that this number hasn't been set up for voice mail. Finally I gave up and went inside the store, which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. I announced to the girl behind the counter that I had a curbside pickup order but that no one had answered the phone, thus the reason I came into the store. She offered no apology or explanation, but rather handed me my order! read more

They have a great selection of food that i like to buy for my dog. A lot of treats and toys and my favorite part was how great the customer service was, the girl that worked there when I came in was so sweet and super helpful! It felt a lot more personal than the big pet stores like petsmart or something. Customer service is big for me so I'll definitely be coming back! Was recommended by a friend about this pet store and decided to pop in with my newly adopted fur friend. The place is set up really nicely and they have lots of different foods, cleaning supplies, toys, grooming needs, and anything else you can think of! It's my first dog and the staff were so incredibly helpful in picking out good treats, cleaning/grooming supplies, and toys for my new companion. They also gave me a free sample bag with dog food (a GOOD amount of dog food too, especially for a sample), and free dog treats!Super helpful staff and great variety of things, such a nice store. I definitely plan on coming back for my dog's needs. I did notice some things for cats and other small animals too, but I would definitely say this store is more for dogs. read more

You must check out this store! We just adopted a dog from the Humane Society (our very first pet!) We took her in to see if they could recommend what we might need for her. The staff was AMAZING - and so sweet to our new puppy! They give a free engraved tag to new adoptees from shelters and also give you 10% off of your first purchase! And if that isn't great enough - they have a no question return policy! If you pet doesn't like the treats or food or toy you buy - you bring it back and they refund it no questions asked! I love this store! We buy our dog food there and love that they carry so many holistic treat options. Everyone I've come in contact with is very helpful. I purchased a collar for my rescue dog several months ago. Somehow, after a couple of months, she managed to get it off and chewed it up. I remembered that it had a warranty when I bought it so I took it back in and they happily replaced it. Now, that is service...and with a smile!! Love this place!! My dog has a sensitive tummy and allergies, so I always buy their goats milk and give it daily! It's really good even for dogs who don't have a particular issue. They're always so kind and I'm offered help at least twice after walking through the door. Their things are a little pricey but it's a good place to go to if you wanna treat your baby. read more

This is a great store for the needs of your dog. The staff is wonderful and very helpful on the products and what medicines can be used for puncture wounds. The collars have a warranty so as my puppy tore up the other puppie's collar, Hollywood Feed replaced it for free. they have all sorts of bones and chews for dogs and it is always a pleasure to shop there. read more
